Great hospitality by the waitress. The food was very tasty, chips slightly cold. Nice atmosphere and despite been busy we didn't have to wait too long for the food. It was great. I'll definitely recommend.

With a happy Sunday evening mood we went to have our meal , as we waited to be seated, manager was not very happy , no costumer service skills, no enjoyment, no smile. Stone face. Food was terrible. This is not the first time in Harvesters where food disappoints. Atmosphere was comfortable tho. After manager was approached about food quality, she could not be more unpleasant. Why people like that work on costumer service , no apologies, no nothing. All she asked - What? Do you want something else then? Ridiculous management. Waitress was apologetic and served as politely. Would not recommend, not only because of this rude ‘manager’ but it’s not the first time when somethings off.

Our waitress Natalie was lovely, we were a group of 8 and had to sit on two different tables we opted for adults on one and teenagers on the other. This could have been complicated but Natalie was great and made the ordering and paying process easy. The food was a good standard but it was the customer service that made us book for breakfast the next day which was also great. Thank you Natalie!

Great place for lunch! Tasty food and portion size was more then ample. Price is very reasonable for the quantity and quality tou get and the restaurant was clean even though it was busy. However the stars of the restaurant were the lady servers. They were friendly, helpful and polite. They let us take our time in making any decision and to eat despite being short staffed and at no point did they try to rush us or seem like they were struggling. They kept calm and handled the busy restaurant like absolute stars! Would happily go back if those lovely ladies were working again.

Superb meals, staff were amazing and lovely to talk to. And Megan was very helpful as when it came to our Allergens she helped with our food choices

Harvester do the best rack of ribs. This is the Christmas special with cranberry sauce, delicious. The staff are lovely, the lady came to check if everything was fine. If you want to try those tender and delicious ribs, you should go to harvester.

Went to the Staines Harvester for a birthday lunch and they did not disappoint! The food was delicious, and very promptly cooked. Not a single fault could be made about any of the courses. The staff were excellent. Very accommodating and just couldn’t do enough to make the whole dining experience as well as the birthday itself a great time. Will definitely be returning asap!! Thank you!

The staff were friendly, was greeted with a smile and Sara, our waitress was very helpful and attentive… the food was perfect, complements to the chef, I found a new favourite meal and the salad bar was amazing as always… we both really enjoy our meal, thank you.

After loads of emails with vouchers from Harvester I’ve decided to go and dine in, but we’ll my local pub was close even if was showing that is open, and drive 30 min to go to this one, half empty and they refuse us saying that they are full, pathetic. Stop email/fishing if you cannot make it!

Had a lovely meal but Rosie was our waitress and I must say, her service made the meal that much better! Lovely vibes and quick service. Would recommend highly!

Came here for a works dinner on 28th April, food was great and the service was outstanding despite hearing there were issues with the kitchen. Nothing we asked for was too much and our waiter Dan was amazing. We will definitely be back, it was refreshing to dine out and have a positive experience. We'll done Harvester Staines 😊

Lovely environment You can tell they all love working with each other and it just made me and my partner smile so much especially our waitress ( I didn’t grab her name unfortunately ) but she was just so lovely considerate and grabbed our bag for us when we forgot it. Highly reccomend it , keep up the good work team x

I was taken there for lunch when visiting friends in the area. In line with other Harvester, the food was pretty good. However the service could have been better. They were obviously understaffed.

The atmosphere wasn't the best, nothing special the food was just okay and took a while to come out, however I was there on a busy day. The waiters were really friendly though!

The food is typical Harvester and of good quality. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Seating and service is great. The only negative is the atmosphere which is probably down to the town centre location, noisy and more like a canteen. The atmosphere is very much a personal viewpoint and so I fully recommend this as a place to dine.

Staff were friendly & attentive. As it got busier we did feel a bit forgotten & requested the bill as we didn't want to wait any longer for dessert but the waiter insisted he get us the free dessert that came with the kids meals & we all shared and really enjoyed it. Do not recommend the 'full' rack of Ribs, portion sizes have changed. It looked sad and lost on the plate, apparently you need to opt for the £24 mega Ribs

Nice welcome when we arrived. Food and drinks came promptly and with a smile. Little more attention to cleaning table surfaces properly. Either they are using the wrong product or not enough as table tops were sticky. Our waitress was friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit special. Food was lovely and arrived hot.

