Good evening , I have been laying in bed and I just wanted to write this . Lauren from the Pets corner branch in Bitterne is a very lovely young lady. She always supports me with any of my query’s about my elderly dog . Whenever I come over she is smiling and answers all my questions in great detail . It’s nice to know someone knows what they’re talking about . I only go to her everytime! Thank you and good night

I will admit that I did go to pets at home first to get a lead, harness and coat for my puppy. We didn't get any help at all so decided to try pets corner instead. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They said that they provide a coat fitting service. The young lady helped right through from finding a lead, fitting a harness and then a coat. Needless to say that they are definitely my new go to pet shop.

Just popped in to buy some flea treatment for my house and cat. Had a lovely indepth conversation about Fleas and alternative ways to treat pets. The guy was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me the info I needed to make an informed decision. Never had customer service this good.

Atari are lively very informative. Little pricey as you can get exact same products like for like brands online a little Cheaper but overall a lovely experience

Good advice given got dry food as my puppy has sensitive stomach. The lady had good knowledge on what I was after. Also showed me the cans to mix with when he is better. Highly recommend going to pets corner. I have one happy puppy.

Great products, friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Bought some fantastic matching collars for our older dog and our new puppy. Looking forward to being able to take the pup to puppy hour once she’s had all her jabs.

I visited the Bitterne store today as my Labrador was not eating her kibble. I asked for some help and Lucy was very informative and helpful at advising me which food to choose, showing me what was in the different makers kibble and what proportions of meat and veg etc to help change my dogs appetite. She also advised me which low fat treats to choose as my dog is slightly overweight. I will definitely return to this store to purchase my dog food in the future.

Good service and good advice, was looking for hypoallergenic food for our small dog as she hadn't been very well, spoke to Lucy and explained the situation, she knew exactly what we needed, she was very informative on the brand of food and happy to say our little one loves the food. I have since gone back and got more of the same brand of food and again Lucy gave great advice. Would recommend any one to go here if in the Bitterne area.

The knowledge and kindness of the staff are above and beyond. Having just got a new furbaby, I am still navigating my way round a puppy, as is he! Their knowledge is far and away the best received to date, well done to the staff at Bitterne Southampton

My dog has allergies and they are very helpful and beyond helping to find a food that helps always smiling.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.I came to get food for my dog but I wanted to get something new , they gave me advice to take a sample and try it - it work. Now she is on new food.

I came in on Saturday and the worker called frank was very kind towards me and helped me with flea treatments and good dog toys It was a very fun experience thank to the kindness of the staff. Will 100% be returning to the store in the near future.

We visited looking to get our puppy some new kibble. The store manager was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and he had a lot of time for us. They had the dogs best interests at heart the whole time and had a wide range of food, treats and toys on offer and only stock the best brands for health and sustainability.

This shop (and the staff in the shop) is literally my dog’s favourite place. We cannot walk past without him pulling to go in, they are so friendly and helpful in there. They have helped us fit a harness, given advice about chews and worming tablets, and here he is in his jumper that they fitted him into. Big thank you to all the staff in there.

The store manager , James, was very knowledgeable , he measured and fitted my dog with the perfect reflective coat , advised us on the best chews and treats , great service , will definitely him again.

Went into bitterne shop today to look for puppy toys and other bits, they couldn't of been more helpful or friendly and gave some advice and very knowledgeable.we will definitely be going back.
