Called because I had a sharp tooth that was cutting my tongue. They were going to see me in a few hours, I was so relieved. They called 10 minutes later and said they couldn’t see me because I had Medicaid. Now, I do have Aetna insurance and offered to pay cash I was hurting so bad. They STILL couldn’t see me, so I would not recommend going there if that’s how they are, not even taking cash, really.

On my first visit to this office, my husband and I were treated well. We had a few bad experiences with our former dentist and my brother-in-law recommended Dr. Grimm. We were a litlle cautious in moving forward. The staff here were friendly and tried to make sure our needs were met and we were comfortable. We were given gift bags and we look forward to going back.

For a person who has a big fear of the dentist...I highly recommend Dr. Grimm! He and his staff are amazing. I had a dental emergency and they got me in within hours or calling and got my process to healing and feeling better started and at a great price too!! Have several more visits before my work is done but i am not as anxious about going back. Thank you all for helping me with my dental work and for being so amazing

I missed one appointment on a Monday morning due to being sick. When I canceled the morning of, I was offered a reschedule but I did not make the appointment right away. When I was feeling better and called to reschedule, I was told I was not allowed to make my appointment for a “no call no show within 24 hours due to office policy” and I was dropped as a patient. I informed her that I did notify the office that morning and was not a no call no show. I was told it was office policy not to let me reschedule. I asked what I was supposed to do considering I woke up sick the morning of and did not want to get the office sick. I was told it was office policy to drop me as a patient. I’m also wondering how I was supposed to call on a Sunday afternoon when the office was closed. I was told the office manager would call me “if they decide they want to schedule it.” The people are friendly, but just know that if you miss a single appointment due to illness or any reason the day of, you will no longer have a dentist.

We had a great first visit. Here’s hoping the rest are just as good. Unfortunately, after several further visits, I’m no longer feeling safe as a patient. I spoke up at my two most recent visits regarding continued pain and issues and apparently this was a trigger that led to painful microaggressive retaliation. There is a tool (blue tape) used to go between the teeth to adjust spacing and this tape while being used to adjust spacing was also aggressively and repeatedly rubbed against my lip by the dentist during my visit to the point that I had bleeding, cracking, and scarring. It was done in such a way that it felt intentional but could easily be explained away as just a mistake. However, the blue tape is like sandpaper and no one with years of experience and good sense or concern for a patient would mistakenly rub it along the corner of their lip. The entire experience makes me feel like myself and my children can’t trust that we will be safe when getting dental work if we should be so unfortunate to have issues we need to speak up about. It’s sad because I thought I had found a dentist who genuinely cares about all patients. I think people who don’t look like the staff need to be wary.

The care was fine but be cautious about your out of pocket bill. I have never had an issue with insurance not paying most of my out of pocket cost until this office. It’s a shame. Good care but just be careful with your out of pocket costs.

I put off way too long, having a tooth removed. Sabrina and Dr Grimm went above and beyond to take care of me. I don’t take recommendations lightly and I highly recommend this facility to anyone. - Kevin Hicks Sr

Dr. Grimm and his staff went above and beyond for me! I was in a terrible car accident and chipped several teeth. I was absolutely frantic since my wedding is less than two months away. Holly in particular was so sweet with me over the phone and the office was able to work me in even though it meant some of the staff staying past closing on a Friday. The staff was so kind and accommodating and Dr. Grimm was very knowledgeable. I was blown away by their kindness considering I had never been a patient there before. I cannot speak highly enough of this office and will be coming here for all my future cleanings! Thank ya'll again!
