    Booked a Snorkelling tour but got cancelled due to covid restrictions, the company that actually did the tours was happy to give refunds but since I booked through adrenaline I had to go through them. After weeks of emailing and contacting them through several social media platforms (with absolutely no response) I finally decided to call. I was on hold for an hour only for them to tell me that I can’t get refunds but they also can’t rebook me and that I had to go through the provider!!!!! Absolutely appalling customer service and communication!! This is my first time booking through them and I will never do it again!

    BUYER BEWARE !!! I purchased vouchers for my partners birthday. I assumed they were valid 5 years as stated on website and across all their marketing advertisements. The GIFT CARDS ($200 value) I purchased apparently only had 12mnth validity- hidden and buried in their terms and conditions. I booked with a provider who modified the date and time of my experience multiple times. By the time I tried to confirm the experience the vouchers expired and $200 down the drain. I have heard the same experience from a number of other people. I wish I had known this beforehand!!! Just don’t trust the 5* reviews like me, I think that must be part of their advertising strategy. Just book the experience direct with the provider so you don’t get screwed by Adrenaline and their shady terms and conditions!

    Buyer beware. I purchased a gift card for a specific experience offered by Adrenaline. When I tried to redeem the voucher, the company told me they no longer accept vouchers from Adrenaline, and I had to pay full price for the experience. Adrenaline are now refusing to refund the gift card. Don't risk it, book directly through the tour/ activity/ experience operator.

    Tried to book tickets to Sydney Aquarium for later in the same day. Adrenaline didn't have all the time slots available, but eventually I found one they had, placed the order. They took my money and send me an email saying that they are "processing the order and won't charge my card until the order is processed, usually within 24-48 hours". (that's for a booking less than 2.5 hours away.) I contact them, they tell me to wait an hour. I told them it's not good enough, as I have to leave home in 30 minutes. The person on the other side tries to call Sydney Aquarium (that bit was professional) only to tell me that my slot is not actually available! So if I waited, my family would have ended up with no tickets!!!! They gave me tickets later in the day, which meant we had to miss out on an activity we were planning in the afternoon. I've been to Sydney Aquarium many, many times and never have had ANY issues booking my pass. So, next time, I'll book from a reputable vendor and give Adrenaline a miss.

    Horrible experience! Booked a trip for my birthday and received the confirmation of booking only to receive an email a few hours beforehand that my booking has been cancelled because they were unable to confirm it. Turns out they don't actually book the spot when you book online, they only take the order so you don't find out till on the day if you actually have been booked a slot. Do NOT book through this company, book through the site directly instead.

    I recently booked a holiday to Cairns which was meant to be the first in over 2 years due to covid. On the trip I caught covid on the first week so I had to cancel the second section of the trip - this put mental and physical strain and had me in tears. I reached out to the providers who understood and calmed my nerves saying offcourse they will refund me which put my mind at ease. I contacted Adrealine to get the refund to which they said they cannot offer one regardless of the circumstances and if the providers are saying yes and only offer a voucher. Why are they seemingly profiting of a pandemic but the actual service fulfilment are not making money and wanting a refund. It is now with management but should I not get a refund I will be going to the fair trading… suffering from covid is one thing but having companies like adrenaline take advantage of this is ludicrous.

    Customer Beware! I purchased a trip activity using this company and made sure that I don’t exceed the 14 days in case I needed to cancel to get a refund. I was denied a refund because my purchase is considered a special category which I needed a lawyer to pick up in their Ts and Cs before the Purchase. I have called the operator and they are ok to cancel without any costs yet Adrenaline just want to keep my money for no real reason other than greed and inconsideration towards its customers. My advice is to stay away from the sneaky agents like Adrenaline and book directly with the operators who turned out to have their own website for book!

    This is a booking company!! You are better off booking and paying through the vendor. I booked a smash room experience for a friend's birthday and had to cancel as she had covid. The smash room people were very understanding and emailed adrenaline requesting a full refund however adrenaline denied this as they said it wasn't their policy. They issued me a voucher of the same value but after this experience I would never want to book through them again and will not recommend them to anyone. Because my payment was through afterpay now 2 months later since the original booking I am still paying for a service that I didn't receive. I wish I had read these reviews first!!! Afterpay referred me to the ACCC and I will be contacting them next. Money hungry company.

    Bought a Christmas present for my father for a specific date when I purchased it as a gift the date was removed that I booked the experience for. There was no any information my booking was changed. We lost the opportunity to use the voucher as my father leaves the country before the next available date. The customer service operator was very rude and unprofessional. Very upsetting experience.

    Zero customer support. Planing to lodge my case on Fair Trade Here is my booking ref: 1909868a1 case no. 00456004 My trip was canceled due to covid. Was contacted their CS team on 24th Dec, 2021 and they agreed to fully refund my money into a gift Voucher. Since then no one reply my e-mail or follow up my case. I have sent them another 5 more e-mails for follow up, none of them get replied. Avoid this company at all cost.

    BEWARE WHEN USING NSW DISCOVER VOUCHERS!! The NSW discover vouchers have a very quick expiry date so if you leave them in the basket too long they will expire. This happened to me with 2 of the vouchers but Adrenaline refunded me the full price and I was able to rebook my trip again this time using valid vouchers! Thanks Elise for understanding my situation.

    Booked a hot air ballooning experience with Adrenaline for my anniversary and it was such a great experience as it was surprise for my wife and she enjoyed and was very happy.the customer service was great.in future again we will book for quad bike for my kids soon.

    Made a gold coast hot air ballon flight mid august 2021,had to be postponed due to covid, in the mean time adrenalin are no longer using the provder or package i paid for and I was not informed of changes it's been over 5 weeks now trying to sought the issue out with very poor customer service and multiple times I've asked for a manager to call or just a simple refund.. work of advice don't use this company

    Very poor customer service. My ride was cancelled by them and I am still waiting for refund after tossing and tumbling between redbaloon and adrenalin. No response yet. They are money hungry with nil consideration towards customers. Never buy from them

    If you are thinking of booking an experience here, I would not recommend it based on mine. I was given a voucher by friends back in 2019 for a kayaking experience for 2 people. I booked in 2020, then covid happened and the kayak was cancelled... I received an email confirming the voucher would would be extended. Great! I went to book my kayaking experience today, and to my surprise the cost of the exact same experience has more than doubled, and I only got the amount of the original voucher, not the experience itself. I totally understand in today's world we are dealing with interest rates and inflation, and would expect costs to go up appropriately but more than double is just not worth it! Completely let down, and I dont want to look at a kayak for a long time!!

    My wife just booked an experience for 3 of us for tomorrow morning in Cains. Money has been taken and we didn’t received any confirmation email. Our bookings is for tomorrow morning and we don’t have any informations about it as we didn’t received any confirmation email. We have tried to contact you but no one is available on Sunday and that means that we will miss our experience tomorrow morning as we don’t have any informations and we didn’t received any confirmation email and the money has been detracted from her account . I’m sorry but that’s not very professional and helpful customer service

I called to get the name on a gift card changed to which I was greeted with a minimal hold time, polite exchange and prompt amendment of my issue.
