Visiting the area and love trying local coffee shops. Modern look and helpful staff. Got a coffee and cranberry walnut bread. Both were excellent! Would definitely come here again if in the area.

Cute little coffee shop in the heart of downtown Windermere. The decor is modern, stylish and casual all at the same time. I love getting the Cortado. They have options for milk and sugar alternatives. They also serve delicious small bites and pastries. Lots of brewing styles and seasonal choices.

I love supporting local small coffee shops and this place has a great atmosphere for the Windermere area. I asked for a cold brew with lavender added without ice and this is what I received. You’d think the cup would be filled at least. Honestly shocked. I figured they might be having a bad day so I asked to swap it out for a regular latte which was disappointingly too sweet. I left for Starbucks.

I had this coffee shop on my list of places to try and since we were in the area and it was cold, decided to stop by to get a warm cup of coffee. The shop is cute and it has both inside and outside seating. The staff could be more attentive and nice, since it seems that they were bothered by taking our order. Yes we had questions and 1 of the girls was patient but the other seemed like she did not want to be there or just annoyed by us. As for the coffee it was good but wished that it was served hotter. The mocha latte we got with almond milk was lukewarm and when asked to get it hotter, we were told they couldn't do anything to fix it. As for the tea, cappuccino and the gingerbread latte, those were good and seemed to be a bit hotter. Glad I did give them a try and that I did not go out of my way to make it a destination. If the staff would had been more attentive, I would considered coming back.

Great atmosphere and good food. The drinks are authentic and taste wonderful. Really liked the music, it was relaxing and calm. We sat and looked at the cute town through the front, and we’re able to really unwind even though there were lots of people in and around the cafe. That’s what I think a coffee shop is supposed to be like.

Located in a very nice part of town. Outside seating is very cute and comfortable. Inside lacks an atmosphere, and coffee is just okay

A quiet small coffee place near downtown Windermere, coffee and pastries are really good, I loved it.

11/30/2023 Cute place, Windermere prices, staff was nice enough, and clean. Very pleasant afternoon working location. And you'll see some fancy cars go by as it's the rich people area. A Lamborghini and Bentley graced my presence while hanging there.

Nice little place in downtown windermere! What I came here 2x times now. My most recent go was getting a latte with Soy milk and also a croissant and fig bar. I like that they were able to warm up the croissant and it was delicious! Nice and flaky! I got the 8oz latte and got it with soy milk. It may be the soy milk but it wasn't as good... maybe it needs to be with oat milk.. You can choose to have the drink in a to-go cup or they would put it in a mug for you. The vegan bar was really good! Honestly I didn't know what to expect.. Environment This was in the main street with street parking available, there are also a couple of standing tables inside and seating outside. Niceness of the staff Super friendly staff. Dollar Decent dollar, I got 2 lattes and it was $13 without tips. Yes? Yea I would definitely return, though I don't frequent the area

My wife and I ventured over here to Windermere to try out this little coffee shop, and it was really neat. The employees were friendly and the coffee tasted really good. I tried the gingerbread latte, and it was great and I recommend it.

By far one of the cutest and best coffee shops. The customer service is fantastic and its matched with the most delicious coffee. I had the white chocolate mocha and ended up getting a second one to go. They now have a new, forever customer. :)

I always look for the bone chain coffee shops because they are always the best and this shop did not disappoint. I had the s’mores latte which they use a homemade syrup for and it was phenomenal! The almond croissant as well was just on point. Loved it and can’t wait to come back.

The food, nothing out of the ordinary, the service could definitely improve. The 3 girls behind the counter just need to engage more with clients and a simple, HI, a what can I get you, a how's everything, a thank you for visiting, etc, could definitely change the atmosphere and image of this gorgeous place... Also, some extra imagination on the food and more elaborated items would do more privilege to the area and clientele..

