I love Animal Kingdom! There’s lots of neat rides here and some great shows. I feel like there’s something here for every age. I will say that I don’t feel like this is an all day park. On my past visit, I was able to do everything in the park within half a day. Plan for the heat here because this park always seems to be the hottest park with a lack of shade. But definitely check it out!

This is one of our favorite Disney parks, especially when the weather starts to get cooler. We concentrated on the Asia and Africa portions of the park today. These are very well themed and make you feel like you are in another exotic part of the world. There are many interesting things to see and do there. Their crowning glory is the Tree Of Life that greets you when you first enter the main part of the park. It has many intricate wood carvings that make it up and it houses the It's Tough to be a Bug attraction. There is one of the best restaurants in Florida located here too. The Yak and Yeti restaurant. The best thing I like is all the different vegetation, waterfalls and wildlife that you can see here. There are several nature trails you can walk, a safari and even a train ride. These also are live shows, rides and plenty of places to buy souvenirs, food and drink. You will certainly be kept entertained and well fed if you go here.

Pandora was mind blowing, a floating mountain over your head! Wow. Really impressive, well done Disney. Tree of life is always amazing, wish the food was better. Also pretty crowded and we went on a weekday in May. Didn’t have a chance to get on any rides, and we were at the park at 8 o’clock. We’re not willing to wait an hour for a ride, but apparently lots of people are. We had perfect weather, so didn’t feel the need for AC. Several of the animal habitats were being cleaned, so we didn’t see tigers or antelope. Overall a really nice day

The park had a few different parts to it. If you were to go to the busier rides, a good choice would be to purchase the fast pass. The rides overall were fun, interactive and entertaining. The shows and events extremely enjoyable. In my opinion, the Avatar Flight of Passage was the best, along with the nerve-racking Expedition Mount Everest. Animal Kingdom is a must go and you are guaranteed to have fun

Really awesome place to visit for the family. Must see area in the park is the avatar area! Lots of good places to shop and eat. Rainforest cafe was great. Definitely go on the Safari to check out all the different animals in the park. Park ride lines were not to bad unless you are waiting for avatar. Overall great experience and would recommend checking this park out.

It had been a few years since I've been here. It did not fail to impress. Was a fantastic time enjoyed the rides enjoyed the park. The new additions were really enjoyable. The Avatar exhibits and rides for impressive. The restaurants and the quality of food were fantastic. You would not think you were at a theme park with a quality of the food.

Great time! Highly recommend if you have little one’s. There is plenty to see and do that everyone has fun. A few playground areas are scattered around the park too so you can sit and watch your kids play or join them in the fun! We did a few rides, but mainly enjoyed the ambiance and the animals. Again it was perfect with our little guy!

Perfect weather! We went to all the islands, the Pandora ride left me completely speechless, really was a lot of fun. Got drenched in Asia, the ride was nice but it seemed like I took a shower! Safari was great, got to see many of the animals (pics included). Did not sit down for one minute. Is n exciting place

Had a great family visit. We especially enjoyed the safari. Everything is expensive, but if you know that coming in its saves some frustration. A lot of walking covering a lot more area than anticipated. Nice playground for small kids provides a good break.

This is one of my favorite parks and brought my kids here for the first time and they enjoyed it. My two year old son loves dinosaurs and Dino Land for him didn't disappoint, with the dino themed restaurants and attractions, including digging fossil bones. The animal safari was great and the Africa and Asia sections were great and had great food options. The only downside to the attractions as always are the long wait lines, I wish there were more options with faster lanes instead of lightning speed Lanes at scheduled times. The stores are overpriced as expected. But overall the Lion King Festival show and the Jungle Themed kite show over the water were a great experience! Highly recommend for the kids.

So not the best park for rides if you don't like avatar or animals but if you do this is awesome. We love Avatar and this park has been a long time bucket list. Flight of passage, and river journey are both great rides and have lived up to expectations. Recommend getting genie+, there are not a lot of rides here but it's worth getting just to do those 2. Ride times for them never got below 1 hour the whole day we were there. Pay to ride Passage and book lightning lane for journey. Also Recommend going to Nomad Lounge at 11 when they open to put your name in for a table later in the day. We got in line at 11:20 and got a table at 2. When we came back at 2 they were booked for the whole day. There drinks and small plates are so outside of normal park eats and they are a real treat. The best ice cream sandwich was in Dino land USA, at Dino bites. It's a great dessert and really helps cool you off.

