Went to Popeyes on West Colonial Dr in Orlando. Greeted by the sweetest lady (Willie), she took our order & we requested fresh chicken & was told it will be 15 minutes which wasn't a problem for us. After seeing several customers coming & going & we were still waiting. After 35 minutes we went to counter to inquire what was taking so long. The young man asked the girl in the back how long till #103 &104). She answered with an attitude "they shouldn't ask for fresh". We asked to speak with the manager & was told she was the manager. Her name is Briana. Another team member came to try to assist us but we wanted our money back. When Briana heard that she said "so they just had me to cook that for no reason". We probably will never return there again as long as they have people like Briana as manager & representing them.

Fresh chicken and sides. Convenient location has been here all my life. Food always tastes good.

We tried the, "Megan Thee Stallion" sauce on the chicken sandwich and the nuggets. It's a little hot with a sweet tangy flavor. It made the original chicken sandwich taste so much better. My children ate those nuggets so fast I almost didn't get a picture. 🤣 My food was hot and fresh. I never have a problem at this Popeye's. ❤

My experience was good. I am a chef of 47 yrs. The chicken was fresh and hot. Miss Willie, my service provider, was exstrodinarly awesome! Unfortunately, you have some customers with no respect and patience and create unruly situations.

Waited 25 minutes before I decided to ask for my refund, the worse part it was the drive through. 6:45 ordered my food, 7:10 asked for a refund. Got my food at Wendy’s in 5 min shoutout to the good people at Wendy’s

I tried many times with this location but this is my last time going to this specific location. I always do online orders because the wait at this location is ridiculous. I ordered at 7:50pm. Didn’t walk out until 8:40pm if you are in a rush don’t go to this popeyes unless you have time to waste. Employees have a nasty attitude but I guess that’s all our money is worth to this company.

Went to get 12 piece wings that was supposed to be covered with the white parmesan sause... Ik I usually check but get home and it's just the fried chicken nit coated with a lil sauce at the bottom of container... It was rushed... I didn't want regular wings or I would have ordered regular wings😡

The service was fast n the frt counter person was very nice n very friendly n very kind n very respectful!!! Took my order n it was fast n very Hot n Fresh!!! Julie A was counter person that took my order!!! The place was clean!! This is truly one of my favorite places to eat!!! Never had a bad experience yet!! But love this place!! I'll make sure to keep coming back n tell my friends n family members!!! Keep up the good wrk!!! GOD BLESS!!!!

On December 11th, 2023 at approximately 1:17 pm I ordered wings a la carte via the company application which included a one time BOGO offer. I noticed the entire order was not the same flavor as ordered, and inquired about the issue with the manager on duty, whom I was told was “Brianna” that gave a very unprofessional and unpleasant response as she stated the order appeared on her end as two different flavors. She also proceeded to demand I pay an additional amount for the order. As this is my first and last experience at this store, I would highly suggest this manager be re-trained or removed as her response to this small issue may shed light on her leadership as a whole. Please screen your applicants better before offering them a position with this company.

Respectful staff, helpful as well. They told me things about the Popeyes app and how I could get more food for my buck.

the employees here have an attitude problem it’s really gross. that alone is the reason i will never eat here again. wish i got that lady’s name that was being so rude so i could complain to corporate and get her fired 🙃

The only restaurant in the hood you can trust is Popeyes! Food was quick, fresh out of the fryer and delicious. Service was also good!

I was grabbing food for Uber eats patron. The customer was demanding but this restaurant was extremely accommodating not to mention the fact that the food was ready to go before I came through the threshold. Give me all the extra condiments requested with no static and prompt service. Super good look I recommend. Disclosure they're always extremely busy and they work hard so give them a break, pull up when they are empty.

Soooo good. Crispy chicken fresh hot juicy and spicy. Love spicy chicken sandwich 3.99 very nice better than MCD or kfc burgers. Chicken is bigger. Recommend the best fast food that we order.

If it wasn't for the occasional food deals, I'd skip this one and all the other popeyes all together, this place never seems to have what u want or need when u ask for, the service is even worse at most popeyes. I don't understand how such a place can have Less than most fastfood places and all popeyes has to do is cook half the food and the cashiers are to put food in a container that's it, but yet it never surprises me how slow and trifling this place can be. The marketing exec and most uncaring management and supervisors should be fired for a new overhaul in talent acquisition and proper customer service.

Food was warm not hot. Overcooked chicken. This was the second time just recently. I normally don’t post but this is horrible that I pay all this money for something that I can’t eat. Never go back to this location again.

My third time here , not at all impressed with the Chicken Sandwich , always cold... The only good thing is that it was very clean. The employees need to take a class in MANNERS , oh wait , no one has them anymore... Will I return , only if I were starving and it was free...

I left this store about 20 minutes ago I had ordered 5pcs two can dine mild chicken with mash when I got home to my dismay the chicken was spicy. So I had to turn around and bring this mistake back upon arrival the front counter female ask what was the problem I advised her that the chicken I ordered was mild it said it on the ticket mile but what I received was spicy she told me I could keep the mash and I advised her no I wanted a hot one she snatched the bag and threw it in the trash so she proceeded to speak with the manager and the manager ask what was wrong with it she had a attitude so I explained to the manager what I wanted I’m not sure who the regional managers of this store but everybody in there has all attitude and it needs to be corrected

I'm not a fan of Popeyes but I liked their chicken sandwich better then Chick-fil-A and definitely way better then kfc and bigger then churches chicken and the mashed potatoes was delicious again better then other places, next time I'll get the family meal 😋😋
