Visited Sprat Net while on vacation last week. There was great live entertainment; the atmosphere was lively and fun and the place was busy. There was grilled lobster, chicken, ribs, fish, shrimp, lasagna, and more on the menu. If my boyfriend wasn't allergic to shellfish, I would have ordered one of the large grilled lobsters. But we ordered the fish and ribs meals instead. The portions are large and consisted of corn on the cob, garlic bread, baked potato and a fried bake. I couldn't finish mine and had to take some ribs home. They were delicious and well seasoned; didn't even need the BBQ sauce, but it was a bonus. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his fish meal and he and his friend cleaned their plates. We will definitely go back the next time we visit St.Kitts.

Outstanding seafood place! This place and Zanzi Bar should be your dinner joints of choice if you are on St Kitt's. Fresh seafood - as in caught that AM fresh. Awesome service and a great vibe.

Underwhelming Experience at Sprat Net, St. Kitts My recent visit to Sprat Net in St. Kitts was notably disappointing. The food, served cold to the touch, might mirror the indifferent demeanor of the kitchen's management. An extensive wait of nearly two hours for our meal was attributed to the restaurant’s practice of cooking in batches. While this might be economically advantageous for them, it significantly compromises the taste and quality of the food. The atmosphere seemed geared towards locals, with music played at a more ear-splitting volume than enjoyable. The pricing strategy was perplexing: it seemed designed for tourists with high prices, yet the portions were small and the flavors bland, which does not justify the premium. Moreover, the overall service left a lot to be desired. Occasional rudeness from the staff and a general lack of customer service care were troubling. There was also a strange lack of understanding of personal space, which added to the discomfort of our visit. Visitors to St. Kitts will find the island safe and its beaches beautiful, a stark contrast to the culinary and cultural vibrancy you might experience in Jamaica. In conclusion, if Sprat Net wishes to attract a broader clientele, significant improvements in food quality, service, and pricing strategy are essential.

Fresh seafood and well cooked. Lobster was not dry and it was tasty. Snapper was delicious. Nice view of the ocean while eating. Great place to view sunset. Free parking. Beware of mosquitoes.

Very busy place. Food is delicious, and the seafood is caught fresh daily. They, also, have chicken, pizza, etc. Bar is available, and they pour well. My husband and I had the lobster. It comes with a potato, corn, and Johnny cakes. It was delicious.

What more can I add to this place and anything that’s been set already. We arrived on a Thursday night early based off reviews of the crowds and didn’t wanna wait forever for dinner and we were able to see a beautiful sunset over the ocean. Little did we know that there was not a band playing on Thursdays only Wednesdays and Fridays so there wasn’t much of a crowd. That was fine. Allison who greeted us was an excellent host as she explained the menu and even spent some time chatting with us. My wife ordered the snapper plate while I ordered the combo plate of ribs and lobster. We had a few cocktails before dinner as we watch the sunset. When we got back to the picnic bench seating, our food arrived. Huge portions that we were very pleased with and fortunately, we had an appetite and were able to finish them. I know there are a lot of mixed reviews, but our experience was very positive. I wish we would’ve been there on a night that they had music playing because other guests that our hotel said it was an amazing adventure. definitely worth the $28 taxi ride out there. Luckily for us, our cab driver stayed and waited for us or else. It’d be difficult to try to get a cab back.

The lobster and shrimp dinner us to die for. Excellent local catch of seafood. They pride themselves in making customers very happy. They have expanded the seating capacity. The place is situated over the ocean, and the live band is available on some nights. A well stock bat awaits you. Ask Captain Jack and Markie

Awesome. Just plainly awesome and one of a few places we visited more than one time during our 10 day trip to St Kitts. Don't take your dirty plates to the kitchen...Carlos will get mad. ;)

Food comes sloooooowly and is overated. We preordered, and it still took a while. The pizzas are done quite fast for a place known for seafood though. Service there is average but the atmosphere is awesome. The live music was great.

Delicious food. One of the nicest places on the island to have food. Picture-perfect sunset.

Best lobster on the island, the pizza and ribs are also really good! We had lobster while we were there but also got a pizza to take home for the next day. The views of the Caribbean sunset are also amazing. They have wonderful staff and the service is really good.

Loved this venue. Best nights are on Wednesday and Friday when they have a live band . Great family venue for entertainment and good food. Be prepared for a long wait for your food but my fish and chicken was well worth the wait

The food was good. We ordered a pizza. The band was jammin' - they played a wide variety of songs. The vibe was nice. We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

Amazing fresh seafood, cheap beer, worth the drive. We could have eaten here everyday. Local caught seafood cooked and sold directly. Highly recommend!

