Delivered 30 mins late and food was stone cold. Promised it would be there by 21:29, when I phoned. No answer when I phoned several times.

Shockingly horrible mixed kebab. Charged £14 for something that was definitely not edible. The kebab meat if that what it was, was full of grease along with the rest of the so called ‘meat’ AVOID this place. I certainly will not be using them again. This was a delivered order. I have been in the past after a visit to the pub and they will rip you off if they notice you are a bit drunk. Not very nice people at all. Don’t waste your hard earned cash on these crooks.

They have a new boss and own and the food is amazing, its better tasting, cheaper and half the price of other places like uni kabab

Absolutely disgusting man on phone was so rude the kebabs are full of grease and I mean swimming refused to give us refund and was mouthy on the phone so went there and no one said a word and got the refund waste of space never go there stay away DISGUSTING

I have to say .. the chilli sauce is completely far the best in Southampton I totally enjoyed the food I just eaten and again omg the chilli sauce is the best . Thank you Charcoal Grill you are the best by a million miles just a cut above the rest , It’s how it should be no messing around and Authentic! 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Always outstanding. Not only superb kebabs and burgers, but in my opinion their pizzas are way better than the major chains

£14 for a large chicken shish! It’s under £10 everywhere else! They have hiked their prices up massively, champagne prices for lemonade food. I walked out without ordering, went on just eat when I got home and got large chicken shish plus two bits of fried chicken and chips delivered within half hour for £13.50 Food gone downhill and prices gone uphill big time. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Burgers and kebabs are great! Always receive mine hot and fresh and the portions are big! 🙌 guy on the phone is always lovely and polite! Also delivery is super quick normally get told 40 mins and recieve it in half the time, if you are looking for something tasty I would definitely recommend!!

Awful shop. £20 for not very much food. Cold and stale. Guys on the counter were extremely rude as well. Wont be buying from there again and strongly advise against it.

Very hit and miss these days. The size of my mixed kebab was shockingly small. Tasty tho but not worth the money.

Very nice chicken kebab and chips only criticism is when they ask you do you want any sauce and you say yes they badly give you any and when you pay for a tub of Mayo you'll be lucky we get it they leave it out more often than not

Delivery took ages but have to say it was defo worth the wait. Meat cooked to perfection and loved the salad.

Had a large doner kebab and chips delivered and really wished I hadn't..chips were hard and stale.. kebab was pretty much the same, asked for garlic mayo but was still really dry through the lack of mayo.. really disappointed as the kebabs from here used to be lovely ..

Ordered from here whilst out on the motorbike. Havent ordered in a long time due to moving out of the area... what can i say, incredible! Lived up to my expectations and certainly did not disappoint! Ordered a mixed grill, lovely and hot, fresh chilli sauce and meat was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be taking a ride to grab another soon

Kebab went in the bin chicken chewy and tasted funny. Chicken burger on opening half the lettuce was off. Avoid

Ordered food and it was that bad I couldn't eat it as a vegetarian I took photos it was that bad I complained and they hung up on me I'm a regular customer and they know me and would expect a better service than this

Lovely food and amazing service. I accidentally ordered for collection instead of delivery, they called and delivered in 15 mins. Highly recommend

Best kebab place in Southampton! Asked for delivery as we were out of the delivery zone and they kindly did. The portion sizes were huge and smothered in sauce and extra fried veg which we asked for (other places are very stingy!) absolutely lovely food and the garlic mayo is banging.

Great guys that work here, fast services and great food. If you want a typical kebab House look elsewhere, these guys go above and beyond, offering steak, lamb chops and ribs!
