I’m
leaving
at
three
star
review
because
I
felt
so
undervalued
as
a
client
and
as
a
returning
client.
I
got
an
email
to
basically
go
back
to
the
salon
and
I
was
excited
because
I
needed
a
bang
trim
for
my
event
tonight.
So
it
was
perfect
for
me
to
get
that
reminder.
I
called
and
let
them
know.
I
just
wanted
a
bang
trim.
Nothing
more.
And
I
wanted
to
use
the
same
person
that
cut
my
hair
last
time
Freddy.
He
did
amazing
on
my
hair.
The
last
time
I
was
there
told
me
to
come
back
and
he
would
help
me
with
the
look
I’m
trying
to
achieve
with
my
bangs.
Not
only
did
Freddie
not
remember
me
I
felt
rushed.
I
felt
like
I
was
taking
up
space.He
didn’t
know
what
I
was
there
for
and
he
didn’t
know
I
was
a
returning
client.
I
understand
they
deal
with
clients
coming
in
and
out.
I
feel
like
maybe
it
should
be
notated
somewhere
in
their
system
like
oh
this
is
a
returning
client
that
was
new
to
our
salon
and
you
helped
her
before.
I
got
in
the
chair
asked
if
I
wanted
a
hair
blow
said
no
try
to
talk
about
what
I
wanted
for
my
bangs.
I
didn’t
even
get
time
to
sit
into
the
chair
properly.
The
apron
wasn’t
tied
on
me
at
all.
I
felt
so
nervous
and
so
in
the
way
that
I
really
didn’t
get
to
describe
what
I
wanted
and
I
didn’t
get
the
look
that
I
wanted.
I
just
felt
like
I
had
to
get
out
of
the
chair.
I’m
not
a
rude
client
and
I
understand
the
service
industry
and
that’s
why
I
feel
so
not
valued.
So
because
I
did
not
feel
valued,
I
will
not
be
returning
back
to
the
salon.
