This clinic is extremely chaotic. I have a working GP at this clinic but have gone in as a walk in. I always ask the other patients that were there before me if they are there for a walk in or booked appointments. Without fail the staff loose track of who came in first and forget about you. I have been forgotten twice now and have had to remind them that I am still waiting all while others go ahead of me. I call to make a follow appointment with my gynaecologist and I’m told only management can make these appointments and they will call me back, but no one calls me back. I call again the next day and the appointment is booked with the receptionist. Very frustrating. I have also met the founding doctors of this clinic and can’t say I like either of them. The male doctor is passive and dismissive and the female doctor isn’t very approachable. The system is definitely broken. Possibly understaffed or under trained with minimal to no communication with the reception staff as to what exactly they should be doing.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Jacqueline Tadrous. I have been going to her for years but because I was younger and relatively healthy I never had to discuss much with her. This year my health suffered greatly due to the intense stress working in the hospital among many other factors. When I would ask her opinion regarding my concerns her responses were brief, simple and unhelpful (often invalidating and minimizing “it’s just stress”). She rarely asked follow up questions or did further assessment of any kind unless I strongly asked for it, often times insisting she provide referrals to address my health issues. She argued with me that I should return to work while I still had significant pain (physical and emotional) with zero justification, I was nowhere near my baseline functioning (am still not). I am also someone who is very motivated to return but my mind and body would not allow it. Let’s be clear, Ive worked in healthcare for a number of years now and have two degrees. I also assess patients as a part of my job and have worked closely with many doctors in various settings. She lacked compassion and effective clinical reasoning skills and I am deeply concerned about the negative impacts of this type of practice has on her other patients (which is clear from the reviews that it is not good). Advocate for yourself and seek out a different doctor. It’s hard to find (really it’s very very hard especially when you have health issues). I luckily have since switched doctors and am now seeing someone who actually listens to me and provides education when I have questions about my health and medication.

I wish I could give this review 0/5 stars. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rizk for years. I recently found out I was expecting so I booked an appointment with my doctor for next steps and further testing. The day of my appointment I was told my was doctor was unwell and that I’d be seeing a different doctor, Dr. Moussa. I came in and gave a urine sample as instructed by reception so they could test for pregnancy. Dr. Moussa came into the exam room, doesn’t open my file and simply asks so why are you here today. Dumbfounded i said well tested positive on a home pregnancy tests the last few days so I wanted to confirm and as a first time mom I wanted information on next steps. Dr. Moussa flips over a paper and says “oh but your urine test came back negative”. I immediately got upset. Showed her photos of 4 days worth of positive home pregnancy tests, which are all darker by the day. She says “sorry it’s negative, I guess this isn’t the news you expected, is this a planned pregnancy”? We’ve been struggling with infertility and just recently received a referral to a fertility clinic. This positive pregnancy test has been such a blessing for us. If Dr. moussa had even bothered to open my charts or file she would have seen this information. Instead I was asked why I was there and if this was planned only for her to say sorry it’s negative. When I put my urine sample in the cupboard there was someone else’s urine sample in there! So I told her and to which she got up and asked the front desk receptionist who did the testing if they had the right sample and they said we think so. I’m so so appalled. She sent me for blood work which we are waiting on but the absolute lack of respect, care, bed side manner, sensitivity and downright uneducated approach to dealing with a patient who has been at this clinic for 5+ years has just given me all the more reason to seek out a new family doctor. To send a pregnant woman into a state of panic and stress and just say sorry this wasn’t the news you expected all from a urine test which may or may not have been mine has left me incredibly angry at our health care system. If you can, please avoid this clinic. To allow front desk receptionists do pregnancy tests and not know for sure if that was the correct sample to a doctor who can’t even be bothered to open a patient file to review history before they speak insensitive comments makes realize that I’m better off seeking out a new family doctor until I find the right fit. Dr. Moussa I hope you read this and feel ashamed at your lack of sensitivity and kindness.

*accepting new patients* "I'm sorry but I need to maintain my work/life balance and I have too many patients just like you. You will simply take up too much of my time." Nah. That's not the attitude someone should have when they're supposed to be dedicated to helping others.

I just had an "appointment" with Dr. Mary Samoil. I took time out of my work day to drive to the clinic, only to be told that she wouldn't be seeing me, it was just a phone call appointment. She was very rude and unprofessional. She would not let me describe my symptoms or issue because she quickly decided that sending me for an x-ray would be the solution (which does not even seem relevant to my concern). I hope she can work on her bedside manner and begin to take her patients seriously. I would not recommend to anyone.

