Cleanliness is a big thumbs down. Look at the picture, garbage everywhere. And they repair their front door with loud construction noise in the middle of Friday afternoon 3pm. What the hell?! I silently gave them tolerance of 30 mins to finish this ridiculousness. But it continued until now. What kind of business owner would allow loud construction going on while customers are sitting down? Yeah, sure, no one wants to work late and no one wants to stay late for construction work after customer leave, because everyone needs to go home. Pictures are here so, customers, you can decide whether you want to visit this store or not when you have the choice.

Made a visit for holiday beverages on Nov 9th around noon. I regret not ordering via mobile. Disrespectful staffs giggling each other and had no interest helping customers after us as well.

Agree with being dirty, every time we come it’s messy, the workers are just lay back and even if they have the time no one is cleaning. Drinks take long time to make. Looks like a lack of management

Enjoy this visit better! I stopped going here due to customer service few years back and a month ago tried it again. I will return much needed change of customer service.

parking is a challenge. this is not a quick stop but if you were walking around shopping here it is convenient. not a quiet place and very busy. bring headphones if you are solo and can score a table on a weekend day. Seemed a little chaotic.

It's 8am on Saturday morning and the outside was such a mess with trash that I kept walking by. The owner should be embarrassed.
