If
I
could
leave
0
stars
I
would.
I
contacted
Shoppers
Drug
Mart
to
refill
my
prescription
a
week
in
advance
so
I
would
have
my
new
prescription
by
the
time
I
finished
my
bottle.
Shoppers
Drugmart
confirmed
they
faxed
the
request
to
my
doctors,
Dr.
Raimondi
and
Dr.
Alto,
the
day
I
sent
in
my
refill
request.
I
didn't
hear
anything
until
today
when
Shoppers
Drugmart
called
me
saying
they
just
only
heard
back
today,
a
week
later,
that
my
doc's
don't
do
prescription
refills
over
fax.
It's
2021
and
we're
in
a
pandemic,
why
should
I
have
to
book
an
appointment
to
get
my
meds
refilled
when
I
have
been
on
them
for
years?
Not
only
that,
it
takes
time
to
get
an
appointment,
so
now
I
am
three
days
without
my
medication,
and
the
withdrawal
has
set
in
(brain
zaps,
how
fun!).
I
have
now
called
the
clinic
14
times
in
the
past
6
hours
and
haven't
been
able
to
get
through.
Twice
I
was
put
on
a
hold
and
then
hung
up
on.
I
booked
a
walk-in
appointment
online,
but
I
also
needed
to
speak
with
someone
because
I
am
unsure
if
it
is
a
phone
appointment
or
not
because
it
doesn't
specify
online.
All
of
this
could've
been
avoided
if
the
prescription
refill
fax
was
answered
in
time
so
I
could
book
an
appointment
ahead
of
time
so
I
wouldn't
be
going
days
without
my
medications,
and
if
the
receptionists
ever
answered
the
phone.
I
did
everything
I
could
on
my
end,
why
am
i
now
physically
and
mentally
suffering?
After
reading
similar
reviews,
my
decision
to
leave
this
practice
is
easy.
What
horrible
patient
care.
