Ben did my hair today. Super professional and polite. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he did a great job executing. Even though I have very long and thick hair, he was very efficient and finished the whole cut and blow dry quicker than any hairdresser I've been to before. The salon was clean and bright, and everyone was friendly. Definitely will be back! 🙂

Really Great Experience at this Salon! The Receptionist was very accommodating for last minute appointments. Ben did a Amazing Job on my hair. Even though it was just a wash & blow dry. Fay did a manicure for me. She made me feel relaxed and helped me get rid of the old gel nail I had left on my nail for so long. Also Fay made sure my nails were looking good before I left the Salon. This was by far my Best First Experience at this Salon. Will definitely be coming back!! Highly Recommended.

Ben did an ombré balayage on my hair. He did an amazing job. This was my first time dying my hair and I was scared. But I was confident Ben will do a good job since I have been going to him for hair cut for several years now. Even though he is super busy I never feel rushed and he always do a fantastic job and always go above and beyond my expectations.

I decided to go to Scruples to get my first haircut in over a year. I was nervous going in, but Jackie was so kind and professional that it made the process much more easing. At the end, she gave me a nice blowout and I was so happy walking out the door. I have never been so satisfied after a haircut. Thanks so much Jackie!!

This was my first Salon experience in USA and the tremendous one. I went here for Single process Hair Colour and haircut . I initially met John and he gave me the best inputs for my hair. He made me meet my stylist Ben . I explained Ben about 3 shades to be seen on my hair - caramel , red and brown. He said he can work on it. I was little skeptical throughout my process cuz every girl loves her hair! 😉 Ben had comforted me and explained me detailedly how it’s gonna work step by step. You can trust Ben completely as he’s very professional and give all the little details which u want and let him do the magic !! You will certainly leave the salon with a Big SMILE on your face . I really loved this salon and the way they welcomed. The owner was so amiable . I’m in love with this salon and highly recommend Scruples salon in Glenview. It’s been 2 months that I got my hair done and I’m still in love with how beautiful my hair looks ❤️.

I came here for the first time and had Ben as my hairstylist. Ben is an absolute artist! He is extremely meticulous so be prepared to be there for awhile if you’re lucky enough to get him to do your hair. He listened to exactly what I wanted and used his own creativity to help me with choosing the color and highlights. It was a bit pricey but totally worth it with the results I got. This is probably my most favorite haircut I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back for all future hair needs to see him.

Atra did a beautiful job!! My hair came out exactly how I imagined it and I am so so happy! Excited to take photos at my prom!! Highly recommend requesting Atra for hairstyles!

I come here once in a while to get a facial. The team is very kind and great, I love meeting with them. I usually fall asleep which is a great sign they know what they are doing! The room is a little tight, and I have a hard time with small spaces. That is my only issue, otherwise great place:)

I’m leaving at three star review because I felt so undervalued as a client and as a returning client. I got an email to basically go back to the salon and I was excited because I needed a bang trim for my event tonight. So it was perfect for me to get that reminder. I called and let them know. I just wanted a bang trim. Nothing more. And I wanted to use the same person that cut my hair last time Freddy. He did amazing on my hair. The last time I was there told me to come back and he would help me with the look I’m trying to achieve with my bangs. Not only did Freddie not remember me I felt rushed. I felt like I was taking up space.He didn’t know what I was there for and he didn’t know I was a returning client. I understand they deal with clients coming in and out. I feel like maybe it should be notated somewhere in their system like oh this is a returning client that was new to our salon and you helped her before. I got in the chair asked if I wanted a hair blow said no try to talk about what I wanted for my bangs. I didn’t even get time to sit into the chair properly. The apron wasn’t tied on me at all. I felt so nervous and so in the way that I really didn’t get to describe what I wanted and I didn’t get the look that I wanted. I just felt like I had to get out of the chair. I’m not a rude client and I understand the service industry and that’s why I feel so not valued. So because I did not feel valued, I will not be returning back to the salon.

Been going here for years. I miss some of the pre-covid perks like the coffee but I always get good service, haircut, shave and professionalism. I would recommend trying them out if you are looking for a new salon or recently moved to the area