I recently revisited Disney's Animal Kingdom Park after a few years, and it was just as magical as I remembered, if not more. The park has made some new additions that are absolutely fantastic. The Avatar ride, in particular, is a standout – it's so impressive! The rides throughout the park are great fun and there's something for everyone, no matter your age. One of the best parts of the park is the variety and quality of food available at the restaurants; they really add to the experience. And of course, seeing the animals roam freely is a joy. This park truly offers a bit of everything for everyone, making it a perfect destination for families or anyone looking for a fun day out.

A lot has changed since our last visit. Pandora is amazing!! Flight of Passage is to me, the best thing at any of the Disney parks. It was awesome!! The attention to detail and uniqueness . . . I just loved it! The Expedition Everest roller coaster was my second favorite. I'm not a big roller coaster person, but this was great! The shows, the safari, and the animals also great! I think Animal Kingdom has won my favorite park!

Animal Kingdom is hands down the best of all the Disney Parks. It's stunningly beautiful. The lines move fast and are amazing! The food is so good. So many awesome animals and photo opportunities! Also a ton of places to sit in the shade! We had a wonderful day, and since we gate dropped we did a ton of stuff and even managed a lightning lane for Flight of Passage!

Visited Animal kingdom twice over the holidays. Attendance was manageable and the staff did a great job keeping every thing clean and people following the rules. There is a lot to see and do at animal kingdom and with the lower attendance rates getting on your favorite rides us a lot easier. My daughter rode the Everest rollercoaster 7 times over our two days! The Safari ride was great and we got to see all of the animals my wife and daughters wanted to. Enjoyed spending time in both the Pandora and Dinosaur areas ate lunch in both of these areas on alternate days. The Pandora ride wait times are still the longest.

Yes, the experience was very wonderful and you need a group or a youthful atmosphere or a cable. Do not miss the train of death. There is also a game of boats, sliding off the slopes, the old classic train, watching water games for cartoon characters, as well as the play of talking to birds. It was wonderful with the presenters. I recommend taking spare clothes and water slippers. You will take For a full day, there are some restaurants and cafes, shopping, watching the world of dinosaurs, and a lot. You will pay 25 dollars for parking, and about 155 dollars for the ticket. I had a lot of fun despite the high price, thank you and I apologize for the long wait 🇴🇲

Animal kingdom is amazing. It’s got nature and fun and it peaceful! This park hits the senses in a different way, it’s soul fulfilling! The rides are thrilling, the food is AMAZING! And it’s one of the kids favorites. We love Mt Everest and the Dinosaur Ride. A bugs life is always on our list too. We finally got to experience flight of avatar and it’s our new favorite! We didn’t get to try it last time we went, it sells out quickly (you have to purchase LL for it) so I highly suggest booking it first thing at 7am when LL opens on the app. We did stand in line standby for a second ride and the line went quickly, I was surprised how fine my kids were waiting in line for the second ride, they were immersed in the decor and made it a fun exploration game kind of during the wait so that’s a huge plus - thanks Disney!

This park is so serene and massive. Definitely a great park to take your kids for a fun and educational experience that will create a spark of interest in all things nature and conservation. Although it has the peart amount of actual rides out of any Disney park, it is a great place to enjoy your day. The rides that they do have are incredible and awe inspiring. Must visit.

Amazing. This olace is gorgeous. It's like a giant Forrest. Tons and tons of trees and animals everywhere. The whole place is a jungle Safari. Pandora is an absolute must. So beautiful and unique. Please don't miss this place.

I had so much fun at this park. The Avatar or Flight of the passage was awesome. I used the addition time of the MagicHours along with a fast pass for it and got two rides in within 60 minutes. The animal safari was a lot more than a ride. The animals are very real and closer than one might think. Of all the different animals there I’d say more than 3/4 were observable. The park it’s self was easy to navigate. The restaurants were great. The last one was the bizarre and that place had something for everyone. I’ll definitely go back next time I’m at Disney World.

