I like this place since I lived in Atlanta last year. First time in Panera Bread in Chicago. A lot of space here, the cafe itself is. Wry nice. But no bike parking and everyone is very busy.

While I was waiting in line to order, an employee of Indian or Pakistani decent mid 30s (I didn’t get a name) started sweeping towards my feet on June 23, 2022 at 20:22. She then stopped and said “get out of the way or you will get dirty” Awkward. She proceeded to handle the food and touched plates without washing her hands.

We ordered breakfast sandwiches: egg, cheese and sausage, and egg, cheese and ham, both on brioche bread. And cinnamon roll and bear claw pastries. Everything came up quickly. I liked my iced coffee. It’s rather expensive for what you get… The aforementioned cost over $37, and there was a button to add a tip! Still you can’t go wrong with Panera bread if you want a dependable breakfast meal.

I was craving broccoli-cheddar soup, so I went to the best place around that serves it. The fresh French baguette on the side is an additional yummy eat.

Great food and drinks. Have good salads pastries and coffee. Like ordering ahead but sometimes just dining in is best. On this last visit I ordered a large coffee and I got a medium so I went ahead and asked someone at the register to check the size, both the guy at the register and the man that actually did the exchange didn't apologize or said something comforting. The place looks very nice since they remodeled from the last time I was here. So the food and place was good, the service needs a bit of work.

One 1 star because without it I can’t move forward . Service is absolutely horrible . Not to sure if I came in at the wrong time . But the lady In the burgundy shirt whom I assumed is a manager is not friendly at all nor welcoming . Not to sure if her name is Anthony but that’s what my receipt said . The other absurd part was that your runner is there talking and chatting with your cooks but can’t run food out . Super dead and service is awful . Perfect time to prioritize good customer service. But Thanks to the lady/younger girl who help with the gift card though . Manager just shrunk shoulders and said idk besides the fact that when I was asking for a crispy chicken sandwhich she made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about . Also got my order wrong but I let it be and just walked out . Never coming back to this place .

little bit different from the picture in the menu. but nice atmosphere nice natural sunlight in the restaurant I visit here for breakfast because the hotel breakfast is horrible

I went to Panera Bread at 12pm today for lunch. I am writing this review because my Mac And cheese was very salty and runny. It did not taste good today even though I always get it and its good. But my green smoothie was amazing!

I have been to many different Panera locations, and go all the time in Chicago. I came to this location while I was waiting for my car at a nearby dealership, and I had the best experience. It was extremely clean, the food was great, and the employees went above and beyond. One gentleman helped bring people their food when it was ready along with additional supplies they needed such as utensils, napkins, and straws. The same employee even checked in on me when he noticed I had been sitting there for awhile and looked stressed. Their management team should be very proud!

This location is my favorite . Best Panera ever . Outstanding service The manager Michele is amazing, always with a genuine smile . Very friendly and professional . She always go out of her way to please the customers. and make great things possible

Blech. I used to love Panera but ever since I found out that all the food comes from a bag and nothing is produced fresh on site things were sus. The food quality has gone down. The drinks are horribly overpriced. (2 stars) Staff didn't really seem to care if I got my food, trash cans are over flowing. I suspect they are underpaid and overworked so I get it. Dont take this review out on them. (3 stars) And people using the dining room as their home office is just annoying. The last thing I want to hear when I'm trying to get away from my office for a break is more office, you know? Literally heard a man conducting business tell another man conducting business that he uses it as his office. Also, the carpets are filthy. (2 stars). Don't get me started on your "rewards program" which is like really nothing. Now, DSW, that's a rewards program.

I enjoy this place very very much the sandwiches are delicious! The pastries are the best! The place is great and I love going there on bagel Tuesdays!

Always good food. I never liked the layout of the beverage machines at any of their locations. The lids should be right next to the drinks so people don't have to balance their cups over to the next area. There seems to always be a traffic jam in that area.
