Great apartment..if you don’t have a car. Apartment building’s biggest flaw is its poor decision in the placement of the parking garage entrance located in the middle of an alley. On one end, you have a restaurant with frequent deliveries and on the other (typically the side that residents would enter from) moving trucks, garbage trucks, and other deliveries often block it. In the event that both ends are blocked, you could be sitting outside the alley (my POV in the photo attached) waiting more than 15 mins to get through to the parking spot in the garage you pay a pretty penny, or you are trapped in the middle, unable to get out of the alley (like the white car in this photo). Sadly, there is no remedy to this situation as it is just the way it is, but definitely frustrating for those that are trying to get in and out of the apartment in a timely matter.

AVOID❌❌❌!!!!APPLYING HERE!!! SCAM!!!! They changed my room WITHOUT ❌informing me, and told me I have to pay two extra month rent in order to keep the room. I have made an application in June directly through their Albion website (under the "Available Unit"), and informed their sale consultant with the SPECIFIC room number I had applied for. (* I applied a room which is available in September, because I won't arrived the States until September.) They didn't told me anything about this room had been rented, and STILL❗️❗️❗️❗️ asked me to upload co-signer(parents)' finance information. And still didn't tell me anything AFTER the APPLICATION FEE WENT THROUGH❗️❗️❗️❗️which is $675. It wasn't until the day I downloaded the Albion app, and found they CHANGED❗️ my room number (not the one I applied for). I reached out to them, and all they said is that the room was already rented for someone else, and there is no room available in September. They asked me to PAY 2 EXTRA MONTH RENT to keep the room. COMPLETELY SCAM! AVOID APPLYING HERE!!!!!!! THEY DIDN"T GIVE MY $675 BACK. SAVE YOUR TIME, and DO Not Apply Here!!!

I was looking at multiple apartments last week in the Evanston area and the staff here at Albion stood out to be the most responsive and helpful. The apartments here are affordable considering their location and amenities. Move in was a breeze and I had all my questions/concerns answered!

Overall living experience was great with new and modern amenities. The only thing is that getting a response from the leasing office was much slower and less effective than when I moved in. There seemed always to be miscommunication between the leasing team as I heard many frustrations and confusion from my neighbors. Email response was slow or none at all so I had to always ask in person.

We have lived at the Albion Evanston for about two months now. I would rate the experience outstanding in every sense of the word. Xavia has been so helpful in answering all of our questions and connecting us to the right resources. The concierge staff is so helpful and friendly, especially Shandora as she always has a smile on her face and something positive to say! It is our first experience with apartment living and we can’t imagine living anywhere else!

Toured several apartments with my daughter. So glad she chose The Albion. Feels a little like being in a super nice hotel! The rooftop pool and common area is amazing. Love the management. Melissa is the best!

Albion building is the top notch! And the team is absolutely amazing! Especially, Melissa, Shandora and Xavia! They have helped me during the healing time after my surgery! Love these ladies! Also, the maintenance staff- Samir and Mateo has been extremely helpful! A great building to live in!!!

This place is amazing! By far the best one I lived in my entire life! The building is brand new, the room is extremely comfortable and the management (Melissa, Shandora, Xavia) is very professional, kind and friendly! Our neighbors are also very gentle and friendly as well! I strongly recommend for anyone searching for a place to live in Evanston! 😊😎🙏
