Tim the owner, and his staff is ALWAYS personable. The seafood is ALWAYS top notch! Tim inspects all orders before accepting them, so we get quality products for great prices. If you've never been here before, make sure you do. You'll continue to come back! This is a beer / wine establishment only ( no liquor ). Plenty of TV's with sports, 2 pool tables, 1 soft and 2 hard tip dart boards and a touchtunes jukebox.

We have been coming here for years and love their service and oysters. We like to support our locals in the community and their oysters have never disappointed. Good ambiance and a good place to go just for a relaxing chill night. They have a pool table, darts, as well as juke box.

This oyster bar is seriously one of Orlando's best kept secrets. I love oysters and had a friend recommend the Thirsty Gator. After going twice it has officially become by go to place to grab oysters. The staff is always friendly and attentive. They have the cleanest oysters I've ever had in Orlando as well. Very calm atmosphere and a great place to hang out. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough.

Inexpensive with great oysters, great staff. No liquor just beer and wine. Food is also fairly priced and good. Definitely a nice occasional hang out. The businesses next door are shady and the men cat call women which is disrespectful. But that has nothing to do with this establishment, just a fair warning that the businesses near it have hang outs of some pretty shady characters.

Beer was cold,oysters and rock shrimp were amazing and Debbie was really friendly and catered to our every need,even before we had to ask.Had a great time with my friends..I'm sure we will be back next time they're in town.

Honestly thought this might have been a bad decision but it was good. Service and such was friendly and comfortable. Food was definitely better than I expected and atmosphere was vibing, not too rowdy not to boring. If I had one suggestion it would be it just needs a good facelift... It says it's been "best oysters in Orlando since 1986" I will say the oysters were great. She just needs a little TLC

This is my favorite place to go to 1. Watch the gators 2. Eat oysters 3. Have a good time. The food, people and atmosphere keep me coming back.

Best rock shrimp and oysters I’ve ever had. Blows Lee and Rick’s out of the water. The owner Tim is awesome and the food is always very good.

We are going to see our good Friends Tim & Lynn tonight after being out of state for years with our other great friends Willy & Ann. So glad to see it and they are still here. Can you say longevity. Tim, we will probably drink all your Michelob Light again.

Family owned and operated for over 35 years in the same location tells you they are doing things right. Weve been a few times over the years and love the raw oysters, wings, fish and especially the hard to find in restaurants rock shrimp (tastes like lobster!). The food comes out hot, fresh and at a good pace. Florida Gator themed bar, fun atmosphere and a decent selection of bottled beer but no brews on tap. Service is always friendly and on point.

Awesome hidden gem for rock shrimp in east Orlando! Wonderful friendly staff and clean pleasant interior. 1 electronic and 2 hard tip dart boards to boot. Definitely going back to try more . A+++

Tim and his staff are wonderful. Lisa does a fantastic job as a server.. oystersate always fresh, big and tasty. Great place for Gator games as well.

The wait staff was wonderful. The food was good. The shrimp and fish were fresh. I didn't care for the mealy-like coating on my fried fish they could improve on that but it was great otherwise and we will return

We stop here EVERY time we come to Orlando to visit family. We hang out for an hour, eat 3 dozen oysters and at least two pounds of rock shrimp. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. If you enjoy the fresh oysters you’ll enjoy this place 👍

Wonderful service. Had a cod sandwich and bucket of fresh steamed oysters. Amazingly friendly folks.

First time ordering food here and I was pleasantly surprised! You won't guess it from the outside but it was a great meal. Fish cooked and seasoned well. Wings were terrific. I'll order again.

I'm sure the service is usually pretty nice there. We came when the kitchen was closed and it took the servers around 7 to 10 minutes to get to us which is a little bit longer than I like. To be fair, we came late at 10:00 and the kitchen was closed. However, they were still serving alcohol and it took them quite a while to get to us despite the empty bar. I'm sure during normal working hours when it's not super late and after a large football game they'll be more attentive to their customers.

Tim has added a delicious lobster roll to the menu on the weekends. The bun is toasty and the filling has a very light sauce with lots of lobster. 😋

Absolutely amazing food and service , Tim and Katie were such a pleasure and the family own vibes were very welcoming . 10 out of 10 especially the oysters and wings !!!

This little hole the wall is off the beaten path and every bit worth the search. Good food, attentive staff, and decent drinks. Only caveat is if you're going on a Gator GameDay, make a reservation or you won't get a seat anywhere.

Just alright, wings and cod sandwich were tasty but oysters were just so so and not very well cleaned as all had sand on them. For the reviews and ratings I was hopeful for more. It's a good cheap oyster bar but that's about it.

Great little place for Rock Shrimp! Oysters are supposedly great as well, but I haven't had them there yet. Priced right, with good, friendly service. Go here!

First time here, what a great place with a fun vibe. It's not a fancy place. The menu is varied with good bar food. They have oysters and shrimp sold by the pound, 1/2 pound and do on. The prices on these items seem high.

I really love to come here the food is delicious the employees they treat you like a family. The quality is amazing. This is my favorite seafood place to eat. The claw chowder is the best, oysters, shrimps, they are really nice people :) I definitely been recommend this place to everyone. I go weekly to eat there with my family.