Beautiful scenery. Less crowded than magic kingdom . Loved the avatar river ride. Safari ride was amazing . The baby care center is great. They have nursing rooms and changing tables. Great bird show. Very kid friendly other than I didn’t like that you have to carry your baby in line and can’t bring a stroller in line.

This review is from an adult’s perspective with two little kids. Parking - They do not label the handicap parking lot like the non-handicap cap parking lot area. This is a failure because the handicap parking lot is still large and my family had to come up with our own system. I accept more from a customer experience and it wasn’t magically at all. Security/Tickets- Adults/parents please use your own fingerprint for your little kid because your little kid will not remember the correct finger to use to reenter the park. (They have you scan a card and take a fingerprint to enter the park.) If not you’ll be waiting longer for a supervisor to come assist you. Get a fast pass or lighting pass. Trust me if you are going for one day it’ll be worth the cost. Gift Shop- Go when you first enter because it gets Black Friday level crazy at the last two hours of closing. Ask an associate for the best ones to minimize time. Things to Do - There are like only 5 or 6 rides in the park. Look up waiting times prior because everyone usually likes rides. I liked the dinosaur ride personally. Shows- lion king was definitely kid friendly but not like a Broadway production. Get in line at a minimum 30 minutes prior to a showing. Lines - bring snacks and games for super long lines for kid entertainment. Animals - It’s like a zoo and great selection to see. Food - each region of the park has that continents food. African severed African style food with spices and chicken/rice. It was tasty. Overall, it’s overpriced, crowded and not as fun as magic kingdom. Just okay in my book. I think my family might of enjoyed the Hollywood studio area more.

Amazing experience! I can’t really say I dislike any of the theme parks at Disney World. I love the environment and the animals at this park. If you come to Animal Kingdom you will want to do the safari tour! We had about a 20 minute wait but it went by so quick!! It was 1000% worth waiting for. We seen so many animals. 😍

The largest theme park in the world will not disappoint. My daughters are 8 and 5-said it was the most fun they'd ever had. I really enjoyed it too. Well worth the time and money and would love to visit again. I recommend staying until close so you can watch the show at the tree of life.

Walt Disney World Animal Kingdom is a fantastical place for everyone of all ages. I’m fact Animal Kingdom is my kids favorite place to visit out of all the parks. There is so much to do: Fun rides, excellent shows, exotic animals, a safari, the Avatar theme park, fun and different food! The Tree of Life is a modern feat that you will not want to miss for anything! I recommend that you put comfy shoes, sun block and make meal reservations for a fun filled time in the park! You won’t regret your time at AK!

Disney world is so much better than I expected! The avatar area was so cool! The ride was surprisingly fun, coming from someone who has ridden slingshots and roller coasters. We didn't have enough time to see it all, would recommend trying to get there early in the morning and bring comfortable shoes.

Awesome experience from the rides to the animals and everything in-between. Most especially enjoyed the safari adventure. Every employee genuinely seemed to love their job and was knowledgeable about the animals. I went twice this past week, once with young children and again with adults. Each experience was fun and memorable with tons to do for different groups of guests. Highly recommend!

💎 One of the best hidden gems of Disney. 💎 Combined with a well rounded experience and the shade the foliage offers this park is a great place to slow down and enjoy the scenery and wildlife. The staff is very knowledgeable regarding the animals and the rides are so engaging. The safari is a must along with the new Avatar park area its overall a great time. I highly recommend this park if your doing Magic Kingdom and looking for another park to enjoy. Most rides are great for adults and the kids too. The yeti coaster is alot of fun as well and wait times are minimal. The shows are fun as well! Also if your looking for good food and some great drinks check out Africa and if your lucky you may get a show in the street with the African dance which was awesome and authentic!! A++

I was skeptical about Disney parks in general since I've never been to one and they always seem to be so packed and crazy. But my friend and I took my four year old and we had a blast. The waits for rides were reasonable and there was so much to see. I also felt like food prices were reasonable. We loved the shows and had time to ride nearly all the rides in just one day!