Dr Jacqueline Tadrous is the worst doctor I have ever talked to. I have seen many doctors but this is the first time that I have such a bad experience with a doctor. At first she was not bad but then because I had different symptoms she was unprofessional, did not even bother to ask me further questions and decided that I should just do whatever she said I should do. I told her, if possible to book me an appointment to a dermatologist and an ORL but she said she did not know what I was talking about when I said ORL and as for the dermatologist I should just buy the cream she prescribed and moisturize my skin. I do understand that walk-ins are for one problem only but that’s is not a reason to leave a patient in the room without any warning, she just got up, said walk-ins are for one problem and left me in room 4, went to the opposite room (room 3) and closed the door behind her. I really do not recommend her at all.

Doctors are nice and efficient. I would give 5 stars to the doctor. But three front desk girls were chatting, even did take care of me, one Asian girl really didn’t listen the patient and was so rude, not caring about the patients. I thought she hated the job! Lol! Strong recommend to replace this receptionist!!!

The female doctor was incredibly short with me (when I was clarifying her instructions, she seemed to misunderstand and thought I was questioning her - then she dismissed me). She prescribed $50 worth of medication that was completely inappropriate for my son. After a visit to emergency, the nurses were shocked that the prescription had been made and that the pharmacist onsite would have filled it in the way he did. The wait time is super quick which is why we went, but I will NOT be returning.

Had a terrible experience today with Dr Moussa that has left me shocked and dismayed. After a 10 minute phone consult she abruptly ended the call saying that she had other patients waiting in the waiting room 😮seriously!?! How is that acceptable when I just waited 2 weeks for my appointment. This is my time and she didn't even give me a chance to describe all my symptoms and concerns. Completely shocking how they're running this place. If you have a clean bill of health then perhaps 10 mins is adequate however any changes or complications cannot be handled in this manner. This is more of a walk in clinic experience or a drive in service. The sad thing is that doesn't work for everyone especially those who are actually in need a real.Dr.

After a decade with the same doctor, I threw in the towel and got a new family physician. I have never felt so unheard by a doctor or clinic staff as I have at this clinic in the last year. The unwarranted hostility towards patients, incorrect documentation, inability to provide chart information upon request, bias towards mental health disability, and complete disregard for the dignity of patients were major factors in the breakdown of my access to primary care. I cannot stress enough that patients have rights and ought to be treated with dignity. Proactively working with patients instead of being hostile towards them or presenting bias towards patients will net better primary care and relationships.

Dr. Rizk has been my family doctor for about 8 years. I went in for a full physical and asked to talk about the results once they came in as always he never calls back. I also asked for 2 referrals over the years one being about 2 months ago and still nothing. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s not submitting anything. Wouldnt this be considered medical malpractice?!

Tried to book a phone appointment with a family doctor, Dr. Zhang for the next 20 days through the Medeo website. It initially said that its on review by staff but eventually got declined. There was no explanation or call follow-up to reach out about my concern. This is already the second time I had encountered this issue with them. I am terribly disappointed with the bad customer service they have over there.

The walk in situation right now is atrocious. I had called at home asking for a doctors note. They said I HAD to be in the parking lot to book with no explanation on waiting or procedure. Emphasizing that I need to hurry up. So I get there, call, and then am told to sit in my car for the next 45 minutes until the doctor can call me. Now instead of being able to stay at home, keep busy for the next 35 minutes as I live 10 minutes away... I have to sit in the parking lot. Dr. Tadrous is great though so I can recommend. But walk ins could be handled better.

i think the Rizk doctors are great, friendly people. when i signed up to be a patient i was assigned Dr Tadrous who I don't get along with. She is a condescending person and talks down to her staff in front of you. i tried multiple visits to have my family doctor switched to anyone else. i just called to make an appt today and the receptionist told me i'd have to make an appt with Dr Tadrous first in order to possibly switch. thats a terrible process, i said i'd go to another clinic and the receptionist said ok bye. lol. I highly recommend not letting them set you up with Dr. Tadrous because they wont switch you out voluntarily.