In my little side travels to visit new coffeeshops around town, I came across Paloma in Windermere, and I was so happy I did. This small coffeeshop nestled right in the middle of Windermere was a perfect little getaway I needed for some coffee and a quick bite to eat. The store is small, but it’s nicely decorated. There’s not much seating area per se. Around 3 tables right in front of the counter, a couple more by the entrance, and some seating outside. But at least they’re making their best out of the space they have. Bathroom was really nice and clean. Lots of nice decor around. Not an extravagant amount of drink and food choices, but that’s good! I actually prefer it when the menu is simple, providing you exactly with what you need and not being left staring at a menu trying to decide. There’s also pastries available. I ordered the latte with caramel. They had a 12oz and a 16oz, but the lady was kind to inform me that only the 12 comes in a mug where the larger is in a paper cup. I also ordered a croissant, which you could modify and add protein, cheese, and even an egg. Flavor was excellent and the coffee was perfect. Overall I was very impressed by this little coffeeshop and I will definitely be back to enjoy it again. My only “grievance”, if at all, is that I wish they had more cozy seating available, but again, I understand their limited space. Definitely make the drive to Windermere to explore, sightsee, and shop, and while you’re there stop for some coffee at Paloma.

Paloma Coffee Co is my favorite coffee shop in the area and I love having meetings, doing office work or being guests from out of town to have a taste. Needless to say when my guests come back to visit they always ask if we can stop at Paloma. I always judge a coffee shop by their iced mocha, Paloma's is the best! Staff and owner is always friendly and have great customer service!

My husband and I have been coming here for about 5 months and we like the coffee and the sandwiches and how the place looks and they are fast. However the gals that take your order always seems like they are having a bad day and are annoyed. For a moment I thought it was just with us or isolated incident but the attitude is with everyone and it has been consistent week after week and to give them the benefit of the doubt I thought it was just on Sundays since they are busy, but even during the week it is happening. After todays visit I decided to finally write a review because in truth I am tired of it. We really liked it and it was close to the tennis courts but we will probably not be coming back.

Place is decorated nice, coffee and croissant was good but pricey. Worst thing is NOT RESTROOMS available

This place is not what it use to be! The service was okay, one girl kept asking “is that all?” when my husband still hadn’t ordered and was right there looking at the menu. No patience. The girl who made our drinks was a bit nicer but not the hospitality it use to be. I have been coming here for 3 years and it has just been disappointing ever since covid. I didn’t agree with how the shop handled everything during that time but I let it slide but now I don’t know if I’ll go back. It’s gone down hill to say the least. They need to bring the owners back in and get this place re-evaluated. Clean up the back and the front it’s overgrown and starting to look trashy. Find a storage for your supplies that aren’t all around the shop especially out where customers are trying to enjoy the atmosphere. Side note: Missing the neon sign and the velvet couch that made the place so fun.

First time I went here it was perfect. Great to meet with a friend for an hour or so in the winter time when it’s cool out. The second time, I went to study but the bathroom was closed, barely any working outlets, my iced latte was really expensive for 12oz vanilla and soy milk (it was over $7), and there were bugs that kept flying around. The coffee still was really good and I like the vibe but just disappointed in going there to study and how pricey it was for such a small coffee

Top notch place. Love to support local shops over franchises. The staff is so friendly, and they really seem to care about your experience as a customer. Decor of the shop is beautiful and very calm. 4 stars just because of the price, $7 for a 16oz drink. Which is definitely not cheap for nothing special. I’d visit again, but would try something different.

My absolute favorite coffee in Orlando for the past few years. The friendly baristas are great there and work quick! The interior has really changed over time, but it’s nice looking indoors and seating as opened up again. The outdoor seating is beautiful with the new seating and umbrellas out front. They have a patio outback too. I love going there. It’s expensive, but worth the splurge. Definitely a must try is you’re a coffee lover. The lavender latte is my go to favorite, and the (seasonal) hibiscus flavor is delicious too.
