As I was sitting in their drive thru today, I had some time to think about In n Out as an overall establishment. What I concluded is that they are the superior fast food place of all. They pay their employees very well and have been since I first heard about them in the early 2000s. They have at least 3x as many workers on duty compared to their counterparts (McDonald's, Taco bell, Jack in the Box, etc). The workers don't really seem disgruntled like they do as the other fast food places I've mentioned. It's always clean and just feels like you're going into a more quality place than other fast food places. Also, their prices are lower/comparable compared to their competitors. I've concluded that In n Out is good for our communities since they serve better quality food and treat/compensate their employees better. They invest in the local communities that surrounds them and shows a concern for people in said community. Also, so many people in California have been complaining about the minimum wage going up and in turn the prices will go up and people will be replaced by machines. Yet In n Out hasn't done this. Certainly their prices have gone up over the years, but at a more gradual pace. People need to re-think their criticisms about the minimum wage because the argument doesn't hold any weight when considering In n Out. To conclude, I am thankful for In n Out and appreciate them having an establishment in Escondido along with their business practices. McDonald's, Taco Bell, Jack n the Box could learn a thing or two from them besides being greedy leeches. That concludes my Ted Talk. Thank you.

How can one ever go wrong with the always filling and oh so tasty Double Double Animal Style Burger and fries combo. But make sure you don't leave out the best part the Chocolate Shake!! The only thing that brings down any In-n-Out is how insane the lines can get at times, but that alone should tell you enough. If people are down to wait that long for it then it has to be good stuff!!

To start, The service was very good and I got my food very fast. This place was very packed and even though it was very packed the service was very fast and I was able to enjoy the food when it was warm. The employees are very happy and not grumpy and mad. There is triple the amount of workers here rather than it’s compitsion (McDonald’s, Taco Bell and more). I really loved how hard working they are considering that there were so many customers. To conclude, The service and food was amazing and I think that this is my got to whenever I am hungry.

I am from the Midwest where there is no In-N-Out Burger and life is sad. Visiting this location made this Midwestern dude less sad as the food was delicious and, having Celiac Disease, I didn't get sick from my Double Double Protein Style and Animal Style French Fries. 10/10 would recommend, clean location and the staff was amazing.

The food here is consistently good😋 and the counter service employees are always courteous. The employees are constantly cleaning the dining area if not extremely busy👍👍👍👍👍

This location has the best working team I've seen. Everyone gets along and they are truly efficient. I was treated really nice, staff is friendly and very respectful. This is one of the few that didn't have a line of cars outside because they were dispatching them so well. Premises are really clean and everything is well stocked.

I've never been to an In N Out that WASN'T busy all the time but they always get you through pretty quickly. This location opened a 2nd ordering line that merges into a single line before you get to the window and that seems to work pretty well. Food is always hot and delicious.

In-N-Out is a cultural ICON in California, everyone who lives here knows about In-N-Out, and there's a reason for that. The food is great, patties are grilled to perfection, they are seasoned juuuuust right, and the buns are toasted with the perfect amount of crunch on the edges. The menu is small, but there are secret options that can enhance your experience: Animal/Protein style on your burger or fries, etc... The customer service here is great, and their kitchen and dining area is always clean. But that doesn't mean there aren't some downsides. The line is ALWAYS long, you'll be hard pressed to EVER show up when there's no line. The French fries are really plain, with a weak texture and just salt to add to the flavor, it feels like In N Out could have been a little more thoughtful there, you'll definitely want to ask for ketchup or order the fries animal style. The milkshakes are made with a machine, and not real ice cream, so it tastes similar to a McDonald's milkshake, which isn't exactly a good thing, but it's tolerable.

Fast service even though it was super busy. First serving of fries was cold but they replaced them immediately with fresh fries. Lettuce wrap option for burger is great for gluten free diet.

The parking was quite convenient. Probable one of the most delicious hamburgerI have ever had. The staffs here are so friendly. We enjoyed our lunch here. We had protein-style burger,omitting the breads, and with more vegetables, thinking it more healthy. The staffs provided us warm welcome and were ready to help. We had a great lunch here.

Love my monthly visit to In-N-out, I (we me and my wife) don't eat at fast foods, the only place we visit for an Hamburger is this one!! 2 double-double no pickles, 1 Animal fries and drink!!:-)

Remember to ask for pickles if you are a lover like we are. A yummy burger 🍔 is great once in a while so this is my go to. We typically do drive thru, but I did go in last time and it was a bit quicker.

I love this restaurant. The fact that you can smell an in n out, before you can see it is what makes it such an easy sell. I love that there aren't a million and 1 menu options. Simple, affordable, and the quality is so consistently on point I have a hard time calling it fast food. I recommend "Animal style" everything and the Neopolitan shake.

Pretty lousy. Everything I have ever heard where someone raves about it is extremely over-rated. The fries are totally tasteless and limp. The burgers are just passable. It's cheap. That's the only positive.

Burgers were good as always...but unfortunately the fries were over done Our whole batch was hard and crispy crunchy, difficult to even chew. Not up to in n out standards in the least. They may have had a problem with the frier or left ours in much too long.

Amazing quality or food and customer service here! I always love going to different In N Outs, but this one is definitely a top 5 favorite. The employees are extremely helpful, they move the lines at the drive thru fast, it's always clean inside the restaurant, and the food is top notch! So yummy 😋. I introduced my boyfriend to this establishment and he's definitely impressed by it. Will definitely return here whenever possible. Would highly recommend, 10/10!!

Since i arrived in #escondido i keep noticing from my balcony this restaurant (In N out burger) always busy inside as well as their drive through a lengthy line.. i just decided to try it today. While waiting for my order i was observing their operation. All the team were yong in age maybe not more than 24. Their #teamcollaboration their smiley faces when #servingothers and #synergy was astonishing. You can feel the vibes flowing in the place… and finally the taste satisfying.. and whats on the menu? Accessibility: there is a drive-thru as well as accessible/handicap parking in front of the building. There's a ramp to get to the building and the doors to enter are pull. Experience: this is the best In and Out I have been to so far. Usually very fast in service, kind employees, and good food. Never had any issues.
