Everytime i order from here i never get what i ordered! Today i ordered off uber eats and when i arrived my order was on the receipt and i opened the bags and not one thing in there was what i ordered and of course they do not care. Big family to feed and got 1 pancakes and 1 drink and both of those things i did not even order! So i have a hungry family and as usual i did not get my money back!! DO BETTER!

Service was great. However, Is it really that difficult to put the cheese in the burger?

Hash browns were cooked n sitting in server so when we got them they were warm. Ladies tiolet had no paper in first cubicle, 2nd had broken seat n both systems were constantly running n stained. Our visit was 8.15 in the morning, obviously the cleaner doesn't start till late....

Poorly managed McDonald’s. Has to be the worse maccas iv ever been to and is very disappointing as this is my local maccas. Customer service is terrible. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Food is absolutely terrible on numerous occasions. This place needs better management, better staff and improve the quality of food and service.

We ordered 4 apple pies and 2 soda water large size at that and we were missing them all and aren’t happy about it. The steamed bun cheeseburgers weren’t even steamed and I let him have the change of $100 cos he seemed like a good bloke

Filthy restaurant at best of times today was putrid overload all bins full rubbish flowing into floors toilets disgusting my grandchildren almost fell over in water Risk hazard water about 10cm deep on entry to bathrooms never have l seen it this bad l asked to speak to manager stating the water and mess she simply stood smiling and said nothing! not lm sorry ill tend to that straight away just a blank look and smiling like she didnt care whats so ever very strange response lm sure she would have had some training on hygiene and safety

When we first visited this McDonald's Bligh Park because Macca's at Marsden Park ran out of soft-serve ice-cream, Bligh Park didn't disappoint. McDonald's Bligh Park is one very 'fancy', as my son described it, McDonald's we've ever been to. It's so modern and clean and the staff very friendly. I don't think I'll ever say this... I'd drive 15mins extra out of my way to eat here. What a wonderful first time visit, so said my family.

Whoever the big wigs were in the meeting room; it’s disgusting you walk out of your restaurant seeing this mess and say nothing to get it fixed. If you blatantly leave this in view of the public your BOH must be a concern. Not only did you say nothing you actually had no inclination to fix it yourself, you’re in the wrong industry. Further to this get my kids in the car and find my chips are lacking in appropriate volume.

THE STAFF ARE FANTASTIC HERE love the manager and the food is always fresh whenever I come through. (Especially late after work). Honestly we make it a point to go specifically to bligh Park because of the quality. Rarely had any issues here. Love it. Well done staff and manager.

No matter what time of night or day you go wether it's busy or quiet you can't get fresh Fries from here. You can even ask for fresh fries and even get parked and they still fail to provide fresh fries. They can be hot but soggy and taste awful. Thank God there's no limit on dipping sauces to get through eating them and that's lucky if they put the sauces in the bag.

The staff here are very nice. One day, I forgot my hand bag overnight. Until the next day , when I came back, I got it Thank you so much . ❤️❤️

I’m embarrassed for people who work here. The most incompetent group of people. Best believe you will never receive what you order. Tonight $70 was spent and received two half cokes only.

Terrible service, had to repeat my order 3 times at the druve through for them to 'get it'. Waited over 10 minutes to just order then only to drive away and raise the supplied the wrong burger.

Your average McDonald’s that 20% of the time has a working ice cream machine. Worst place to get food from Uber eats or other delivery service. Everytime the food will arrive cold. Regardless of order and priority delivery.

This Macca’s outlet is pathetic when it comes to customer service especially through drive through. It has happened once or twice before where they charged me for sauce or double burger but only provided one. Even today, I was charged for double filet O fish and only provided one. Yet again the service has disappointed me. If you drive through check it thorough. I am never coming back to this Macca’s again.