Had a "meet and greet" today with my potential new doctor. My family doctor of over 20 years recently retired. it took her less than 5 minutes to politely say she won't take me as a patient because I had a prescription for oxycodone. She didn't get it that my doctor retired and these pills don't come with a lifetime supply. There's no more refills, that doctor is retired. This is a prescription that I had been maintaining responsibly for many years, and even though I told her I wasn't interested in more pills, I was interested in finding a doctor that would actually help me get better and heal properly, she was clearly not interested in helping me. People wonder why our MB health system is so broken? It's because for 20 years these "professionals" have been taking the Hypocritic Oath, not the Hippocratic Oath. They only care about maximum billable appointments and easy 5 minute diagnosis patients. They're all hypocrites, not doctors. They care more about their income than they do about actually helping people heal. And they should be ashamed of themselves. This is becoming an issue for me, I have a lot of health issues that are having a huge impact on my quality of life, and I'm only 56. I need a doctor, but because of those damned pills, it seems I'm some sort of degenerate that deserves to suffer for the rest of my life. I just want to play with my grandson without pain interfering. Are there any real doctors left in this province?

While I have had good experiences with the doctors at this clinic, the office reception has been another story. In particular, there is someone at reception that calls herself “the manager”. Unfortunately, this person is condescending, rude and borderline aggressive. This person creates a toxic environment and behaves as a gatekeeper, essentially preventing patients from getting medical care due to a clinic policy where patients can only see their own doctor and refusal to put a patient’s name on the list for walk-in no matter the circumstances. My doctor works part time and although she has been wonderful when I can see her, it is weeks long wait times for appointments. There is no doctor at the clinic that covers her and with the clinic policy and reception that does nothing to help because of what appears to be fear of “the manager”, it is very hard to see a doctor here. The walk in clinic is ok, but be sure to get there early as they often stop taking patients by noon.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Go anywhere other than here. You have been warned. You will get nothing but the run around. This place does not care about their patients at all. Every experience here has been poor, from reception and phone calls to the complete disaster trying to get refills on prescriptions. They will gladly tell you to stop taking your medication because there's no one to authorize refills! I'm taking my family somewhere else.

Went in think I had a ear injection because it was a penetrating pain with a headache. I also had a sore throat but I wouldn’t even call it that because my actual throat doesn’t hurt just my lymph nodes in my neck. She does the ear check and says there’s nothing wrong and proceeds to check my throat which she then says is inflamed. She asked me about my vaccine history from which I said I am fully vaccinated since may. She tells me to get a test in the most rude way and treated me like I was this gross infectious person. She has no social skills and from the moment she walked in the vibe changed and it was so awkward. Come here many times and everytime I’ve hated it. She also prescribed me a antibiotic without telling me anything about it or asking if I was on birth control and which she could’ve let me know if this type would affect it .do not go here this place should be out of business not to mention it’s also so gross there was a used tissue beside me

Dr. Akinpelu was extremely unhelpful with lack off examinations and treatment. Took multiple weeks to get ahold of her, and when she finally called for a scheduled phone meeting she was a half hour late and tried to hurry to get me off the phone. Did not try and help any of my symptoms just sent me to a different doctor. Don't recommend using her.

I went in to the clinic and saw a different Doctor thank I usually do when I go for a walk in. She was extremely rude to me and my fiancé spent the rest of the day consoling me from her horrendous attitude and no help which is what I went into for was just medical advice . She gave me a pamphlet with information and it contradicted everything she was saying , she gave me a prescription for something I didn’t need or want. I usually love this clinic but biased and rude opinions in not what I go to the doctor for.

I followed my GP to this site after seeing him at another office for years, but unfortunately it was a challenge for me to commute to this new location at that time and I had to discontinue using him as my provider. I began seeing another GP at the original office, but never built a patient-doctor relationship that I was comfortable with for my long-term care. Having means to now commute to Seine Medical, I checked the website and noticed they had a female physician taking on new patients - such luck! When I called the office, I was met with some confusion from the receptionist who transferred me over to what I assume was the office manager. She went on to tell me that they do not allow a patient who has seen one physician in their office to see another physician. This is their policy and other offices do the same thing. When I attempted to explain that I had not been seen by that doctor for years and had been seeing someone else, she said that didn’t matter and the new physician was already booking meet and greets into December (9 months later). She then went on to say that I could try to come in to their walk-in to see the female physician, “if I had a medical concern” and she might take me on as a patient. I was quite dumb-founded by all of this information and the borderline aggression I received from the office manager and I ended the call, but I feel that I should be able to request a female physician regardless of if I had been seeing another doctor in the same office 5 years prior.

