Arrived at 10AM. Was subjected to a 3.5 hour wait time. Came prepared to provide a urine sample, but couldn't wait any longer. After 45 minutes, I asked if I could provide the urine sample and wait for the physical for the remaining hours. I was told no. There were no chairs available. Practicing social distancing was impossible with the over crowded waiting area. Urine sample patients are unable to leave the waiting area for any reason lest they list that as a failed urine test. I was allowed to use the washroom and provided with a bottle of water. The instructions for the urine screen specifically stated not to over ingest liquid to avoid a diluted sample and required retake. Myself, an elderly gentleman with a cane, and others were forced to stand. Appointments are unavailable and no statement was made about the wait time when I called to attempt to make an appointment. After 3 hours, I was forced to stand in the unsafe uncomfortable waiting room while the lift test therapists, there were 2, went to lunch! Why not stagger the lunch breaks? I was finally leaving the building just before 2pm. Making my total wait time almost 4 hours. The nurses and DR were nice and had great dispositions. But this place is poorly run. One star for the staff...

Professional, but give false information about the waiting period. I came in for a drug screening.. was the the third person to arrive when they opened. Was there for two hours. No one came to give me an update until I stepped out and asked. They doctor walked in with excuses about appointments and etc. stating I can reschedule.. (why would I do that and deal with this all over again). Nice people just lack concern of their customers time

This facility is over crowded. There are only two physicians attending more than 250 patients a day. It appears like a County Clinic. Doctors are spending less than 5 minutes with the patient. They lost my Blood Test tubes. So I used other providers. Very irresponsible peoples. I would not recommend this facility.

Claribel did an awesome job. Very accommodating and efficient with her job. The whole process is quick for a physical exam and drug test.

S the girls in the front were very nice, but what upset me, was the fact that I got there an hour early,was the 2nd in line, and they took people that came later before me! The man that was in front of me left in less than an hour, I was there 3! There has to be a better system!

The staff was welcoming and cordial. Paperwork was done quickly but wait time for a urinalysis was one hour too long. I was un pain by the time they called me. There should be some different wait times for different tests.

Went the first time….they said 3.5 hour wait. Showed up 30 minutes before they opened and still ended up being at the location for 3 hours. The front desk people were great! The nurse was great! The doctor forgot to do one of my tests and called me shortly after I left so I had to turn around and come back…let’s just say it’s not a very efficient place, but they will get what you need done for you.

I was at the facility because I needed to submit urine specimen to determine I am not indulge in illegal use of substances, in order to be accepted to do business with an organization. The receptionist was very polite in registering me upon arrival. The young lady that collected the specimen was equally extremely polite and professional. The overall experience was extremely positive.

Employees were all great; kind, polite and seemingly efficient. However, the only problem was - the wait. I waited for over an hour and a half to have a Drug and TB test.

I visited Concentra twice. Both of them were magnificent experiences. As soon as I walked in the office, the employees welcomed you with a greeting. They were/are very professional and every step was followed accordingly. The nurses were very professional and attentive to details. Kudos to Concentra fabulous employees.

Had a 1:00 pm appointment got in right on time. Kaltouma check me in and was very pleased and helpful. Also Jennifer Meeker P.A. Did a full check up on my issue and was very thorough on explaining everything to me, she was great and would definitely highly recommend her…!!!

So I've been coming here for 3 months now. I'd just like to thank everyone of the staff for being so helpful and making me feel at ease. The ladies at the front desk are very professional. The MA that I saw most was Kristina she is absolutely amazing and very easy to talk too. I've had the best experience here the Doctor is amazing and very helpful and informative. I appreciate him so much for his professionalism throughout all of my visits!!! I would totally recommend this facility!!!.

I would recommend everyone to come to this location. Claribel was very helpful, professionalism and great customer service. I give her a 5 star went above and beyond.

Needed a medical exam and drug screen to renew professional license. Exam was 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for signed forms. If you don’t have time to do the paperwork- or are unfamiliar with the form - you shouldn’t be scheduling appointments. “Busy” is not an excuse for failing to fix problems YOU created.

I had pre-employment test with them and they was awful, I have to go there because my company have contract with them but it wasn’t my first pre -employment test , if you have to go there your waiting time is over 3 hours minimum, and if you have to back for any reason you should wait again more than 3 hours.if I could gave them 0 star . They doesn’t care to customer and I don’t recommend this place. So save your life and avoid it

My experience at the clinic was wonderful, my nurse's assistant Claribel N, was wonderful she made my stay as comfortable as possible, she explained things to me she took her time to show me how to adequate use the machines, she made me laugh and made my testing very fun, gracias Hermosa. This is my go-to center and I recommend to anyone and everyone

Claribel is very helpful. She is efficient and hard working. She made me comfortable and has a great personality. Overall, she is your best one here.

I’ve been to Concentra in Morton Grove three times for pre-employment requirements. It’s always a very busy location but staff is very friendly, professional and helpful, from the front desk to the exam room. William O at the front desk, has twice provided me excellent service and made my visit as good as possible given the circumstances.

I went to this location because I’d lost the copy of my immunization records and TB for my new job in Chicago and Ms.Lupe behind the counter Saved the day!!! She was SO calming and professional and even called the Concentra back home in Seattle to get my records sent over!!! THIS location is where I will always go!! The level of help abs professionalism that I received was absolutely TOP Notch!! Lupe should get a promotion and raise because I am a new loyal customer!! HAPPY!!!

Claribel went above and beyond to get all my labs and testing done in a timely manner. Her work ethic definitely shows when doing patient care. She made my experience with concentra amazing. I would highly recommend!

The reason for this score not being five stars is due to the wait time of three hours and forty minutes for a five minute physical for employment. The staff was very polite, especially when other people were complaining about being there four hours. I compliment the staff's patience and respectful handling of those who were upset. The waiting area was clean, air conditioned, had a TV and more seating outside the office in the building's lobby.

Claribel was super friendly and welcoming when I was called up. Shes also inspiring and a great person to have non stop conversations with. She keeps it professional at all times and one of the sweetest ones there. Overall amazing experience!