If you are looking for a park that combines all Disney Magic + top technology and nature… this is the best park by far! We (the entire family) love this park, we have been there many times and we are always looking forward to come back. The park theme is impressive, the Safari ride is awesome, they have many animals and the ecosystem is perfect; they have roller coasters (Expedition Everest), the Pandora (Avatar) area and decoration is remarcable! I honestly believe that this park have it all and for all ages, if you are looking to have fun and enjoy a great time, this is the place to go! 💪 100% recommended

If you are planning a big Disney vacation this is a good kingdom to start with as a warm up. I highly recommend the fast pass and lighting lanes if you don't want to wait in long lines. This park isn't as crowded so it was a good way to learn how to schedule rides and plan out your day. Pandora was really beautiful and my son made himself into an action figure! Lion King show was really amazing. I get motion sickness really easy and I could handle all the rides fairly easy. It did rain almost every day so bring a pair of flip flops and a poncho. We put our sneakers away when it would rain so they wouldn't get wet. If you like nature and animals this is a great park to visit. Lots of food choices. We brought water bottles and protein bars to cut on some food costs.

So much fun!!!! The safari was amazing and so was Pandora! Was able to get on Avatar immediately when the park opened! It was awesome! We saved AK for our last day and we're able to get everything done within a few hours. Everest was the best roo! We were able to get right on TWICE!

We had a great time at the park, kids loved all the shows/rides (Safari, Dinosaur, Avatar, Kali river ride, Gorrila trial, Tough to be a bug and others). It was way too crowded, but it was an amazing experience, undoubtedly one the best vacations we had so far.

Overall we had a great time. I wish there were more animals to see like a traditional zoo. You have to ride a ride or wait to see most of the animals. Other than that it was it was a lot of fun. Great food and the Flight of birds show was amazing. Definitely worth checking out.

Our first visit here and it was amazing! The tree of Life is a gorgeous sight to see and the wild birds flying around the area brought the place to life among all the people. Wish the park was open later as we could have stayed much later than the 5pm close time as there is lots to see especially if you or the kids enjoy nature/animal watching. The scenery in each section of the park is a spectacle and the Avatar themed Pandora land was what I couldn’t wait to explore. It’s unreal being there and Flight of Passage had to be my personal favorite ride of all 4 parks. This park stands apart from the rest connected you feel to the plants and animals throughout and although there are less rides overall, it’s well worth the trip because of what they offer. Bonus: huge Starbucks with quick service to give you a cool boost to battle the summer heat! Disney world is definitely a magical place and this park carries on that theme just as strong as the others!!

We had very low expectations going into the day at this park. We knew we’d go on the safari and the Pandora ride (Ride of Passage) but didn’t really know anything about the other rides. Many shows were closed due to covid which was very sad but we still had an incredible day! My granddaughter and I went on the Everest roller coaster SEVEN times (5 in a row at the end of the day!). We were shocked at the short line! Best coaster I’ve ever been on! Ride of Passage is the best experience type ride I’ve ever been on! It’s well worth the wait!! Don’t miss the light show at the close of the day!!!

Amazing. This has been my favorite theme park ever since it opened. If you think it’s just a glorified zoo, you’ll be blown away. In true Disney fashion, they have built a park with extreme attention to detail. The new Land of Pandora will amaze you, especially after dark.

Animal Kingdom Park is very, very green. A huge variety of flora and fauna. Feels like you are moving from the savannah to the jungle. There are many animals, birds, fish. Of the rides, I will mark a queue of 3 hours long for an avatar, but it's worth it. An evening show by a huge tree, very colorful and exciting. For me, the most exciting thing was Safari. During the trip, you will not only see animals, but also get a lot of interesting information about them from your guide. Thank them for that. A wonderful park for walking and enjoying nature.

Without a doubt my fave Disney attraction. Our family are animal lovers, age range from 7yrs - 66yrs and 2 of our party on the spectrum. There truly was something for everyone, with lots of knowledgeable staff on the park in general and interesting facts about the animals we were visiting at the time. Boiling hot day with a massive storm, but that didnt put us off. Definitely do the wildlife safari-you will be in awe and don't forget your camera as the place is beautiful with lots of opportunity for amazing memorable photos. Tree of life is incredible, you could stare at it for hours and still find something new. Animals are respected and obviously very well cared for. Take your own drinks as Disney don't do refillable cups anymore and a bottle of Coca-Cola $5 and water $3.20

We spent this past Tuesday here. It was really great and a much better experience than Magic Kingdom. There was no wait to get in, far less crowded, and the lines for the rides were manageable as a result. Lightning Lanes helped a lot here because you're competing with less people and there are less major rides. We enjoyed the rough and tumble Kilimanjaro safari ride, beautiful and calm neon dark Na'vi river ride, and the rough Kali river rapids (we got properly soaked at the end of 80+ degree day). But our favorite was the Avatar Flight of Passage 3D flying simulator ride (where you even get sprayed with water as you're flying over the waves!), it was epic and surreal! Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had a great experience overall here.

