I
missed
one
appointment
on
a
Monday
morning
due
to
being
sick.
When
I
canceled
the
morning
of,
I
was
offered
a
reschedule
but
I
did
not
make
the
appointment
right
away.
When
I
was
feeling
better
and
called
to
reschedule,
I
was
told
I
was
not
allowed
to
make
my
appointment
for
a
“no
call
no
show
within
24
hours
due
to
office
policy”
and
I
was
dropped
as
a
patient.
I
informed
her
that
I
did
notify
the
office
that
morning
and
was
not
a
no
call
no
show.
I
was
told
it
was
office
policy
not
to
let
me
reschedule.
I
asked
what
I
was
supposed
to
do
considering
I
woke
up
sick
the
morning
of
and
did
not
want
to
get
the
office
sick.
I
was
told
it
was
office
policy
to
drop
me
as
a
patient.
I’m
also
wondering
how
I
was
supposed
to
call
on
a
Sunday
afternoon
when
the
office
was
closed.
I
was
told
the
office
manager
would
call
me
“if
they
decide
they
want
to
schedule
it.”
The
people
are
friendly,
but
just
know
that
if
you
miss
a
single
appointment
due
to
illness
or
any
reason
the
day
of,
you
will
no
longer
have
a
dentist.
