The the exam was actually okay April the NP, was courteous, professional, and polite Only thing that I have problems with (and have had for a while) is the lab technicians the phlebotomist they are not good, after this visit, I refuse to let anyone from their lab draw blood from me again, I have explained to them that I am a VERY hard draw my veins are deep and small and they roll (they don't listen) they either get less than a third of the tube filled and/or they leave bruise marks. AT THIS POINT I WILL INSIST THEY SEND ME TO AN OUTSIDE LAB.

Most of the people I spoke with were very welcoming and made me feel good about choosing to visit this facility It felt like I was visiting new friends especially the Nurse Prac. Very knowledgeable & down to earth personality. I was a lil nervous due to my medical issue but speaking with her helped me to relax, this made me comfortable, the majority of the staff are A+ in customer courtesy. Oak ST. Health seems like a pleasant place to go to in order to take care of medical situations this clinic Rocks! In my humble opinion :)

I received my first two doses at bronzville for the booster shot I went to the Avalon park where I was given the run around simply because I refused the Pfizer shot or to be their test dummy. Their claim the Englewood facility was the only location administering moderma which was "not" true after waiting two days for a call back from the Avalon park "team" I decided to return to bronzeville I received my moderma booster shot the following day. I love Dr. Ross, he is very personable and I just met him. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly as always. Also I saw Dr. Long and she took the time to briefly talk with me which I so appreciate. Thanks Robin

I was upset over the fact that my Primary Dr had been changed without my knowledge or input . My visit was a waste of time . I have had nothing but disappointment from OAKSTREET since August from not being able to secure referrals for diagnostic scans . I am seriously thinking of discontinuing their care if not for Dr Morrison whom I am very fond of the attention she gives to my needs as a patient

Simply outstanding, professional service. Process was extremely well organized. I received my first and second vaccinations, information was clear and precise and I didn't have any reactions to either vaccination. Everyone was so friendly and put all of us at ease with the process. I also enjoyed the old school music playing that added to the relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, thank you and God Bless all of you. For anyone who hasn't been vaccinated, please do so ASAP, hopefully you can go to Oak Street Health, there're the absolute best.

It was good. Got seen at the scheduled time of my appointment. Got the free AARP membership for a year. Dr. Jamal Ross was very knowledgable and personable. He was also quite entertaining. I'll be back.

I had a concern and stopped in to see if I could have an appointment the same day. I was given an appt the same day. Although my Dr. was not in to see me, the Nurse Practitioner was able to see me and I was pleased with the outcome.

I also like the fact that my Doctor knows my health situation and is very tentative when it comes down to tell me things that I should know concerning my health. I was picked up on time, entered the exam room on time. Spoke with my doctor about my concerns. My questions were answered. Checked out transportation brought me home safely. I have no complaints.

I had an 11am appointment with the pediatrist. The OSM van picked me up on time. My feet were examined and I have no problems.

Doctors were very nice and the nurses too. Very welcoming.

It was a regular check-up and everything was positive check-up my blood pressure was fine my AC was one point under my weight was 4 lb less my sugar what's low so yesterday was a very positive check up for me and I got to meet my new practitioner to make sure I Stay on the right track.

I was very unsatisfied with Dr Roberts because after I expressed my health concerns with her, Dr Roberts told me some steps and recommendations she was going to take, she never did any of it. She told me she was going to refer me to a specialist, that didn’t happen, she told me she would contact me within 2 days of my visit with her, that didn’t happen and she told me she was going to order me an MRI if the specialist wasn’t able to resolve my issue and that didn’t happen either! I don’t know if she has too many patients or what. I just know she made a lot of promises and had no follow through! I transferred to another facility.

We were called within 10 minutes of checking in. Abbey the NP was amazing, excellent bedside manner, well informed and very knowledgeable. I’m glad I switched to Oak Health Avalon.

Never met with Dr. Ross. Was given referrals to Trinity, was told the Dr. I was referred to for Gastroenterologist was no longer there. Also given a referral for Cardiologist at Trinity, was contacted the day of my appointment and told they did not take my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket.
