We attended an 8th birthday party at MyFirstGym North Ryde. The party was fantastic, with the kids having a wow of a time. The staff were super friendly, but importantly in control of the kids as well. It was hard to get them to leave at the end of the party. The facility is new. There's plenty of equipment and padded enclosed areas for safety. The party room is big with lovely polished floor boards and one side having a ballet barre and mirrors. It is located on Level 1 of the carpark at North Ryde RSL, where there is heaps of parking. It can easily be accessed directly from the carpark (blue level) or you can take the carpark lift down from the club. Being part of the RSL was great, because it meant we could have lunch whilst we were waiting for the party.

My First Gym is a great way to get kids to do some different activities and get their bodies moving. The team are lovely and have great customer service. My daughter loves attending the classes and there is plenty of parking.

My son had a fantastic time at a schoolmate’s 6th birthday party. Really fun venue.

It's been 8 months with MFG, my daughter always excited to attend all the classes, they have many choices of class for all ages and if you get bored with gymnastic you can change any other class like boxing or parkour or even free play where no one to tell you what do to. This flexibility is a plus! The place is new and clean, the staff is super friendly, the coaches are really good with kids, the equipments well-maintained and there is kids corner where babies and toddler can play and read books. This place is amazing. Good job guys!

We absolutely love the team, facilities, program options and the overall positive vibe and atmosphere of My First Gym- North Ryde. We joined in November of 2022 and our 5 year old has been attending weekly sessions ever since (Mostly Parkour and Ninja Warrior, but has also done some Gymnastics and Boxing) We have been with MFG since their early days and have seen ongoing improvement and progression both in their services, coaching and programs- which have resulted in our little boys physically progression plus his confidence has grown tremendously. The coaches are very experienced and wonderful with supporting and motivating the kids and are extremely friendly. Oh! and they have a free coffee station facility for parents whilst you watch! We love Lily, Poppy, Charlie, James, Tin Tin Tin, May, Audrina, Jack and the whole team treat us like family and going there just makes us all feel happy inside and out!!! My First Gym North Ryde is an excellent place for kids to get active in other ways than conventional team sports. They are able to engage with skills through different class offerings and coach expertise. They are also encouraged to interact with others out of their immediate school environment which aids in social development. The coaches are all willing to help the kids and parents alike with anything they may require or be worried about. Overall an awesome experience for kids wanting to learn how to be active in a group environment whilst fostering gross motor skills in their development.

Wonderful place with both flexible and a good variety of classes. My daughter does Gymnastic and Dance. All at one place with 15 minutes between classes. Don’t know where she finds her energy. She love it.

Amazing gym for all ages! Kept hearing about this gym since they opened and finally we decided to took some trial classes with friends and end up signed in, even done one of my kid's birthday party here as well. You can choose all different classes that my kid's been trying several different sports and always looking forward to come for learning + having fun every week! And of course I should mention how amazing My First Gym coaches are in here! Highly recommended from my both children :)!

My daughter and I had an absolute blast at my first gym North Ryde. The team at North Ryde are welcoming, friendly and compassionate. The facilities are neat and tidy and there is ample amount of parking. A special mention to Coach Jess who is an absolute asset to the team. 10/10 highly recommended!!

My daughter Olivia enjoys learning here very much. She has developed her physical coordination and whole body balance skills, also improved her concentration and teamwork skills. The staff here is very nice to my daughter. I highly recommend this place – it's a paradise of joy for children.

Very welcoming, friendly gym! Staff all fantastic and helpful. The free play space is an awesome initiative. I like how the classes are grouped by year so abilities of kids per class are equal. Class length is good, not too long so kids can maintain their focus.

Our 2 boys have been here since it opened and we couldn't be more happy with the people and the classes. Date night is always a big hit, as we as the holiday camp days. It's great to get the kids involved in caring about their health and physical and mental wellbeing so early, and in such a fun and inclusive way. The genuine and caring nature of all the coaches and staff is wonderful and a real asset. Thanks guys!

We love My First Gym North Ryde. While they had some teething issues when they first opened (so if you did a trial class early on, maybe you were put off), they are now a well run kids gym with fantastic programs and awesome instructors. My 4 year old absolutely loves going and the staff are really patient and understanding, full of energy and wonderful with all the kids. It’s great value too as your membership includes unlimited free play.

The team at My First Gym at North Ryde are exceptional. They all genuinely love the children and are invested in their physical development whilst being silly and fun! My son first started by going to the holiday programs which he loved and is now a regular member. We love that there is a huge range of different classes to try and that you can be flexible with what classes your child wants to try week to week. The booking system is easy and the staff are so friendly at guiding you through any questions you have. There is ample parking which is a huge win and the facilities are always clean and welcoming. We especially want to give a shout out to the club manager Lily! She is everything you would want in a manager - so attentive and always ready to listen and help you out! You can tell the couches genuinely have a good time too! Highly recommend!
