Great experience today in Specsavers. Booked an appointment online for 8:10 and was seen promptly upon arrival and seated! The waiting room is spacious and open - the consultation rooms are great too with all the modern tools for the check-up Once completed there are plenty of staff on hand to help choose the new glasses and take the measurements etc

This branch offers a really impressive service. Timely, well-organised appointments and a very slick experience start to finish. Staff were also available to help me with my choice of frames without being too "in your face". I am very happy with the care I receive at this Specsavers.

I have been going here for a few years with my glasses and I have always had good service. Recently I wanted to try contact lenses so I made a free appointment with Monika. She was incredibly patient and helpful and after far too many sessions I managed come to terms with the lenses. Weeks later I’m now happily using them daily. If anyone is looking to try lenses I would highly recommend visiting Monika at the Alton branch

I haven't been impressed so far. Went in almost 4 weeks ago for an eye test for new varifocals. After 2 weeks I still hadn't received a call so popped in but my specs still weren't ready. Almost a week later I was finally contacted to go in. Neither pair is correct script wise. Both have to be redone.

Very special care given to ensure that I had no serious eye problems. Good not recommend more highly.

Helpful staff, able to book an eye test at short notice. Good selection of glasses to chose from, and some good offers available too.

I was particularly delighted with the service that I received from all the staff in Specsavers. I actually purchased 3 pairs of glasses - decided that as I wear them all the time, I could mix and match to suit my outfit (or my mood!). One staff member spent a great deal of time helping me to make my decisions (and part with my money)!
