This was my first time at Images, I saw Kristin Faddis. I have been to a few other places for Botox, but nothing as nice as Images. It was a great experience from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Kristin took her time with me. She made sure she understood my history, talked about what I liked from my past trials and what I wasn't happy with. Her personality put me at ease and her knowledge and thoughtfulness really made me feel good about what I was getting done. She also made sure that she reviewed what she was going to do with me, along with the price, before she even started. I am a week in and I am already so happy with the results I have seen. I am so excited to go back and see her again.

I saw Jennifer for cool sculpting and she is amazing and highly knowledgeable! I was a little nervous starting my treatments but she made me feel really comfortable. I highly recommend seeing Jennifer if you are interested in getting cool sculpting!

I visited Images in Wilmette back in December 2021 and I could not be happier with my experience! I have always wanted lip injections and I finally saved up the money and worked up the courage to get them. Admittedly, when I arrived, I was a little nervous - but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiling staff member who promptly checked me in and gave me some paperwork to fill out. My appointment was with Violet and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so personable and immediately made me feel welcome and put me at ease by explaining each step of the procedure so I knew what to expect. I cannot express how impressed I was with Violet’s professionalism, precision and attention to detail! Prior to visiting Images I felt very self-conscious about my appearance but when I walked out the door, I actually left feeling confident! My lips are perfect and look absolutely amazing! Violet also took the time to follow up with me on several occasions (once a week) to make sure I was happy with my results and to make sure I wasn’t having any issues as the minimal swelling subsided – She was so genuine; I could tell that she really cared. I never take the time to write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience I felt compelled to write this one - If you are reading this review and are on the fence about getting lip injections my advice is do it! And be sure to request Violet!!

I had a wonderful experience with my treatments done by Jessica. Definitely great bedside manners! She always made sure that I was ok during the whole process! I am very happy with the outcome so far and look forward to my follow up treatments! The staff is very friendly and nice as well! Jessica is awesome definitely recommend her!

Love this spa! I got the cool sculpting treatment which was done by Jennifer. I was a bit anxious but she was super sweet and very knowledgeable about the whole procedure she totally put me at ease. My whole experience was very pleasant because of her.

Jennifer is amazing, I cannot put into words how amazing she is! Not only did she make sure my entire service was comfortable, but she genuinely cared about my experience and how I was feeling the whole time. If I could recommend anyone, Jennifer is my go to person for all of my summer bod needs!

I absolutely love Images! I have been going to see Rachel for lip injections and she has completely transformed my smile! She is extremely thorough and takes the time to walk you through every step of the process! It also helps that she is extremely personable and genuinely cares about her clients. If you are looking for someone who is extremely knowledgeable about injections I could not recommend Rachel more! I am so thankful for her giving me the confidence in my own skin!

Recently saw Jennifer for a Coolsculpting session and was really impressed with the service. Wasn’t sure what to expect but the entire process was relatively quick and easy. Jennifer answered all my questions and even follow up with me to see how I was feeling after the procedure. Needless to say I will be coming back for another session!

I came here to get coolsculpting done by Jennifer! She walked me through each and every step and made me feel so comfortable that I fell asleep during my treatment. I will definitely be back to see Jennifer.

Violet is a true professional, always listening and going above and beyond in taking the time to thoroughly explain all services, leaving me looking and feeling great! I also feel extra safe knowing that she has her Doctorate in Nursing, and clearly understands anatomy- like I said, true professional!

Rachel is beyond talented. I’ve been to multiple people for Botox and she’s by far the best. Her attention to detail, technique, and warmth make it an amazing experience. She’s the only person I’d ever let touch my face-I’m obsessed!! Everyone at Images is kind and professional, it’s a wonderful place to visit!
