Told the receptionist I wanted to be billed the self pay price and instead she charged my insurance which is almost twice the cost. Then when I brought this up they said it’s too late and there’s nothing they can do about it. They made a mistake and then refused to fix it

Came in was quick, physician assistant was supper nice…and thorough. Got my (grown) child feeling all better. Also had the prescriptions we needed in office, which isn’t available in Texas. Very very pleased with our choice, since we just had to pick a place being from out of state. Thanks so much!!

Went to this clinic once before and was disappointed so I thought give them another chance so. I visited Turkey lake location and before checking in asked how long of a wait and receptionist told me 20 minutes. So I checked in they had me wait for more than 3 hrs. Everyone I saw checking in I heard receptionist saying it will take less than half an hour and she knew that other people were waiting for more than two hours they just trying to get as many people as possible so they can make money. Once I went inside PA told me I’m the only one working and trying to do my best when you know you only have one PA and 10 people waiting it will take more than half an hour. Be honest with people so if they don’t have three hours to wait they can go somewhere else.

I wouldn't recommend going there. I took my daughter there to get rapid tested and three days later I'm still waiting on the results. I've emailed and called them several times. No one has replied to my emails and no one picks up the phone. I'm only giving them a two star rating because the initial testing went smoothly but since then, it's just been a great deal of poor customer service or lack thereof.

Came in while on vacation for persistent upper respiratory issues (which had been checked at 3 urgent care facilities back home). Dr. Patel did a very comprehensive review of my symptoms and provided required treatments. The entire office and technicians were very polite and professional. Highly recommend and regret that they are seven hours from home.

I arrive at around 6:05pm. The nurse at the door handed me a form and asked me to fill it out. I was asked to wait in my car. When I turned it in I was told I would receive a text message to complete the registration process. at 6:11pm I was sent the form. At 6:22pm they acknowledged receipt of the finished paperwork. At 6:32pm I received a call, they were ready for me. At 7:02 I left the office. I had 3 tests done, was examined by a doctor and was out the door with a prescription. The staff was quick efficient and above all else the were friendly! All of the staff seemed like they had a bunch of energy and it seemed like the start of the day and not the end. I would definitely go back if needed.

I have visited this urgent care on several occasions over the last 5/6 years, either for myself ( broken foot ) X-ray & diagnosed within 30 minutes, sinus infection, other general health concerns & also taken visiting family members here. I have nothing but 5star reviews on every visit. The reception staff are lovely polite & cheerful & every Dr is fantastic .

Awful, unorganized, dirty, no keeping patients apart. Everyone kept in close proximity to each other. Didn’t offer face masks. No sign for face masks. They force us to take a Covid test that wasn’t needed. My mom had one on Tuesday before traveling. Negative results.We waited for 2hours for a prescription of antibiotics which the so called doctor refused to give us. She stated she won’t give it to us. Come back after 8 days or go back to NY and see your own doctor. What happened to patients advocating. The woman obviously sick and in pain with severe sinus infection. Tourists beware of this place!! Unhappy tourists!!

I came to Orlando on vacation from California, my daughter got an ear infection during our vacation. I went to the Urgent Care Dr. Phillips and have my daughter checked. Maria the nurse very kind and caring in attending to my daughter. The infection was painful for my daughter ear. We were prescribed antibiotics. Couple days later, my daughter was much better and without ear pain. I like to say thank you again to Maria the nurse and the friendly staff there at Dr. Phillips Urgent Care in Orlando. Thank you for caring. Never know, kindness goes along way, from a family in California to Orlando Florida. God bless

Such friendly and professional staff. I have two less common chronic issues (I wasn't there to be seen for those, but there are considerations that must be taken into account whenever I am sick) and the doctors knew immediately what they were and how to treat me. Very grateful for them. They are far better than any urgent care facility I have been to.

Nothing to say but only F word. it’s been three hours since i took the covid ANTIGEN test and results don’t come out until now which is 9:40. Could you help me with this? it’s after 7pm so I couldn’t contact you and we are still waiting for the result. my flight d-day came and still no result haha. is this comedy🤷‍♀️ you should not have said the results come out « TODAY > if its not actually today. What are you guys doing? Did you just want $100 for an antigen test? I just wasted my 3 hours and $100. No calls no email, no way to contact. this is so rude and impolite. Do not act like that Seriously.

Matti Hudak, PA, and all of the support staff were incredible! The price was very reasonable especially for someone who is uninsured. I was able to come in on a Sunday and was seen soon after arriving. Keep up the compassionate and extraordinary work, I am grateful for people like you and your entire team. Thank you so much!

It was less than ideal to have a child get sick while on vacation and this urgent care took care of us like locals. Although we don't want to have to return, we absolutely would if we needed to again.

Saw Rachel Tabacka, PA she was great. To the point in and out. Front desk was not responsive to my needs however. Asked at check in for sample cup, was told sure they will get that for you. After waiting in lobby, going to the bathroom numerous times finally called back. Then supplies were given. Front desk staff need to either be more communicative with the process or listen to the needs of the patient. Only reason giving a 4.

I’m not from Florida I am from Colorado. I had an unfortunate accident out here that brought me into the Urgent care. They were fast, efficient, and so caring. I was really upset and one of the medical assistants even hugged me while my procedure was being done. They made jokes and told me some stories to lighten up the situation. I couldn’t have stumbled upon a better urgent care. Super pleased and appreciative.

Great all around. After filling out my forms, the nurse called me in under 10 minutes. I got the stitches I needed less than 20 minutes after meeting with the nurse. Including the forms, the whole process took under an hour. Everyone there was super nice and informative as well!

