I live in Tampa. This specific location was recommended to me by a colleague, in specific a female Dr that no longer works there. I decided to give this location the benefit of the doubt regardless of the low ratings. They had me waiting almost two hours before I was actually seen. Entering the office you can hear the employees complaining about patients and other things. They were very loud about it. The Dr that saw me actually took his time with me and explained everything in detail. I actually felt confident that I was going to get the relief I was looking for. I was scheduled a procedure in the office & he expressed he would prescribe me what I needed to ensure I was as calm as can be for the procedure bc of other issues I have. He did not give me the amount he said he would & when I called to let the office know, they said we will email him. I called the next day to follow up & when I inquired about it, they said the Dr expressed I only needed the amount he prescribed. I was so upset and flabbergasted bc this was a very specific conversation we had. The lady was not responsive at all nor sympathetic to anything. I ended up hanging up bc my BP was going up. After I calmed down, I called back to cancel the procedure. The same lady answered. She was like ok, cancelled...bye! No attempt in anything to resolve the situation. My pet peave is customer service as I heavily work in that area. Now, I have to find another Dr to help & assist in resolving my issues. I do NOT recommend this office for Pain Management! I felt like I was just a number to them & not a human being.

Today, I took my husband to this office. Before attending to this appointment I read the reviews. I was somehow negatively shocked. However, when we got at the waiting room, my opinion was completely different. The front desk girls were very courteous and friendly, the nurse was very friendly. She made us laugh. And finally came in Dr. Carlos Lasalle, who explained very clearly the treatment he would follow with my husband. We are very satisfied with this office. And the best: it is located at 15 minutes away from our house. Not less important, at the end we talked about our island, PR.

This is the absolute worst pain management doctors office you could ever think of going to. For 3 months in a row I have had my appointment and then had to wait 4 days for them to finally send my script over! That's totally unacceptable when you . depend on this medication. The staff are also the most uninviting and even had me discharged today because I was upset demanding my prescription. Don't go there if you expect to get your meds.

Dr. Lassalle very good and nice. Workers at the office very rude and very little people skill. My recommendation go to another office. Don't give you care or trust to employees at this office. They don't care about their patient or pain. Very sad that such a good Dr. works for a very unprofessional office or company (center). give less than a 1 star.

The doctor was 9k, but didn't concentrate on where I was having pain. Just wanted to focus on my back,, when my hip was worse.. but the biggest problem is the MA sent my urine drug screen to the wrong lab and I was billed over $600. After months of calls and haggling g they finally agreed to waive the bill, since it was there error, but is still a $60 overpayment from 03/30/2021 that billing shows was not applied to anything. I have been waiting for a reimbursement check. When I call I get voice mail. The one time I had a human answer she hung up on me when I asked to have a supervisor contact me!!! I cannot even count the number of times I have tried to contact billing with no one ever answering my messages, calls or email. This is ludicrous and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Very friendly staff. Love the PA Alexandra and her medical assistant. Very efficient and informative. Usually in and out in 20 minutes. Much improvement compared to 1-2 years ago. Keep up the good work and Thank You!!

Very nice and professional. Dr. Pham really cares about the patient. I had a wonderful experience that I often don’t find in certain offices. Truly recommend this establishment!

Due to the doctor’s office only offering electronic scripts I ran out of meds due to the pharmacy not having my medication. I reached out to the office and they were no help to me. I’m a disabled military combat veteran and I feel abandoned and not supported. I would very much appreciate someone from your office contact me to make this right.

Front desk people are good Dr. Atkins is fantastic he always takes time to explain things to you and makes you feel at ease.

This is my 2nd attempt at a Pain Management Clinic as a patient. The overall experience was nothing compared to my 01st visit at an unrelated clinic in Lake Mary. I have been enduring incredible neck pain due to my deviated disk disease condition. Dr. Lasalle took the time to discus in detail all the reports and images I brought in as a new patient. He immediately set up a treatment plan; which inspired an incredible level of trust in him.

Doctor Lasalle is a great one. Very knowledgeable and passionate in his career. God bless him 🙏

Dr. Pham was very accurate with his diagnosis. I was in pain for 6 months and saw 7 different doctors before I was properly diagnosed by him. Dr. Lasalle gave me an injection and was very precise with it. The staff is also very caring and friendly.

My experience with the office was great. The positions and all the staff were super and I really appreciated seeing them. However, the call center leaves more than a little to be desired. I attempted calling two different times hit the number two for them to call me back in order never got a call. Finally after waiting a while. I spoke to somebody in the call center and all they could do was continue reading their script. They were no help at all if you’re going to have a call-center at least have a way for them to contact the office, which. this made me very unhappy. However, I’m just around the corner from the office and in the future I’ll go in and transact whatever I need to do and not bother with your useless call-center.

Everyone in the office is helpful and very nice. Dr Lassalle is wonderful. The call center however is very rude! I wish I could only talk with the local office. So five stars is for the local office. Call center gets 0 stars.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pham’s for about a year and a half and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! He listens and takes what I’m saying into account. The staff is always friendly and they genuinely want to help make your day better! 5/5 would highly recommend!!

I wanted express my gratitude towards all the staff that served me so gracefully and professionally today. The front desk employees were all kind and helpful not only with me, but with all the people there, I even heard how Shawn (secretary) managed a disrespectful patient that was swearing at her on the phone, and she respectfully calmed that patient down and ended that call so professionally and nice, I was impressed, that is called self domain and intelligence, she is an asset to this company. Thank you nurse Ana for serving with such love, excellence and care, you are God sent! Dr. Lasalle you are a blessing, you are so graceful, knowledgeable and kind, 10 stars for you, thank you again for caring!

Doctors and staff were excellent. Billing not so much. With no attempt at communication with me, not even a phone call, their corporate billing department reported me to collections for $40. An amount I would have gladly paid, but when I checked out after my appoint I was told there would be no additional charges...so how was I supposed to know I owed them $40?

All the staff were great except the staff who checking out for future appt could been more considerate with scheduling . The doctors are amazing!

Thru the years, I have always appreciated the professionalism, excellent care and kindness shown to me by my physician and support staff.

Dr. Lasalle is a caring professional MD, he demonstrates sympathy and empathy on my medical conditions, in addition he listen to your concerns and provides understanding, and comfort based on the medical records reviews. His knowledge for a better pain free lifestyle and care is amazing, highly recommended.

I see Alex once a month, each time I see her she is smiling, kind, answers all my questions. The Nurse he is very professional and kind. Overall a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend it.