Our family doctor Dr. Fadeke Akinpelu went on vacation we were not notified until we tried to book and appointment. My youngest is pigion toed and they were supposed to set up and appointment yet no appointment was set until we personally called the specialist. There is no sence of ergency. My oldest son has some serious issues that have gone ignored and rushed out brushing it off as normal. My son is running full speed into the corners of walls when he is upset and damaging his head it us NOT NORMAL and don't let this office tell you it is. He has had a bump on his head for months and he gets worse and worse and isn't getting the help he needs from this office. If you have small children you are concerned about I recommend finding a different place for your family doctor. I just want to help my son and they don't want to help me do so.

If I could rate this place zero I would. I had an appointment booked for 2 months and they cancelled it without notifying me, then I booked an appointment for over the phone and they never called!! I’m beyond shocked with the lack of professionalism. I will gladly take my health concerns elsewhere because these “doctors” clearly don’t care.

Walk In wait experience was horrendous. Had to have a phone appointment due to symptoms but needed to be in the parking lot in order to get a phone call. Waited uncomfortably for 2hrs in their parking lot for a conversation I could have had from home when ill. Prescription needed was sent to my pharmacy to pick up. I knew no one would see me in person. Such a waste of time leaving the house.

I've been seeing Dr. Moussa for about 2 years. I feel she listens to my concerns, I have some mental health issues and she is supportive and willing to help me find the right medication. She has no issue sending me for further testing if I have concerns, she has offered to refer to me specialists. I've gone through many doctors over the past few years and I am very happy with Dr. Moussa. She is to the point, she told me I need to lose weight, which I agree with. Some may not like that, but I need to be told that, as opposed to a doctor saying nothing. I would give 5 stars, however, I do get frustrated with the front desk. When I am waitin g to hear about my results, I am the one who has to call them, when Dr. Moussa tells me they will call me.

I have never done a google review. I’ve visited tons of different walk in clinics in Winnipeg. I thought I’d try this one.. Called to discuss my UTI urine culture with the doctor, and reception said I can not talk on the phone with the doctor about the results. Says if there was an issue I would have gotten a call. But for someone with ANXIETY I needed peace of mind. They than said, If I want to discuss my results, I’d need to physically come in, than call from outside the clinic to discuss results from my car on my phone. I get it’s covid. But why can’t I talk about my results over the phone from my home? why do I have to be in my vehicle at the clinic ? I just want to know if it is was for sure an infection that’s it... It’s just very sad and hope this helps someone make a decision to go elsewhere.

one star less is just because today only I have called to book appointment. Someone picked up call and asked me to hold. Surprisingly they put me on hold for almost 20 minutes and I have to keep waiting. finally I have cut the call and called them again. That's surprising to me as never had such a wait time to book an appointment. Doctors are really good. Lady at reception is behaving very nicely. Clean hospital with good ambience.

Came to see Dr.Rezk for a 2nd opinion and he stated he would send in a referral for an ultrasound. I phone the clinic 2 weeks later to make sure it will get sent to the correct address. I had to find out from the front desk staff that he never even sent the referral and that he told them to tell me to go see my doctor about this issue. He knew I was looking for a 2nd opinion and told me he would send me for an ultrasound. He let me down and there was no communication whatsoever. Disappointed.

I see Dr. Rizk as my family doctor, and finally after years of being ignored he listened to my concerns. Not only that, he actually helped me get properly diagnosed for endometriosis (by listening to whom I wanted to be referred to and didn't tell me that my menstrual pains were "normal"). Since then he has been stellar at helping me manage my PTSD, depression, and anxiety. One thing for certain is though that you need to be clear about what you're experiencing. It's a huge relief to finally have a doctor who listened to me (as a young female- generally I've been dismissed by health professionals because of my age and gender).

I was going to simply call or email to keep this matter private, but I really don’t care anymore. Every month I go to pickup anti depressants. Every month my pharmacy faxes them multiples times for the refill, with no response. For YEARS. And when I call? I get sass saying “oh well we would’ve checked our faxes all on Monday”. When I insist they check, oh what do you know? The fax requests are right there. Missing doses of antidepressants is horrible for your body and mind. But clearly, they don’t care. And I’m sick of it, too. So tomorrow I’ll call, go through the usual argument of “we didn’t get a fax, oh wait, we got multiple.” Fill my prescription for the lasts time, and ween myself off these pills that don’t even help me and make a damned zombie anyway. Seriously, your psychiatrist knows how much I struggle to just stay alive and I have to deal with this every single month, for years. I’m a kind person. I do not complain often. I work with the public as well. & let me tell ya, 99% of people wouldn’t be this forgiving for multiple years. So again, would’ve kept it private if seine river could be contacted by email, or phone later than like 4pm. But, they didn’t give me that option. So here we are! Goodbye pills, and goodbye money that seine makes off of my struggles.

