James is as professional and friendly as they come, an honest, hardworking and knowledgeable agent, who makes buyers feel confident in their interactions with him. James would always go the extra mile with me at open homes, taking the time to understand my needs and share the highlights and features of the property and surrounding area. As a buyer this is great but it is even more important as a seller, that you know your agent is building relationships with perspective buyers in a style that makes buyers be open about what they are looking for and their interest in a particular property. We eventually ran out of time to buy a new property as our lease was expiring and instead decided to move into a new rental in the area. When I mentioned to James we are switching to rent for the short-term, he offered to help in our rental search. We found a great rental through Upstate and having James as a reference really helped us secure the perfect rental property.