My husband and I just felt like today a chocolate icecream cone each as he hadn't tried one before and it was the worst!! McDonald's advertise a generous swirl of icecream on the cone, but what we got was pathetic not even a tablespoons worth on top of the cone.The food server clearly can't be bothered doing their job maintaining a high standard and we got a"There ya" slap happy service as well.I mentioned to my husband how pathetic it was out loud and will never go there again even for food.I wish I was driving cause I would've got it replaced🙄False advertising at its best!!

This is a great little McDonald's to stop into. I usually grab breakfast and coffee here once a week. The coffee is always on point. At times the service can be a little slow but overall good 👍

My mother was abandoned here this morning at 5:30am this morning and was so frazzled a young man by the name of Jesse who was about to leave stayed with my mother, tried to get my mother a an Uber and when she declined he tried to offer to drive her so to that young man I hope he gets a raise or something because Jesse deserves some reward after that heroic act

Yet again order was delivered incomplete, burger missing ingredients and missing 6 pack of nuggets, burger was dry at not even worth eating not even put together probably I wouldn't even give it to my dog. Love how MacDonalds just fob it of to the delivery service this restaurant needS to step up and own their mistakes and look after there customers. APPALLING SERVICE AND FOOD

McDonald's Bligh Park is always clean. The staff are always friendly and courteous. The food is always fresh, and the children's play area is great for kids. Sometimes, it is a bit cold inside, but we frequent McDonald's Bligh Park each week. Cheers, McDonald's Bligh Park.

I was having a bad day and decided to treat myself to a Big Mac meal. When I opened my box the top bun was missing from my burger and I cracked up laughing and sent a photo to my mum. After finishing the burger (without the top bun) I looked in the bag for a napkin only to find the top bun sitting in there staring at me. It must of fallen out of the box when the bag rolled off my seat. ANYWAY had a good laugh, the service here is always amazing and staff are always happy. :)

Absolutely disgusting place. I don't recommend MacDonald (Bligh Park) never have their milkshake machine operating and I was told it’s always breaking down. Always some excuse for whatever I ordered and need to cancelled it. Unbelievable bad service 😒

Went in store to pick up an app order, only person in there, left waiting for 20 mins, people that had ordered after me got their stuff first, asked why taking so long? Told oh we can't find mcflurry cups...ok well why didn't you say something 20 minutes ago? Would've canceled the mcflurry and had my meal hot instead of stone cold!

Ordered happy meal for my kid with no salt on chips. Waited 7 minutes and still was given chips with salt. Had to remindthe employeeto bring also the apple juice that was in the order. Its a poorly managed store.Careless employees with no respect to customers orders

Maccas ( Mc Cafe) bligh park used to be a great place to grab your morning coffee. Unfortunately they don't value their staff so 99% of the great staff have left . Ill be taking my $3000 in coffee alone a year..somewhere else. Learn a lesson maccas Value your staff

Iv been to very few good maccas and majority are average or below and never really felt the need to make a review. This maccas however has to be THE worst iv been too. Food tasted old,dry and close to cold. Not only did they get my order wrong but when I went back for them to correct it via drive through, they're literally throwing the food through the air to eachother and ofcourse not catching it but giving it to me after they dropped it. The most uncomfortable behaviour to present infront of customers and I'm actually shocked that they thought this was ok. Gross.

A little bit of a slow service but never the less the food was up to standard. Interior was modern and clean too at 12.30pm.

This McDonald's is normally pretty good with its service and food. Given the area they are in getting alot of foot work not only from locals but people travel in both directions from Sydney towards Bathurst way and vice versa. The staff are super friendly and the food is usually really good.

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Every time I order food not only do I have to wait in waiting bay every single time I order I then receive cold stale food. Train your staff and cook fresh food for your customers that are paying for their meals!!

Its okay. They don't usually mess up orders which is good but the drive through is a bit on the smaller side so it gets packed pretty quick causing some problems in the car park during peak hours

Your general, run-of-the-mill maccas. Nothing exceptional. Somehow they always mess up orders, but nice people anyway. Ordered 2 hash browns and half an hour later I gave up waiting and asked and they said they forgot to make them, threw in some cookies for the wait. And the coffee is always luke-warm.