My favorite place. I like everything. Food takes some time but it depends on how busy it is. I've been going there with my husband for years. We're very know by the staff even by name. We brought the family sometimes and they're always have fun. Do not expect luxury, the theme is wonderful local people. Lobster, chicken, fish, ribs, shrimp, combos etc plus pizza. We've have had everything on the menu. They have live music or bands especially on Fridays. Nice sunset at least we've seen some.

I am a Travel Advisor and we arrived at 745 pm.,it’s now 938 pm and we have no food. The staff is not courteous or concerned at all. Do not patronize unless you have packed your patience. This is unacceptable customer service for any tourist destination. I mean RUDE. You ask a question and they look at you like you are crazy. Or they do not look at you at all. There are four of us and we have all asked and gotten no response. Do NOT bring a group here.

Great vibes and atmosphere, it takes forever to get your food. I think the night we went it was super long and our ticket got lost so almost two hours waiting for two lobster meals, I’m not sure if that’s standard but the meal was great. They have live music which is a neat treat, wish they stuck to more soca and reggae but I get it. All of that being said, I would go again.

Almost 30 years of incredible tastes of the Caribbean. We came on a Friday night and enjoyed local music, a non-pretentious atmosphere, and succulent lobster combos! Service was great- food came out quickly and staff were extremely attentive. I highly recommend taking a trip to Sprat Net for an unforgettable and delicious experience.

The atmosphere was relaxing, went in karaoke night and I really enjoyed it. My first time trying a whole lobster for myself and I was shocked with amazement. The pizza was even better

Extremely disappointed in the service here. We arrived and ordered at 7:30. After waiting an hour and a half for our food and seeing people who were behind us in line receive their food we went to ask. Conveniently they said our order was next. 20 minutes goes by and still no food while seeing others receive their food who ordered after us. Went up again to see what the issue was. Once again told our order is getting cooked. Table next to us receives food along with multiple togo orders processed. Had to go back up and ask about our order after 2 hours of waiting. Decided not to leave the cooking station until our order was actually being made and brought to us. This establishment caters to the locals and puts white peoples orders lower on the priority list. I understand catering to the locals but you still need to make every ones orders in a timely manner. Every one around us sat down after us and we’re done eating before we received our food. We will not be back, we will not recommend this place to any students or families who come to visit. If you aren’t a local you will be treated differently even though you are paying for the same service. Sickening how this establishment is run. This is also sad to see in this day and age.

Tried their pizza for the first time. Got a large half seafood and half Canadian (ham & pineapple). The large is defintely huge 😁 and tastes great. It was a Sunday so there wasn't a crowd, wait time was like 15/20 mins which isn't bad. Can't wait to try other pizza options and other menu options.

Nice open air restaurant with grilled menu items. I got the lobster and fish which was mahi mahi. Came with a baked potato, corn on the cob, and bread for $120 EC. The rum punch was 15 EC. They put this light tomato onion sauce on everything which went pretty good with it. Also has a full bar.

We were so excited to make the trip here. Waited a few days since they're only open Wednesday through Saturday or Sunday (not sure which). Live band was getting going when we arrived about 7:30pm and they didn't take a break for at least two hours. During that time, we placed our order at the food counter (seeing the humongous lobster waiting for the grill), took the ticket to the bar, ordered drinks, paid and returned the ticket to the food station and found an empty picnic table. The people watching and music were entertaining, but unfortunately our food didn't show up for over an hour. They were busy, but that seemed awfully long to wait on grilled food. They did tell my husband they'd had some sort of trouble causing the delay, although a local at the nearby table said it was normal when I asked. With that said, the food was good, the chicken was devoured and the lobster delicious. The fish was very good, although I hadn't expected a whole snapper so I had to spend time dealing with bones but super flakey steamed fish. Ribs had good flavor but a bit tough and the shrimp was a bit overcooked. On the plus side, my two who only wanted cheese pizza proclaimed it amazing (and they are Italian-bred pizza snobs)! Glad we went to have the experience, but for the time involved getting there from the Marriott (25minute ride) and back and the hour wait for the food, not sure I'd do it again.

This place is wonderful. We went on a very calm night there was no one there. On arrival at the restaurant all of us were contradicting our decision to come however after ordering we realized it was a great place. The food is to die for and it amazing. The view in the night is okay but during the day it is very good. It looks over the whole ocean and it is a place to visit if u go to St kitts. The fish is fabulous and I would recommend it to anyone.
