The best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the smiles and kind greetings when I walked in, to the assistants and hygienist keeping me entertained while working on my teeth. April was so sweet and made me feel like I was at home. Not to mention the great work Dr. Norton does. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time while confidently working on my teeth. I don’t have and worries when I’m in the care of this dentist office. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Dr. Norton and his staff are outstanding! They went out of their way to ensure my comfort, to explain everything in full detail, they discussed procedures and cost to me before doing anything. That is good customer service! Hannah was super sweet, made sure I was comfortable and at ease, and did her job well! Dr. Norton was great, I never felt any discomfort while he did my work, barely felt him numb the work area. Jackie, in the office, along with their insurance gal (so sorry I forgot her name) were very helpful and gave me good information. I recommend them to anyone searching for a dentist!

From being greeted by Jackie at the front desk to the kind and caring dental hygienists to meeting with Dr. Norton to have a filling replaced, my experience with Norton Family Dental has been excellent. I am a very anxious person when it comes to anything dental related. The team is gentle and thorough. I highly recommend establishing a relationship with them!

This office has the most amazing staff. And their choice of music can make everyone comfortable during any procedure. Friendly, knowledgeable, and making sure you are comfortable at all times. Dr. Norton also a great person to explain everything in terms anyone can understand. So happy I found this place.

My previous dentist passed away; therefore it had been quite a while since visiting a dentist. I began an online search when I retired in March and saved Norton Family Dentistry. A back molar broke off last week. Not only did I find the online process of appointment making a breeze….. I was actually able to get in sooner than later! Jackie is a rockstar, called me and got the ball rolling with pre- paperwork. 😃 She was fantastic. I read the reviews and now can attest to the fact they REALLY are legit. From the front desk (Jackie/Katie) to my hygienist (Kayla) I was greeted like I’d been a client for years. (That was important to me too) They put me at ease right from the start. My exam was easy, Kayla is a doll and Dr. Norton explained options, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. I was also excited to hear Norton Dentistry has the capability of making crowns “in-house” Not having to wait 8-10 days with a temp crown is a game changer. It will be my first crown, but I am confident I’ll be in good hands. Needless to say, they are going to be stuck with me. My years of anti dentist days are over.

I had an incredible first time visit. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Each employee from being greeted as I walked into the office at the front desk/ clerical staff, to hygienist and Dr Norton! I finally found my favorite dentist office. Thanks for being so patient and kind. I felt as if I was so much more than just another number. You guys are so very sweet! I definitely recommend this office to anyone and will be spreading a good word!

Very friendly staff. I normally hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Norton is great at what he does. He helped alieviate a lot of issues with my teeth and helped make sure I was in no pain. His office helped me feel welcomed. Great expereince

I have found Molly to be very personable and kind. She remembers conversations about our family from six months ago. That is impressive! Dr. Norton is conservative and helpful. I don't worry about being asked for more procedures than is necessary. And, the receptionist was very helpful as I get ready to evaluate insurance plans for the coming year. This office is definitely in good hands. You can tell they all care about their patients.
