I’ve been going here for over a year. I thought it would be my nail salon indefinitely. Until a few days ago when the owner tip shamed me for giving 18% tip and said to me, verbatim “if you book Lisa or Janice, you have to give 20% tip”. I asked her to repeat what she said, and she said it again and asked if I understood? I said “yes, I do”….. Given any other time, I would have had a lot more to respond with, to a comment like that! But this day because I had my baby with me, I let it go and decided, I will never come back to this business again. Tips are not mandatory. I paid for my services and tip accordingly. Maybe someone should give ethics training to the owner , Mrs Helen…

I have been coming here for over a year and never had a complaint. However, there has been some staff changes and NOT GOOD ONES! I was not being treated well and the staff member was visibly upset when I asked for my ring fingers to be a different color then the rest of them. She was NOT gentle at all. Since I was not satisfied with the treatment I was leaving only a 10% tip, but they FORCED me to pay 20% saying the minimum for tip is 20%....I am a big TIPPER especially due to covid but if the treatment is not up to par, why should I tip as if it was above and beyond? To top it all off, two days later my thumb on my left hand gets swollen and very painful so I go to an Immediate Care and they confirm I have an infection in my cuticle. I am now on antibiotics for the next 7 days. If you do go here, make sure their tools are sanitized.

My nail tech “Amy” did an ok job. She was pretty rough when doing my nails (jerking my feet and hands around and grabbing them roughly) considering it’s my first time and I’m pregnant! Then once I paid, I gave her a tip. Was only carrying a little cash and she said “no 20% tip?” Really loud so everyone heard. I ended up giving her all of my change. As an employee you should never demand tip, that is optional! I think it was really rude and inappropriate! Very disappointed (Didn’t make my cuticles even and my nails look crooked)

Can I just say wow!! I have been looking for this type of pedicure for a long time. A pedicure that is relaxing. Not the typical clean you up, scrub, and send you on your way. They take their time and the hot stone massage is amazing. I couldn't believe how good the massage and finished product was. I love the owner. Her professionalism is refreshing. Old school customer service! I work close by and go on my lunch. So she does help me out by being speedy. That said it does NOT impact the quality. I have gotten 2 no chips manicures and both did not chip. I forgot to add they give you a mini shoulder massage after each visit. This is my new go to place!

Beware! The lady doing my manicure, her name was Amy was not gentle at all she kept nudging and shoving my hands in the led lamp and it was very unprofessional. I tried explaining her to be gentle and she wouldn’t listen. I also asked her for another coat and she seemed upset about it and basically told me that she knows what she’s doing. I mean that’s just rude. I will not come back to this place after my first visit despite the fact that the pedicure and manicure turned out well.

Beautiful job! Felt relaxed and safe. Clean and sanitized. Everyone was very professional! Janice, my nail technician, was exceptional and went beyond what I expected! I will definitely recommend this place!
