Pro tip: Free street parking on N Eola Drive 8 AM to 6 PM, for up to two hours. This is also the shortest route to the Lake Eola pagoda, and not too far from one of the park’s public restrooms. This is a must-visit spot to get great shots of the Orlando downtown city skyline, with beautiful tree lined walkways, swans, turtles. Another notable spot is the art sculpture Muse of Discovery across the lake. There is an outdoor amphitheater that’s very colorful, but the seating area is closed to the public except for events. There are casual restaurants around the lake as well, and you will not be disappointed with the different shots of the Orlando skyline framed by beautiful trees. Come early because it gets really hot and humid, or in the evenings. There was also jazz music playing on the outdoor speakers along the walkways when we were there. Great for families (there is a playground for kids too). Instagram @thenomadicfoodie YouTube The Nomadic Foodie

COME AND CHILLLLL!!!! Lake Eola Park is the place to step away from the hustle and bustle of life and let life slllooowww down...Enter into the park and enjoy a sunny walk with shade and seating spaced throughout. Ride your bike, walk, your dog, and just enjoy the serenity of the well landscaped grounds and the view of the lake. Enjoy the incredible farmer's market on the weekends where thousands of people casually walk through and interact with the numerous and varied vendors. Occasionally there is live saxophone and other mellow music, but always farmers vegetables and fruits, crafts, fresh made snacks and food. Step into a peaceful reality, regroup, and enjoy.

Enjoyed the lighting of the Christmas tree. The only down part was that people do not pick up after their pets. Poop smell was horrible. Displays of the lights were pretty and not over crowded.

Perfect place to walk, drink a sorbet and relax. There are some restaurants next to the lake. Difficult for parking but you can find private places for $9 unlimited time.

Love how the park is maintained and guarded. One of the most pet friendly places in Orlando.

Lake Eola is one of the most picturesque locations in Orlando. I love that they have farmers markets on Sundays - I always find great products like handmade soaps and jewelry here. You will often find people doing fitness classes, like yoga, in the park. It is just a very serene and relaxing place. Another great asset to Lake Eola is the swan paddle boats! It is so fun to paddle around the lake and enjoying a different point of view. The only downside I have is trying to find a parking spot can sometimes be a headache. You'll often find parking a few blocks away - nothing too serious, and parking is free on Sunday!

Very pretty park with a large bird population. I hear the night visuals are lovely too.

I love this location. It’s so nice just to come and stand and watch the birds swim in the water. It’s so pretty especially at night and a good view of the Eola fountain