I went to the walk in, because i couldn't see my doctor. I had to see dr moussa. She is so incredibly rude! Wouldn't let me finish my sentence. Talked over me and then when I was getting a bit frustrated, she's trying to tell me she's trying to help, but ummm nope her being rude and not listening isn't trying to help me. Would never recommend her and if I ever have to go to the walk in and it's her, then I'm walking out.

Dr.Nesreen Moussa was my family doctor for over a year and she was very professional, patient and kind. I moved to new place so, unfortunately I had to change my doctor. The clinic was clean and had a good staff except one receptionist who was unwelcoming most of the time.

Front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. I've had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Rizk who is always on time and thoroughly explains things.

Dissatisfied. Don’t waste your time here. Doctor she must take some responsibility and prescribe what is needed for infection, not the over counter stuff. It is not difficult to diagnose throat infection. After a week of suffering and following her cooking I went to other clinic and the doctor told me I have a big infection in my throat and ear and his prescription worked for me greatly.

Walk ins are a mess. Was told I'm next (5 mins), then I waited 1 hour!!!× with 10 more people coming in before me as WALK INS. Joke of a place.

My father went here this morning and they refused to see him. He had covid in May, he has since been double vaccinated, and he went and took a covid test on Sunday which was negative. He thinks he has bronchitis and needs a doctor to listen to his lungs!! They treated him like a leper and made him stay in his car. They just guessed what was wrong and sent in a prescription. This is so wrong and unacceptable!!

I have been to this clinic twice for walk in care. Its clean and great parking. I waited about 1 hr. The receptionist, pharmacist, and physicians were both professional and polite. I hope they stay in the area as this is a much need option.

I've been a patient here for a few years and my experience has been good. More often than not, I get in fairly quick. Sometimes I don't, but that's expected because healthcare is not the same as getting groceries. They are dealing with people's health, from the common cold to end of life care. The stress can be substantial and I've found the staff to be friendly and helpful. My physician is Dr. Moussa. She's intelligent, witty and pragmatic. She gets to the root of the problem quickly and offers excellent advise on how to solve an issue. I like to ask Dr. Google and do research before I come to my appointment. She's good with that unless I start asking for things that aren’t relevant and then she tells me straight up that what I'm asking isn't needed.. and she's right. No different then trying to tell a mechanic how to fix my car. She's well educated and has always been able to solve any issue I've come in with. Also, shout out to the pharmacy folks who are always very helpful and accommodating! …for the people giving 1 star reviews, it might be time to check your own perspective and expectations. Health care professionals carry huge responsibilities and have to work in a system that is less than ideal. Give them grace. Say something nice to them and you'll likely get the same treatment.

I came in for vision related problems and bumped into a chair due to poor vision. The two receptionists mockingly laughed at this incident as opposed to ask if I'm alright. Hope you learn from this and please treat patients with a little bit of respect next time, if that's not too much to ask.

I've been here a few times now and they always manage to get me in quite quickly. Front desk staff are friendly. Only lost a star due to being told I couldn't have a phone call appt unless I was in the parking lot.

Did a walk in to the medical centre today. The receptionists were friendly and professional. Meeting a doctor who actually put me at ease was great. Thank you very much Dr Akinkpelu

Dr. Tadrous consistently failed to provide my family with quality medical care. If you’re in the need for timely referrals, medication adjustments or sick notes, you best seek help from another medical “professional”. She failed to communicate important information, and acted in a belittling manner when questions were asked. Recently when a family member started experiencing sever medical ailments, Dr. Tadrous dropped her as a patient, without notice other than a letter after the family member got frustrated with her lack of compassion and lack of interest in assessing her patients physical abilities. Over all I am very disappointed in this facility. Further action such as complaints to the College of Physicians and Surgeons MB will be made. If anyone is experiencing the same malpractice from Dr. Tadrous please do the same. BOYCOTT DR. TADROUS AND SEINE RIVER MEDICAL CENTRE AT ALL COSTS.

Dr. Samoil is my doctor, and she is very willing to help her patients feel better. She doesn't smile much, but that doesn't matter to me because she's so professional.