What a magical place! This is one of my favorite Disney Parks. Parking lot is huge and easy access to the main entrance. Pandora is the best attraction so far but I love little rides and the free photo with Mickey and Minnie. We had lunch at Tuckers house, food is absolutely AMAZING, I did not expect that quality in the dishes for a Disney Park. Love the safari and how close to can get to some animals.

Oh Animal Kingdom, how I love thee!!!! I wasn't expecting to fall in love with this place the way that I did. I'm gonna be honest...I didn't even want to go. I thought it would be more like a zoo or something I guess. But oh my goodness, it was SPECTACULAR!!! The tree of life was AMAZING during the day and breath taking at night with the light show. The light show on water (unfortunately they don't do this anymore) had me in tears, lol. Literally it did. I'm SO thankful that we were able to attend that show. I'd go back here a million times if given the chance. Absolutely worth every penny!

I like to think Disney did a wonderful job honoring animals of this world with this park. Not as crowded as the other theme parks, which was nice. The Tree of Life is beautiful with animals of the world carved into the trunk. The animal habits are beautiful and done in a way where it's hard to tell where one ends and the other begins. Can't wait to go back.

Went on a Sunday in September. Easily, my most favourite park! Got there for 8am solo with genie plus activated. Got my shaking Jamaican and walked on and off every ride. It was great. The music, the atmosphere, the food, the authenticity of the countries. The jungle juice is super underrated! The safari ride was amazing, as we got to see a elephant taking a bath (apparently, rare). If the park was open later and had the light show, I could have stayed the whole time just staring at the architecture. The cast members are very nice and helpful to get where you need to go. I wasn't a huge fan of the corn on the cobb. I've had better.

Great place to take little ones, teens/adults will love avatar, space mountain and the safari ride but that's about it. Safari ride was pretty rad, closest thing to being in Africa. We did it twice back to back, different drivers with different facts and the animals moving around makes it different every time

We loved our day in AK. This is one of those parks that has something for everyone, not matter how young or old. The food was really good. We did character dining and would recommend. Worth the extra and we were so stuffed we didn’t eat for the rest of the day! You can also take drinks to go which was great! Loved the safari trek and Avatar is probably the best simulator I have been on in my life! Best of all the parks!

Very clean park with a great safari and very nice shows but not my favorite Disney park. We were there at rope drop first thing in the morning and the Aviator ride Flight of Passage was already at a 50 minute wait time by the time we ran to it (I was unable to grab the lightning lane tickets). Not as many rides but their animal exhibits were nice. The Lion King show and both bird shows were awesome. I will say because it's a smaller park it only takes a half day so it's easier to park hop.

Great park, lots of animals as well as educational stuff along with great rides. Only problem is the queue times for some rides, especially the Pandora ones. Dino quest ride was great fun though.

This park was so much fun! We took my stepson, baby girl, and my parents. The safari ride was amazing! The kids loved seeing all the animals up close and personal. It was my first time as well, and it was a great experience. We went to the Avatar area, and my daughter loved it. She was only 9 months old and was allowed to ride in the Avatar River ride. The food was great, even though it was expensive, it was worth every penny. Lastly, we ate at Rainforest Cafe and it was thoroughly enjoyable!

It was lush and gorgeous everywhere we went! Even the places where we waited in lines were interesting and well-kept. We loved the bug show inside the big tree, the jungle safari, and the Pandora river ride.

I always have a truly great visit at this park. I love to go on the safari and see all the different animals. Everest is a great coaster. Pandora experience with the flight of passage ride is amazing. Although they have eased restrictions in regards to spacing out guests meaning you will no longer have an empty space next to you when riding this ride. You must make a special request before you get on the ride which is truly insane to me. Overall I love animal kingdom.

This park is beautiful. One of my favorite shaded parks in Central Florida. There's so many places to stop and rest here. I love going to this park in the afternoon / evenings after work. I love Kilimanjaro Safaris if you can ride at night!

