Doug
and
the
guys
at
York
Jewellers
Penrith
have
been
looking
after
us
for
many
years
now
and
their
customer
service
and
professionalism
is
second
to
none.
When
looking
for
my
wedding
band,
I
was
rather
picky
and
specific
with
what
I
wanted
my
wedding
ring
to
be
and
look
like.
As
I
had
know
Doug
for
many
years,
he
assured
me
that
we
could
design
a
one
of
a
kind
wedding
band
for
me,
and
true
to
his
word,
Doug
was
able
wrong
design
a
ring
which
was
more
impressive
than
I
could
have
imagined.
Since
making
my
ring
for
me,
Doug
has
consistently
cleaned
and
assisted
to
maintain
my
ring
and
it
still
looks
brand
new
today.
My
wife
recently
had
a
stone
come
of
her
engagement
ring
and
we
could
not
locate
the
missing
stone.
My
wife
the
decided
she
would
like
to
alchemy
redesign
her
ring
by
adding
a
blue
stones
on
either
side
of
the
diamond
in
the
centre
of
her
ring.
What
we
thought
was
going
to
be
a
very
expensive
exercise
to
complete,
Doug‘a
exceptional
customer
service
and
professionalism
once
again
came
to
fore
and
he
was
able
to
find
the
perfect
blue
stones
to
add
to
my
wife’s
ring.
It
is
incredible
and
she
loves
it.
My
wife
and
I
cannot
recommend
Doug
and
the
guys
at
York
Jewellers
more
highly
if
you
are
wanting
to
purchase,
restore
and
design
your
dream
piece
of
jewellery.