After jumping around for years among walking clinics, I love this clinic. Every doctor I have met has been way more caring than doctors in other clinics. Doctors are not afraid to approach you and do a throughout examination before prescribing. The fact that they spend that extra time and not only observe you before prescribing is priceless.

Our entire family goes to this clinic and have had only good experiences with the two doctors we see (children and I go to one and hubby goes to another). However, I had an absolutely terrible experience as a walk in patient with my 6m old today, there was serious lack of communication from and between the receptionists which meant that the wait time was horrendous with two kids. The upside would be that the doctor we eventually got to see (who was NOT the walk in doctor because by the time we got in it was after 12 and she was done walk ins at 12) was friendly and efficient. So while we will continue to see our doctors there, I will not be attending as a walk in patient again due to the lack of communication, clarity and efficiency presented by the receptionist staff.

Needed a family doctor when this clinic first opened and I wanted a female doctor so I chose dr. Tadrous. Upon meeting her, she was friendly, she was kind and considerate. She is a direct doctor and maybe that’s being perceived as rude by some, but I quite do like her, and I haven’t been able to say that about most female doctors I’ve encountered. I would highly recommend this clinic. They are fast on time and even as a walk-in generally you will be seen within the hour. Now that is something I can’t say about any other office! As an added bonus, they have a pharmacy in the office that has low dispensary fees polite n quick thorough staff. Way to go. Finally a pharmacy I can trust.

Went in as a walk in an hour before closing to have some stitches removed. I was prepared to be turned away since it was late. They accepted us though and the wait wasn't long. The staff and doctor were all friendly and well mannered. A good option on the area.

Clearly care about walk in's more than patients who have an appointment. If you want to see a doctor here don't bother booking an appointment just go to the walk in.

Dr. Tadrous is my doctor. She is very kind and attentive, knowledgable and fair. She has not been judgemental when Ive asked for testing requested by my holistic nutritionist, she will explain to me why she agrees or disagrees with the testing and we decide together what to do. I feel comfortable sharing my opinions and preferences with her as she will always listen and then give me her professional opinion. I REALLY appreciate that she runs on time (obviously emergencies come up from time to time). I have waited over 3 hours for other doctors in the past without being given updates on when I will be seen, so I appreciate being able to plan for how long I will be there. The rest of the staff is also very nice. I have never waited long on the phone or in the clinic to speak to someone. Very lovely clinic!

My 8 years of medical care under Dr. Jacqueline Tadrous have been more than satisfactory !! Dr. Tadrous is very professional, caring, & thorough !! I am in my 70's, so understandably I've had other family physicians. Counting my blessings that she has my back now as she leaves no stone unturned, forever grateful !!

My family doctor is Dr.Surong Zhang. She is the best doctor, friendly, patient, very professional & knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns and ensure all is done to reach a solution. I'm very lucky to have her as my family doctor. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Rizk has been great. The walk in is always very quick (in and out within 20 minutes). Receptionists have been fine as well. The covid rules requiring a phone call from the car isn’t ideal but it is what it is.

The staff and other doctors I have seen have been totally fine. Front desk staff is kind and efficient. However Dr. Fadeke is horrible. Saw her on a walk in and didn’t care at all about my problem and suggested I wait 6-8 months for a referral. She is unkind and dismissive. Please don’t go here! After waiting one hour it was not worth it.

If you go to this medical centre. Avoid Dr. Moussa at all costs. The lack of care and irresponsibility of this woman is ridiculous. She genuinely doesn't care for her patients, especially high risk patients with conditions that are beyond their control and need meds to help control. And when approached with other concerning problems, she brushes you off as if she's doing you a favour to even be seeing you. Thoroughly disappointed with this woman and shocked anyone would see her at this point.

Went there yesterday as a walk in and was seen by Dr. Fadeke Akinpelu after a 1.5 hour wait. My whole visit lasted maybe 2 minutes start to finish and my experience was very bad. She was rude and did not let me finish a single sentence, after every word I said she kept interrupting "for how long?" "do you have allergies?" "Do you smoke?". She then dismissively said "have a nice day!" without even looking at me while still printing my prescription. Also, she brought someone else to the room with her so I did not have privacy. Didn't say who that person is what they were doing there. Left the clinic feeling ripped off (yes, we are paying for this thru our taxes), dismissed and disrespected.

Would rate 0/5 if I could, prescribed me medication that is not safe for breastfeeding after I have had disclosed I am breastfeeding, leaving me now with a child who has gotten sick from the medication. I had to call other doctors to see if that would be the reason, and was told they should have never put me on it.
