Always have nice clothes in there and staff are so lonely

Was able to find what l wanted. Too few clothes shops now on the high street which lessens choices. I was pleased with my purchase.

I went in here with my daughter. She liked it. Me not so much. I was bored and felt like a moving mannequin but awkward

I returned a jacket which i purchased over a year ago & although not expecting a refund because i didn't have receipt, they actually gave me a full refund stating that it's because it was purchased as faulty. The seams came apart when it was washed. A fully legit complaint on my part & a most acceptable offer on theirs. Thank you New Look & long may u serve us. Xx

One of my favourite places to shop and it's close to my house. There's good parking spaces. I like the style of clothing they have, it's something different and if I need something quickly I can always go there and find the item straight away 😊