Tasty dinner. Food was on top form tonight. Chicken Dinners were tasty. Went early evening, nice and quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Our waiter Chris was lovely, friendly, funny and helpful, gave us advice on our Dinners and was patience with us, lovely service from Chris. Cooki Chaos Sundae is a must have, lots of cookie dough and ice cream is tasty. Thank you for a nice evening.

Just had a quick dinner here with my husband. Food was amazing. The service we received from Chris was very pleasant and attentive, massive thanks to him for looking after us. The Manager Natalie is a very lovely person and very kind to us. I’ve used this Harvester on several occasions and I’ve always had a good experience here. Will definitely go back.

I've usually had great food and service here, although I found it went downhill a few years ago, but that was a blip. More recently all has been good and the food and service excellent, for the price. It can be very busy, especially when vouchers and special offers are available on the app and via emails, but in the occasion of this review it was extremely quiet. I was lucky enough to win a free burger via the Harvester app (had to pay 99p for the chips that came with the meal) and pay for my usual drinks and dessert, but it was a good bargain not to be missed. All very tasty and well cooked, with excellent friendly service.

A wonderful meal that was made even more amazing by our wonderful server, Rosie - she was attentive, professional, warm, engaging and on top form with service. I can't thank her enough and I warmly commend her! Thank you! Lara

Friendly staff, food was amazing as always, got to love a free salad. Meal was spot on.

The staff were really friendly, the food was good quality and reasonable priced. I got the BBQ Chicken Stack and pulled pork on fries which was really tasty.

Been here a couple of times, have to say that every member of staff we met were lovely! They were friendly , helpful and engaged us with nice conversation! They were clearly busy and yet made the time to be attentive and helpful. We took a moment to tell the manger on duty and they were simply grateful for no e feedback. We were grateful for their lovely service!

Lovely and delicious English breakfast was cooked to perfection, only the highest quality ingredients. Customer service was very friendly and attentive, a lovely family friendly environment.

Had a great dinner with two friends. The food is good, nothing outstanding though. All the flavour of the ribs was in the sauce, the meat itself wasn't so good. The chicken was tasty and well seasoned, roasted at the right point, with crunchy skin. We ordered two mains and shared between us. The restaurant offers unlimited salad for every main meal ordered. Despite the salads being unlimited, they didn't give us three plates for it, but only two (since we got two mains). Useless subtraction to the quality of the service since we would have been able to get enough salads for the three of us. Another thing I didn't like about the salad, is that a member of the staff always has to serve you, you can't get the salads yourself. We enjoyed the dinner together, prices are really good (we're from London so we expected higher prices for such a dinner). The menus list the calories contained in every plate they serve.

Had wonderful and,very attentive service today from Kerry. Gave us time to relax but was also there when we needed to order or get a salad. Really lovely and personable. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely go back. Thanks to Kerry for a lovely service.

The staff was really polite and the food wasn't bad. I ordered a jacket potato with my meal but 10 minutes later I was informed that there were none left, so I asked for rice. However, I got chips instead. Of course, they replaced it straight away. Overall, it was a nice experience but there is always room for improvement.

Me and my partner went to Harvester after having issues elsewhere. Kerry was our server for the majority of the evening. She went above and beyond accommodating our needs. She was polite, the service was quick and the food tasted fantastic. She was made aware of my allergy issues from the start and upon finishing our dinner, she had already made me aware of what desserts I could and couldn’t eat based on my needs. She did this without asking. My allergy issues often cause stress on meals I eat out so to have someone deal with it in such a serious way, made the world of difference. She is a huge credit to business and I couldn’t recommend it more. In addition to this, when we asked for her manager at the end of the evening, she did it without hesitation. We left a compliment to the manager and I hope and would love a response to ensure this message is passed on.

Had a lovely lunch with my auntie lovely staff especially Darren who was very welcoming and showed us to our seats and Kelly who took our order and was very polite and very chatty and was very good with mine and my aunties allergies definitely go back again