The staff were wonderful and very sweet, came in to get my boyfriends ear fixed after he lost hearing. Ms. Maria flushed his ears and got the problem solved quick and efficiently. Thank you again to the doctor and the nurses and staff for a wonderful experience. Happy holidays and thanks again.

Unbelievably kind and thorough! The front office staff was amazing, easy check in and the radiology tech was so nice and efficient as well! Now on to the dr.. Miguel was so awesome. His medical assistant , Maria, could not have been any kinder She is sooo kind and sweet and competent!!! Thank you Maria!!! You are amazing! . I fell on a stair master. Not smart !! and had a deep gash. I knew to go to the er urgent care. Miguel stitched me up and explained everything he was doing along the way. His sweet medical assistant .. wish I had her name was a doll! She reassurance and was kind beyond belief ! I am impressed. Thank you Miguel! 5 stars. A plus. Thank you!

Everyone beginning from the front desk to the nurses & Dr. In the back were so nice & professional. They really care about their patients. They all treat you as family. The clinic is clean & fast. So if you are In Orlando Florida, MD Now urgent care is the best place to visit when you're sick. Thanks tol the staff & Dr for a quick & fast visit.

Ben S. Here, and that visit to MD Now was by far the most Efficient trip to an urgent care I’ve ever experienced ha. Took me about 15minutes total, from arriving, to filling out paperwork(very short, quick forms), to then being seen by the AMAZING Maria Gonzalez, who was friendly, personable, yet direct and easy to understand in her directions and questions! ACES, for a time that everyone is somewhat expecting a wait, can be the Worst time to have one! Thanks again!

The staff at the clinic were amazing, they helped my wife with a muscular situation she had last week, and provided a great customer service from the desk to the nurse and doctor inside the place. My wife Luz Fernandez was treated for a back injury she received at work. The staff was amazing specially Maria Gonzalez who was so professional and caring towards my wife. We are very grateful for the care we received at MD NOW Urgent Care.

The staff and PA’s and physicians are great. I can not get in to see my FP on a moments notice, because of course, don’t you always need a doctor after 5:00 pm on Friday? I have never waited long at Paramount. I have no complaints at all. In and out, and better, soon

Highly recommend this facility for an urgent care facility. When I walked in, the waiting room was full. I was expecting to spend hours waiting, however I was there for about an hour. The staff were quick friendly and efficient. I would definitely return here when in the area.

How are you closed at 4Pm but your hours says 7pm !? Deceiving and the people there has the audacity to laugh. Go somewhere else that answers their phone when you call.

The African American receptionist is rude and abnoctious, and refused to check me in because I said the forms were redundant and why bother to highlight some sections when the whole form needed to be filled out. Won't go back here and I was only there because of workers comp claim.

Everyone was very friendly and the doctor was also good at listening to my concerns and came up with a plan. He also called me to let me know one of my test results himself.

My preferred urgent care place to go to in Orlando. There can be a long wait sometimes, especially during peak tourist seasons. But they usually know how to handle it. Their staff is always great. The treatment varies depending on who you see. One time they literally wrote our kid a prescription for Neosporin when they got hurt really badly playing around outside and it’s like “why?” But other than that, they do a good job.

I had the absolute best experience here out of any medical place I've ever been. Every single person I encountered genuinely cared about helping people, and they saved my trip! I felt awful once I got into town and I was able to be seen so quickly and leave with an understanding of what was going on and given meds to help me feel better. If you're considering going here, I highly recommend it because it was a great experience.

I went there today for my 2y old daughter eye infection. Definitely worth the 5 stars for their quick waiting time, friendly staff and clean & organised facility.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was one of the last patients of the day and they were still as pleasant as ever. I was in and out in less than an hour w a prescription ready for me.

LIFESAVER!!! Our cruise required COVID tests within 2 days of sail and we got them done at CVS back home before arriving to Orlando. As SOON as we landed, they called to say they mixed up my daughters’ tests and they needed to be retested. We scrambled to find a place near Orlando to get them tested again since the cruise was set to sail the very next day (and Orlando CVS had no availability for same day testing). My husband found this place on Google and it literally saved our vacation. Hardcopy within 15min. Staff was nice, I am just so grateful.

So, I have nothing but glowing reviews for my angel named Angel who did the splint for my fractured foot. He made the experience a positive one. The front staff was great, too. I had to wait a while to get my X-ray read, which I totally understood. The only reason for four stars was it seemed the PA didn’t want to discuss anything. I get they’re busy, but it was a bit abrupt. GL!!!

My grandson and I went to Paramount yesterday. We completed our registration at 3:00 p.m. and our intake form at 3:11 and then we waited outside. One hour later when we saw a gentleman who had checked in behind us go in the facility I went to the door and ask why we were still waiting. I was told we were next. Once ushered into a room we saw ‘Chelsey’ (nurse practitioner?). Chelsey said she would write a script for us and left the room. Then we waited again. After about fifteen more minutes I left the room and went to the front desk. At the desk paying was a different gentleman who had been 30 minutes behind us in line. The checkout email Paramount sent us had a time stamp of 4:14 p.m. I would suggest finding a different urgent care than Paramount.

This is my second visit within a few months and I’ve not had to wait very long to be seen. On todays visit I met with Dr. Ajay Patel - he was very personable and authentic with his approach to my concern. Each visit I feel very comfortable and confident with the doctors and staff and today even more so. Thank you Dr. Patel! The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Highly satisfied with my experience! At this time, when there is a higher number of patients to be seen, I was able to see Dr. Ajay Patel in a timely manner. He was kind, compassionate and thorough, providing needed information and answering my questions. Prescription medications were sent to my pharmacy while I was there, allowing me to pick them up on my way home. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you Dr. Ajay Patel!