Lots to do with kiddos around 3-4. Good food options but most is fried food with some salad and a vegetarian option. We ate at a dinosaur restaurant which name I forgot. Food was good and reasonably priced with good portions. My son also got a delicious cupcake they had available that day which I enjoyed as well. Mostly all rides are kid friendly, pandora was our absolute favorite and we will never forget it. Everything about the experience was surreal.

I'm almost 50. When I went to animal park thi@ yr during the covid 19 PANDEMIC I have to say I'm impressed with how they are extremely strict on mask and the gators style are not permitted. There were 17 rides available you can purchase watches for many touchless tickets for rides and events n products purchases and we just would download apps for menu for ordering Sanitary stations ..and cleanliness was again impressive Only when sitting at tables to eat or drink are the only places n times when a mask isnt required . The staffstill wears protective products Animals were a blast the rides so much fun.. Also temperatures are taken in multiple areas of entrance with reservations required since limited occupants allowed All parks in Disney Orlando...a must do

Animal Kingdom was, by far, our favorite park at Walt Disney World in Florida. From excellent food, far better than Magic Kingdom or Epcot, to the most exciting rides anywhere at WDW, to a surprisingly realistic and animal filled “safari” it was the best of our visit. We loved the “Yeti” roller coaster and the Pandora Flight rides the most. The food at Nomad Lounge even included Gluten Free Churros!!!

Dear Disney, Pandora was amazing! Even though its missing the tree of souls and one giant home-tree with hammocks . The detail was outstanding. The safari is still great. Timone and rafiki dancing on the boat was hilarious. Bugs life and asia still cool.

Go there and take a fully simulated ride on a Banshee! The simulator lets you feel all the dips, rises, and swoops as you ride through the landscape of Pandora! Just this ride alone is worth the price of admission! Besides, there are other great rides through an animal park populated by lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, crocodiles, gorillas, and all types of African hoofed animals.

Met one of the workers named Jessica by accident, just asking how to get somewhere (I was lost as usual) and she walked us there, and told us all the places to go to in route and informed us what was closed. Happen to see her again 2 hours before park closed and she suggested more to go do before they closed. We went on a great day ! Lines were no more then 10, 15 minutes max! Thanks Jessica!!

Animal Kingdom wins for my favorite park. I went on the safari 5 times and had a wide variety of guides and animals spotted. I also loved the Avatar ride. The shows were wonderful and socially distanced. The guest experience team/cast were so helpful and polite. My son has severe autism and the cast was wonderful with all his questions and even when he didn't understand rules, the cast was patient and polite. I appreciated that most of all.

Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney's as a whole are doing a good job with Covid precautions. The longest line we had to wait in was for Avatar at 60 mins. We were able to ride everything twice due to the park not being at full capacity.

We ventured to Animal Kingdom today and it was great. Decorated for the holidays. I do miss the live shows but I understand safety concerns. As for distancing and masks, the people seem to be following rules pretty good. We had no long waits. Rode pretty much everything and had a great lunch at the Yak & Yeti.

  • 5/5 Chell B. 3 years ago on Google
We came for the zoo and theme park experience and were pleasantly surprised by how much this park offered for all ages! Covid - February 2021 the park was opened and operating most rides with little to no wait. The longest we waited was 20 mins. The snacks offered in park was ample. From fresh fruit to chips there were great options for snacks. Not all meal venues were open and we ended up making reservations at rain forest grill. Pandora land was amazing and you could easily spend an hour here outside of rides. I recommend coming to the park right now with the lower traffic levels.

You really have to want to enjoy a lot walking and the scenery to enjoy this park as there are very few rides and the wait times are long. We were there at opening and left by 1 including an hour wait for the Pandora River ride which was a huge waste of time. This was by far the worst day of our vacation but don't miss the Everest coaster as it was the only redeeming ride. The safari ride was interesting but went too quickly to enjoy seeing the animals.

