If
you're
looking
for
a
story-book
kind
of
stay,
this
is
your
spot.
I
can
imagine
the
joys
of
a
couples
or
friends
trip
here,
as
well
as
a
nice
spot
near
the
city
for
family
to
stay
around
the
holidays.
My
trip
was
solo
&
work
related,
but
I
like
to
find
places
to
stay
where
I
can
enjoy
my
time
after
hours
when
traveling.
This
spot
had
great
reviews
and
was
a
mile
from
Oak
Hollow
Lake,
so
I
booked
the
trip
and
loaded
the
kayak
-
man,
am
I
glad
I
did!
The
owners
make
home
cooked
meals
each
morning
(amazing),
and
were
willing
to
work
around
my
office
hours
so
I
could
be
at
work
on
time.
In
the
evening,
I
launched
the
kayak
from
the
Oak
Hollow
Sailing
Club
boat
launch.
I
was
able
to
experience
all
of
the
joys
of
nature
at
the
park
nearby,
as
well
as
on
the
property.
The
home
is
surrounded
by
butterfly
bushes
and
seating
areas.
The
interior
was
clean,
updated,
and
comfortable.
Some
old
houses
have
loud
creaks
and
outdated
appliances
-
not
the
case
here.
While
the
home
has
all
of
it's
original
beauty
and
charm,
the
bathroom
had
been
modernized
and
the
water
heater/pressure
were
fantastic.
The
room
was
equipped
with
a
mini
fridge,
my
own
coffee
maker,
soaps,
hair
dryer,
extra
blankets/pillows..
anything
I
could
have
possibly
needed.
The
house
was
easy
to
find,
with
signs
directing
where
to
go
just
down
a
quiet
gravel
road.
I
highly
recommend
this
stay,
it's
unlike
any
place
I've
been.
