    We were unable to use the lounge that we’d booked due to our flights being changed. We were responded to very quickly and a refund was sent back to my account. Fantastic customer service. Will definitely rebook in the future.

    Sarah was a very helpful member of your team. She was unable to access previous details which I had sent and she promptly responded by asking for further information. She then forwarded my request for a booking in the Aspire Lounge to the Lounge manager and I am now waiting for confirmation of my booking from them.

    Unfortunately the hit drinks machines were not working for the duration of our stay in the lounge, despite the maintenance team doing their best to rectify. We raised this matter with Aspire Lounges upon our return, as we are regular users of both Aspire and No I Lounges at different airports and know what to expect. Our issue was dealt with promptly and a refund issued. Excellent customer service, thank you.

    Due to Wizz air over selling the flight and having to get my partner back onto the flight we missed our times for the lounge. Thankfully with the help of Sarah Aspire refunded the money even though it wasn't their fault.

    Our points weren’t added as the Aspire lounge in Newcastle Airport had a faulty machine. A quick email to Aspire quickly resolved the problem and they added our missing points immediately. Excellent customer service from Brian at Aspire .

    We booked the Aspire lounge very easily and when we arrived we were greeted with a Very spacious area with plenty of comfortable seats and a very relaxed atmosphere. The food was reasonably and a good selection, unfortunately when we arrived there was no draught or bottled beer and we were told to contact customer services for a refund which is what we did This was dealt with by Sarah who responded straight away and offered us a full refund We can’t fault Sarah for her prompt and professional manner in which she dealt with our situation and would gladly book again Paul

    I had a query regarding no football shirts to be worn in the lounge, did it apply to children as well or just adults. I received a fast response to my query from a very nice representative for the airport lounge, Sarah, which was not only very professional but informative to, in my honest opinion Sarah is an amazing asset to the company.     I had a problem with my booking and used the online form to contact Aspire. First thing the following day I received an email informing me the problem had been resolved and asked if there was anything else they could help with. These days we are not used to this level of service and courtesy and it is so refreshing when you come across it. The person I dealt with was Sarah Swanton and I believe we should give recognition and thanks where it is due because goodness knows we are quick enough to complain. Thank you for your excellent service Sarah you were first class.

    I had made a huge mistake and booked a lounge for myself and my partner...in the wrong terminal. I tried to phone on the number on the website for a couple of days but got no answer or call back. I decided to use the text-chat and I had the great pleasure of being helped by Sarah. Without any hesitation I was given a total refund(I did not expect)and was treated very professionally and more importantly friendly. Thank you Sarah

    I had booked the Aspire Plus lounge at Newcastle airport as a treat for my husband & I We were very disappointed as we had to walk into the normal lounge to get the hot food as the hot plates weren’t working in the Plus lounge. I had to ask them if there was more food coming out as the plates were empty. I contacted Sarah & put in a complaint. She was amazing. Replied to my email within 3hrs of me sending it. Sarah apologised for our disappointment & the bad experience we had had. She give us a refund & also 2 free entries for our next trip, with a 12 month expiry date. We were so surprised & very happy. Thank you once again Sarah, you are an asset to the company. Can’t remember the last time we had customer service like that.

    I deleted my booking with Swissair and could not retrieve the booking, so I contacted Sarah in Customer service who got straight back to me. She informed me that she had re-sent my booking back to me and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I was very surprised in this current climate of the speedy response and efficiency with which she actioned my request. Usually nobody gets back to you for several days then passes you on to another department! So it was very reassuring when my request was dealt with with pace and efficency. Wel done Sarah.

    On my recent flight from Manchester I was unable to reach the Aspire lounge in time to make use of my booking. On my return, I contacted Brian at the head office and he very promptly arranged a refund for me. It is wonderful in this day and age to find an organisation which responds quickly and efficiently and without having to fight for a result. Many thanks.
