If the store is open 24 hours why do they, on numerous occasions, lock the front door between 10:30pm and 11:00pm????? And why is the women behind the counter giving me the sign like she is going to cut my throat??? I'm not an expert but how about a big sign in the window explaining the problem and shutting off the lights to the pumps when you close. The times I've tried to go, people were still pulling up to the pump and walking to the door and were threatened with their throat being cut. I guess the days of being nice to your customers is long gone.

The punks kids who work there at night are extremely rude. I came in about 11pm after a very long and and tough workday starving and I walk in the store I go up to the counter where they have the hot food and was totally ignored. 2 workers behind the counter. I literally was standing there for a good 5 minutes and no one else in the store. Not only that but worse when I asked for food the one kid says the oven is closed in a rude snarky tone while looking down and not even addressing me. The other worker says I’m outa here and just leaves. When I asked if you’re closing he just ignored me again. So I’m standing there and they’re not trying to help me at all! I asked why am I just standing here and he responds rudely that’s your fault! I’ve never been treated so disrespectful & rudely in a store in my life!

Employees too lazy to make any food, not to mention to busy flirting with his coworker. I’ve been here 100 times went in for pizza he said no food tonight. I hope they learn to hire better employees that can put a pizza in the oven.

1 star only cause this used to be the only place midnight shifters such as myself, MassDOT, Staties, Hospital Staff, & local cops could get a bite/ coffee. But now the staff closes the doors at 10pm and turns ppl away because they are "afraid to work at night by themselves" (<real quote from real employee). Its legit in one of the safest corners of the city and theres a cop stopping by atleast every 10 min for a cup of joe.

Great store and gas station but I ran over a screw in the parking lot and now I have to get my tire patched. So, thanks for that.

This Cumberland farms location managed like a tightly run ship. The soda fountain and coffee area is impeccably clean, the baked goods are very fresh. My favorite is the triple Berry muffin. It’s bakery level quality. The hot food bar is also very clean and the food doesn’t sit long. Today I understood why it’s impeccable here. The manager was very kind and considerate when we inquired on their food ingredients as my daughter has a food allergy. It felt really good knowing that this location prides itself on their products and services for their customers.

There's been a sale for quite a while on monster energy drinks you buy two get one free I even showed the sign into the clerk and he denied it and he said no such thing when I just purchased last week with a different associate but this time there was two clerks there that were in agreement that there was no seal even though there's multiple signs and their gas is insanely high 🤷🤦⚠️⚠️⚠️

Had a great first experience at the store on a Sunday, October 2nd. I tried to go to the gas station across the street to find that their systems were down which led me into your store. I was greeted with a friendly smile from your associate Rob. I was annoyed from the other gas station across the street having system issues where no one could buy anything (including gas) and being greeted with a warm smile and a genuine hello was a game changer. I got everything I needed and Rob was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you Rob! I will now only be shopping at your store and I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and for having systems that work! Thank you! Thank you! thank! Keep up the good work. See you all soon! :)

This place should honestly just shut down. It's just not possible to find the help to keep it going. Mobile across the street is open 24/7 only there really open 24/7.

As everyday I get a large coffee and something to eat. Today I got a Danish $5.90. WTH! I questioned the associate and he reaches into his pocket and tosses a dollar bill on the counter. He says he can't access the system to make it right. WOW! WHAT A WAY TO SERVICE CUSTOMERS.

Discrimination against me. The cashier told me that, she suspected a $100 bill I tender for a purchase is fake. She initially said "oh I don't have change " when I was trying to purchase a $50 scratch ticket with a 100 dollar bill, so I told her to give two tickets for the whole $100, that's when she still insisted that I produce smaller bills for the purchase. I was very disappointed, sad and confused, until she was bold enough to say that in my face. "WE HAD ISSUES OF PEOPLE MAKING PAYMENT WITH FAKE MONEY 💰

Your associate Elle or Ellie, had a serious attitude problem. When I walked up to the counter, not only did she not greet me, she didn’t say anything beyond “$5.58” Not a thank you, have a nice day, nothing. Someone that miserable shouldn’t be dealing with the public.

Every time I go to this location on the second or third shift. The people are always talking on the phone and they are very rude. I have complained to corporate about the location on a few different occasions and they don’t do anything about it. Last night I went in to get some cigarettes from my wife And while I was there, there was an employee on the phone, ignoring everybody else as she Was making coffee. It was one employee who name was Lindsey who Was kind to my wife and I. To be honest with you, I asked her is it normal procedure to see employees talking on the phone and she said no I have complained but they don’t do anything about it. I don’t recommend this Cumberland Farms whatsoever to anyone. I have complained to corporate about this location and they blow it off. There are some nice people that work they draw in the day, but the night crew is horrible so stay away from this location. I will not go back down there again and I have a 20 minute ride to go there I will go to another location instead. That woman should’ve been fired. They don’t do anything Daniel who works there at night on the third shift is also very nasty and rude. This is one of the worst Cumberland Farms location beside Bellingham, Massachusetts. I’m gonna stay out of this location for now on I would rather drive to Medway, which is the best store that they have.

Avoid until this new employee gets the Concept...Quits...or is Fired. Bad combination of clueless and moves slower than a sloth! Truly feel for her coworkers & customers!!!!!!!

Gas has gotten very pricey at this location of late (used to be one of the more competitive stations in the area).
