    Good service by the staff, really falls short of BMW standards whenbit comes to facilities when waiting for your vehicles service. Spent over £600 for a simple service, and not even was able to get a complementary Coffee as the machine was out of service

    I took my car for a diagnostics and a health check advised that I needed a new brake light. No prices given for this work, and it didn't specify if it was a bulb or bulb unit that was faulty. I have called 5 times, each time there is a different story. "I'll call you back within the hour", " I'll get the information emailed over to you" and every time, I hear nothing. The call this morning was looking hopeful, when I was given more information that previously (still no cost) but was told "I'll call back in a few minutes". I got a call back, but couldn't hear anything/ no one spoke... and I've heard nothing since! Even when using the "request a call back" on the website twice, I've not received any call. Honestly amazed how they have any customers left if this is how they are treated. I was forced to look further afield, at Group 1 Farnborough. Amazing customer service, price for parts (bulb and whole unit) and fitting whilst on the phone. Then being booked in immediately, with all information provided regarding timings on the day, the process and courtesy cars. Harwoods could learn a thing or two about customer service from Group 1 Farnborough!

    Fantastic service! Couldn’t fault, all staff are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend anyone to take their BMW here.

    As a regular customer we always had a great experience but this time they offered a free health checkup, coffee refreshments and a free car wash as a gratitude that was really overwhelming ! Thank you Harwoods👌👌👌

    Ive used harwoods 3 times now and every time I have been there has been some sort of issue, 1st visit made out to be lying of course I proved I wasn’t. Second visit for an mot, caused a big fuss over my number plates (my own fault) but big pain getting it sorted. Finally called and booked a re-call here with a courtesy car, asked on the phone if there was issues could I keep the car till mine was sorted over xmas, yes no problem I was told on the phone. In the service centre I’ve only got the car for the day and if there’s an issue I’ll have to return the car. Not a risk I’m willing to take over the Christmas break. Fed up re-call cancelled and will use another bmw garage next time

    I went in for a service on 25th January and while my car was there the aerial was broken off and left in the side pocket of the drivers door without anyone saying anything to me. When I phoned to complain they said they would order a new one for me and let me know when I could take the car back to get the replacement fitted. It is now April and I have been chasing for this. No one in the office seems to know what is going on and I have been passed around from person to person with promises of call backs and no resolution yet. They also did not even sign the service book so there is no record of the work they have done other than the expensive invoice that I paid duly and in good faith. I have no confidence in the work they have done on the car and am extremely disappointed in the service I have received in regards to the aerial. This car has been serviced by Harwoods for years and when I took it on I wanted to continue with them in good faith. I will not be using them again in future.

    Severely short staffed in the service department..was kept waiting upon dropping my car off and for a loan car.. and was kept waiting excessively when returning to collect my car. Then I discovered that the service that my vehicle was booked in to have wasn’t actually completed at all and only the camber adjustment had been completed which was an additional investigation issue I had asked for. I now have the hassle of rebooking my vehicle for the service it should have had in the first place and waiting several weeks for another loan car to become available. Overall, not a great customer experience at Harwoods Basingstoke and unlikely to use again!

    First time using Harwoods BMW & MINI Basingstoke after an electrical fault developed on my Mini. Leo was brilliant from start to finish. To making sure the part was available on time Booking in the car for its MOT after the FRM had been fitted, Keeping me updated with the work progress, and when the car would be ready to collect. All work was completed to a high standard, in a timely manner for the job required. And a complementary health check was done on the vehicle too. As I said first time customer, certainly won’t be the last! Thank you team.

    Poor communication. Booked in for fault diagnostic test at 8:30am, tried phoning for an update, no answer after 50mins or being on hold. Arrived at 3pm assuming the car would be ready, only to find it hasn't even been looked at yet. Waited another 2 hours.

    Had my MoT done there this week, and, as ever, they were really helpful. I ordered some parts to collect with the car and they explained that I didn't need them just yet. Many garages I've used would have just sold me them.

    This morning we were faced with a flat tyre and under strict time pressure to catch a train. The BMW Hardwood Service team were extremely helpful. It’s unusual these days to find such a level of commitment to the customer however Andy, Leo and the team were outstanding. Would highly recommend them!

    Taken here on low loader recovery truck after puncture in my 3 series en route to important meeting. Slotted me in and Got me back on my way really quickly and professionally, even washed my car FOC. Leo in particular was very helpful. Very happy with the service I got here in my hour of need!

    Have taken my MINI here twice in the last few weeks, one of them was unplanned because of a minor issue that had arisen. On both occasions Harwoods were friendly and professional and on the impromptu visit I was impressed that they were able to sort out the issue so quickly. Thanks go to Darren and Rob in particular for going above and beyond expectations. I’ll definitely bring my MINI back to them again.

    Huge shout out and thank you to Chloe at Harwoods! My car had to be recovered to Harwoods after another local garage negligently damaged it; Chloe took fantastic care of me throughout the entire process of getting my car examined and repaired. Very happy. Will be doing all of my car's future servicing and routine maintenance at Harwoods.

    I visited today to arrange a service contract for my BMW purchased elsewhere yesterday. I had no appointment but Leo looked after me, sorted a service schedule and then went above and beyond by setting up the app on my phone and some settings on my car all with a smile on his face.     Having been told by 2 local BMW dealers that an emission warning light could not he checked for FOUR weeks, tried Harwoods in some desperation. Delighted to say I was able to book in within just four days. Fault was identified and repaired with car given free health check and complimentary wash. Thanks to some professional and friendly service from David Winslade my faith in BMW has been restored. Despite the additional distance to travel Harwoods will be my go to garage in future

    Great experience yesterday at Harwoods. Had an issue with a couple of my tyres which Chloe dealt with in an extremely prompt and professional manner. She arrange for new tyres to be ordered and changed within a very short period and kept me advised on progress. Customer service at its best!. Thank you Chloe and all at Harwoods. Would highly recommend Harwoods BMW and Mini Centre in Basingstoke.

    Cant recommended them enough, My steering column went on my bmw. They kept me informed every step of the way as to when it was going to be fixed And even moved things around so it would be fixed in time for my upcoming holiday My car now drives like a dream Will definitely be using them again

    Lauren and the head technician (Darren I think) were both fantastic, I had some work done which needed a bit of adjusting. These guys were more then happy to get the problems solved and to work around me and my own schedule entirely. Paying that bit extra for your work to be done is so worth the service and garuntee you get in return! Would highly recommend!

    A great big thank you to Peter the BMW service manager and Simon who repaired my X1 boot switch I didn't know what to expect when I brought the car in to be looked at. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a very cheery helpful attitude from Simon the technician and the troublesome bootswitch was put back in its place, Simon had my car repaired within 10 minutes and I was on the road again Thank you guys
