Went as a walk-in, since we were visiting out of state. My sick three year old son needed to be seen asap. Even though they did not take my insurance, the staff was very friendly, caring and extremely fast! They obviously care about the children being seen as they made it as comfortable as possible! Definitely recommend this urgent care!

I have visited this facility multiple times with my kids. It has always been a great experience. Today was exceptional. My daughter had been throwing up for 7 hours! (Of course, on a Saturday.) Upon entering, there were 3 families in the waiting room already. I was told they only had one doc working and it might be a while. However, when the MA saw my daughter, we were immediately brought back and they worked quickly to stop the vomiting and rehydrate her. These are practitioners who care!

My daughter came in as a new walk in pt. It took longer to fill the new pt paperwork on my phone than waiting. They were very gentle to her and everyone was very easy to talk to. Results for swabs were super quick. Very nice first time experience.

The only negative is the check in experience. If you’re going at this alone like me, you will understand. They don’t check you in and get all your information. They have you check in online. The process is incredibly difficult when you have a screaming, upset, wiggle worm. You know the floor is not clean enough to put your baby on. So you’re trying to fill out everything on this app single handed. They want photos of ids and you are NOT going to get a steady picture. If you can’t get a steady picture, you have to manually enter all information. This is just the first few pages and 15 minutes in. It was 18 pages of questions to answer. After 20-30 minutes you MIGHT complete this if the cellular holds up and doesn’t lose connection. Which means you will have to start all over after waiting 8 minutes for the thing to load. So really, you waited for 45 minutes before completing this web based check in. AND the best part, my child is a current patient with a record here. Not good. The doctor and nurse were great. The reception staff treat you like garbage for even being there. Every room is disgusting with rust on paper towel holders, rust on anything metal, and water stains all over the ceiling. This place is not in an impoverished area. I don’t understand how it’s so bad. The only bonus is that they are open late.

I’m so grateful for all the staff at this location! Everyone was kind, check-in was smooth and quick and the staff were so patient with my daughter. It can’t be easy treating sick kids everyday, but the staff were all still kind and patient, which was a Godsend. I highly recommend this location if your child is ever in need of quick, quality care!

I have been going to this doctor’s office for years with my young ones. I recently visited this office with my youngest for what turned out to be a life-threatening situation. Everybody on staff operated with swiftness and the utmost care. I am brought to tears thinking about how well they took care of me and my little one. After assessment and quick action, my little one had to be rushed to the hospital for further monitoring and testing and he is doing very well. Even after transferring to the hospital they called at least twice to follow up and see how he was doing. I am grateful and I recommend this office to others without hesitation.

What was outstanding: The staff was very friendly and the doctor was very helpful. What needs significant improvement: the room was unclean. There was a bug, hairs, and dust on the floors. The trim work is stained with dirt and the napkin dispenser was rusted. This place need renovation and regular cleaning.

My 1 year old son was sick. I made the appointment online, we were quickly called back, everyone was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and go back again!
