If you're looking for a story-book kind of stay, this is your spot. I can imagine the joys of a couples or friends trip here, as well as a nice spot near the city for family to stay around the holidays. My trip was solo & work related, but I like to find places to stay where I can enjoy my time after hours when traveling. This spot had great reviews and was a mile from Oak Hollow Lake, so I booked the trip and loaded the kayak - man, am I glad I did! The owners make home cooked meals each morning (amazing), and were willing to work around my office hours so I could be at work on time. In the evening, I launched the kayak from the Oak Hollow Sailing Club boat launch. I was able to experience all of the joys of nature at the park nearby, as well as on the property. The home is surrounded by butterfly bushes and seating areas. The interior was clean, updated, and comfortable. Some old houses have loud creaks and outdated appliances - not the case here. While the home has all of it's original beauty and charm, the bathroom had been modernized and the water heater/pressure were fantastic. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, my own coffee maker, soaps, hair dryer, extra blankets/pillows.. anything I could have possibly needed. The house was easy to find, with signs directing where to go just down a quiet gravel road. I highly recommend this stay, it's unlike any place I've been.

This place is a gem. Far enough away from the noise in a country setting with lots of trees but close enough to get in the city excitement as you want. Nice and clean too!

Room w jacuzzi was excellent but honestly this is my First and LAST time staying at Seven Oaks Inn bed and breakfast. I honestly didn’t feel quite welcomed at all. To top it off they provided us with robes after a long sweaty day sleeping all in it, just to re-wash them and seal it up to in a “bag” for the next customer as if the robes were brand new.

The staff was kind, accommodating and caring. He never let us want for anything. Cooked exactly what we wanted for breakfast. Food was excellent. Coffee was good and hot. We even requested biscuits and he made those. A wonderful place to lodge beautiful and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was walk-in, that was a plus for me. If you're ever in the in the area you must stay there.

The owners have spent some time and resources updating a lovely older 2-story home. He is very attentive to details, cooked us a fantastic breakfast, and I was able to spend almost an hour just chatting with him about our respective work experiences and personal interests. The location is a little off the beaten path but that only adds to the quiet and secluded atmosphere you will experience at this B&B. The flora and fauna on property invite one to stroll around the spacious wooded property. We’re from Fort Worth, TX, and spent the weekend here for a family event. We try to patronize local business and will definitely stay here next time we visit High Point.

Perfect B&B atmosphere. Ron the owner is kind, responsive and very helpful. Great outdoor space and quiet private grounds. We stayed in the master suite and the amenities are incredible, jacuzzi and HUGE shower. So clean too. We WILL be back!

We had the master suite and everything was great! They went above and beyond to show that all the towels and other personal items were fresh and clean. The property was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the hosts were very friendly. We had to reschedule from a previous date and Ron was very flexible and accommodating with that.

We loved our stay here! The master suite has the largest jacuzzi tub I’ve ever seen, and Ron was extremely helpful and a great cook. The breakfasts were wonderful & our dietary needs were all accommodated. It feels rural with beautiful landscaping & birdsong, but it’s close enough to town that DoorDash will still deliver. There were nice extras like robes and chocolate in your room. It was the perfect place for our small wedding group to stay. Thanks!

My wife and I had a short honey moon here and it well exceeded expectation. Ron was very attentive to our needs, always asking if we needed anything, preparing very delicious breakfasts. The room was very beautiful and well kept, so was the bathroom, which was quite large. Our room had a very roomy king sized bed and the bathroom had an amazing jacuzzi tub as well as a walk-in shower. One of the things I loved most about the B & B is how close it is to Winston Salem, which our wife and I spent the whole day adventuring in. I'm confident anyone who stays here will have just as a lovely experience as my wife and I did.

My husband and I took a road trip last weekend and stayed at Seven Oaks. It is a comfortable B & B with superb safety features (for example, TV remote in a plastic cover). Ron, the host, was helpful with dinner reservations and prepared a delicious breakfast. We appreciated his overview of special places in High Point. We highly recommend Seven Oaks.

I hate to share how much we enjoyed our stay here, because I'd like to keep this little gem all to myself, if I could. No kidding. If you love charm, privacy, lovely garden grounds, kind proprietors, and an awesomely delicious breakfast, then you must stay here. And the cost is more than fair. Lovely, lovely place, and I am looking forward to our visit there again next week.

Seven Oaks is a gem! My husband and I recently spent a short honeymoon at this lovely home. The accommodations were fantastic and their safety measures for the pandemic went above and beyond. I can not rave enough about the delicious breakfast Ron prepared for us each morning of our stay! We did not leave hungry and I will continue to think about the waffles, biscuits and roasted potatoes. The outdoor space is beautiful too and we thoroughly enjoyed the swing by the fire pit. Ron and Jenny are sweethearts and were ready to assist us with any needs. If you are in the High Point area and in need of a place to stay, I highly recommend Seven Oaks Inn!

If I have to wake up in the morning somewhere other than my own home, I would like for it to be here! Lovely, very clean and comfortable accommodations, kind and helpful owners, and a beckoning smell wafting from the kitchen in the morning—all made for the perfect stay. I will absolutely return!

Our stay at 7 Oaks was beyond enjoyable. Ron, the owner, went above and beyond for my food allergies every morning. The room was beautiful, clean, and all towels and robes were sealed in fresh packages. We were able to enjoy some time playing horse shoes and time at the fire pit. We can’t wait to be back next Autumn for another stay!

Had a business trip that required an overnight stay in the area. Checked a lot of the usual hotel chains and couldn't find anything that was reasonable that didn't have some negative reviews, so I decided to give Seven Oaks a try. Location is away from Interstates but not too far, so no traffic noise. House is well appointed and immaculately maintained. Bed was very comfortable; bathroom was modern and up to date; plush towels and wash clothes, etc. Strict Covid protocols observed; so all the towels, bathrobes, etc. were in sealed plastic bags. Had a homemade made to order breakfast the following morning served by the host. Delicious! Speaking of the host, he went out of his way to ensure that I had everything I needed. Friendly, courteous, and interesting to talk with. I highly recommend Seven Oaks. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay here.? I won't next time I am in the area. Seven Oaks for me.

We stayed in the Master Oaks room on the first floor and it was spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of room in the bathroom for personal items and all the towels were wrapped in plastic to keep them sanitary, which was an added feature. The breakfasts Ron prepared were amazing and he was extremely pleasant to deal with and gave great recommendations for places to eat. The property is beautiful and it was a pleasure to come back and relax on their beautiful veranda. It's a short drive to shopping and restaurants, but you feel very secluded, peaceful and quiet. Our room had a small private deck but I would recommend to Ron that he put more comfortable chairs there rather than beach chairs, which are uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip! Thanks, Ron!