I love this place, it was quite a bit smaller than I was expecting, but good things come in small packages. Only thing that let it down was the food available not many healthy options and not many vegetarian/vegan options which seems odd in a park that promotes animal welfare but I guess you sell what the general public want to buy

  • 5/5 Steven V. 3 years ago on Google
Great park. The safari ride was amazing! My review however is based less on the park, and more how they responded to a problem. Upon entering the park, we headed back to Dinosaur Land. My 18-month old daughter spotted some white and blue tires, that appeared perfect for her to sit on. Unbeknownst to us (no signs), said tires had just been painted and were still wet. Needless to say, the beautiful smocked Minnie Mouse dress that she was wearing was covered in blue paint. The staff quickly responded and had my daughter in a new outfit before I was even finished washing out paint in an effort to save her dress. Mistakes happen, but the cast members went above and beyond to do what they could to ensure we still had a great day! Thanks for handling so professionally!

  • 1/5 Jeffery S. 3 years ago on Google
Very rude and not child friendly! Anytime you take a drink or eat they harass you about your mask, like how do you eat? Nicer way to say things, they check temperatures going in but not accurate. Entire experience was a joke.

This park surprised me. There were so many animals that I didn’t expect to see. Rides were amazing. Expedition Everest was my 3rd roller coaster I’ve every been on, my first roller coaster being a few days earlier at Hollywood studios. This ride was amazing! But also scary if your one who gets motion sickness. Plenty of food and shop options. Worth a stop, but not the best place every. Loved it, but won’t be back.

We absolutely loved this park! It was an amazing experience. There isn't many 'rides' as such but it hosts the best ride I've ever been on, Flight of passage. I can't even describe how amazing this ride was. It's definitely worth sorting a fast pass out for this because everytime we went, there was a huge queue. Probably the best park out of the Disney Parks in my opinion.

A smaller park, but still fun. We loved Pandora and thought they did an awesome job with it. The rides for Pandora were fun. You must check out the flight ride. Amazing. Great atmosphere, and fun time looking at the animals and the other attractions here. I would recommend checking the park out, but you only need a day to do most everything here.

The scenery, the nature setting, the food, the atmosphere, EVERYTHING is beautiful! We loved seeing all the animals, and the safari ride was very cool! If you love Avatar, then you must visit Pandora. The scenery is breathtaking, and the Flight of Passage is the best ride in the park. This park really doesn't feel like you're in the middle of central Florida, it's like a whole different country.

Great place to experience all types of animals, ants, culture, and great rides! The Yeti is one of my favorite roller coasters, the view before the drop is amazing! Pandora is a BEAUTIFUL area, the rides are very fun and definitely raises all senses. The area in within itself is exquisite, especially at night. The safari is the most interesting aspect, to have the ability to see such animals up close is so cool and we all are so fortunate to have the opportunity to experience this. Animal Kingdom is overall a great place to bring kids and photo ops!

  • 5/5 Aaron C. 9 months ago on Google
This park has become my favorite. The Flight of Passage attraction which is based off of the Avatar movie is amazing! You sit on a Banshee and ride through amazing landscape. You feel the banshees chest expand as it breathes, you wear 3-D glasses (3 D simulation) but they also add different smells as you are on your action packed ride. During our latest visit we did the elephant encounter where you get up close and personal with the elephants when you go behind the scenes of the safari ride and learn about their habits and how they care for them. This park does have the least amount of eateries so plan accordingly.

  • 5/5 Mike H. 9 months ago on Google
This was the first park my family visited when we went to Disney for spring break. It is a fun park. I liked the natural feel and decor. The rides were fun especially Avatar. We waited in line a long time, but the decor around the line and the ride itself made me not mind. My wife was using a scooter because of a broken ankle and although pretty to look at, the uneven terrain made that a little difficult for her.

This was a pretty good experience for us. The best ride here is Everest followed by Pandora. Then round it out with the safari. I've been on a lot of safaris but it's still very nice. What I enjoyed particularly was the narration done by the drivers. We got great information and photos of the animals.

Animal Kingdom is a definite must for the outdoorsy person. The tree is the most amazing part of this park! Just like all other parks, it is the center piece! My kids loved Dinoland. Great place to bring kids and to enjoy as adults. Avatar rides are still impossible to get on unless you have lighting pass it will take you at least 80 minutes on wait. Try to avoid the hotter parts of the day if you want to see the most animals on the safari since they tend to hide from the heat. I'll choose this over Magic Kingdom any day.

The Avatar ride 'Flight of Passage" was simply amazing! The feeling of flying through the air on the Banshees was incredible! The wait is 💯% worth it. I like this park as it’s not to big or small. It has a nice feel to it and plenty to do. A few recommendations. Feathered friends in flight and if you sit at the front watch the bin! ( you’ll see!). Staff very attentive and a good selection of food and drink. Pandora is a great new addition and the river ride is great for kids. Parking was easy and getting in and out was no issue at all.

My recent visit to Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park was a delightful journey. The immersive experience of encountering animals in beautifully designed habitats was captivating. Alongside the fantastic rides, this park always delivers a memorable adventure. Disney's exceptional staff and amenities enhanced the magic, making every moment enjoyable. The combination of awe-inspiring creatures and thrilling attractions ensured that, once again, this park left a lasting impression. Review with a Haiku: Dreams bloom, enchantment weaves, Worlds alive, hearts come to play, Disney's joyous tale.

We went on the coolest day we could in Orlando summer (32 celcius). This park was great for younger kids. I have kids aged 10-3, so it worked better for us. There were only two rides the littlest one couldn't go on, but they offer a ride swap for the parents so you can still both enjoy the ride. We basically did every ride except the river rapids (weren't prepared to get wet). Long waits for the roller-coaster and the avatar flight of passage rides, but they were absolutely incredible. Pandora is so realistic and beyond belief. It felt like we were being cooked alive in the yeti roller-coaster ride because the majority of the ride line is outside. Lots of animals to see. The safari was great. We also did the animation experience using the Rafik express train. A Disney animator did a guided drawing of a Disney character. It was actually very fun.

This was an overall GREAT experience!! We didn't get to see several things, but what we saw was terrific!! I do wish there were a few more places to get a quick bite. At Yak & Yeti? I had some of the BEST egg rolls!! They were filled well, tasty & the outer "roll" was to die for!! Why can't I find egg rolls like that in the "real world"?!? Lol!! Have a great time & wear GOOD shoes!!!

Amazing park with so many different animals to see. Pandora is fantastic to see and the rides are great. My only complaint with this park is that it is the hottest park to visit due to the lack of shaded areas which makes it hard to walk round during the summer months.

Animal Kingdom is a lovely park, its a park you can do in 1 day with some planning. For us the stars of the park are the animals, the safari tours are fantastic and we ways aim to do them twice during our visit as some animals come out at different times if the day. The layout and navigation are a little more challenging than other parks probably due to constantly being surrounded by trees making references to other areas a little more difficult.

I absolutely loved my visit to Animal Kingdom! The combination of incredible animals and thrilling attractions made it an unforgettable experience. The park was also impressively clean, adding to the overall enjoyment of the day. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and educational adventure!

Contrary to our predictions, this ended up being our favorite park. Not too big that little legs were worn out, all attractions are worth doing, and well worth the wait. Pick up a map, don't bother with your phone as it's all pretty easy to navigate, save your battery for the photos! Do the Safari early in the day, and flight of passage late in the evening. Don't spend all day in the lines as there is so much else to see and do. Spoiler alert, you WILL get wet on the river rapids, there's no maybe about it 😅

Great park. Spend some time around the tree for life and try and find all the animals carved around it. Plan your trip so you visit the 2 shows.

It was my first time going here since I was very young and don't remember, so it felt like my first time going here. I had high expectations considering it was Disney, and I think it still exceeded expectations. Some of the views are amazing between Pandora and Mount Everest, and the Yeti ride is up there as one of the best rides at Disney.

My favourite Disney Theme Park in Orlando! Love the Avatar rides - Avatar flight of passages, although it took longest waiting time, but still deserved it. I will highly recommend to get direct to it as priorities to avoid long line.

Very festival at this time of the year. Not too much of a long line for all the attractions. Street performers were really enjoyable. Be careful with the rapid water drifting (soaking wet).

Limited rides, LOTS of kids and very busy. Only 3 notable rides are Dinosaurs, Expedition Everest, and Kilimanjaro safari, everything else is humdrum, Avatar area is interesting, however the main attraction is a simulator... Which some may get motion sickness. Also beware of snakes, I had one slither by in front of me as I was walking in.

Beautiful park. So much nature. Not only interesting for people who love attractions but also love to go to a zoo. Magnificent shows with a lot of interesting information as well.
