There was a fly in my food and all they did was discount the one meal gross. The place was not kept and the service was very poor. Please find another location i do not recommend this place. The manager definitely doesn't know customer service.

For my 3 kids all under 13 years my infant daughter, my husband n my mom , they charged us a 18% fee . Itโ€™s was 48$ extra on top of what we had order . Our bill Came out to be $348 for 3 - 1 lb crab sone corn n potatoes, I order ,1 clam chowder soup hubby order 6 wings with fries , my other daughter order a kids meal chicken tender n I order Mac n cheese for my infant n yes it was $348 ! So remember if your taking your family to eat at crab hut donโ€™t forget to take $500 with u just in case .. n I think 18% is ridiculous!

Food has great flavor.. Be warn.. Spicy is Spicy! Customer service could have been better.. Charged us wrong.. And tip was automatic for 6 ppl or more at 18%.. Nearly $40..wouldn't have mind if our service was outstanding.

For those who love their seafood all creole its a great experience in a group. We have been visiting this spot for years and it never disappoints. Good quality with delish sauce and sides which add to the fun. Try the Crab Poppers too!

Actually, I would give it 3 1/2 stars. The food was good, but not spectacular, and a bit pricey for the quality. The service was a bit slow and indifferent, but reasonably efficient. The Spicy Jambalaya was mildly spicy and flavorful. The Crab Rangoons were good, but the fried items in the Sampler Boat were pretty generic. The 'Boil Specialty' Lobster was just OK. The place seems popular and pretty crowded on weekends with a diverse clientele and reservations are only for parties of six or more I was told.

Food is good. Service...not soo good. They force a 18% gratuity fee!!! Even if service is terrible. It's suppose to go to workers. Its not the customers fault that crabhut is paying you scraps. Everything in the menu is extremely expensive so it does not justify adding the gratuity fee.

Had the shrimp. The taste was ok. The service was good. No wait time at 5pm. The issues I had was the shrimp came in all sizes so some were cooked to much and I found a sea cone shell in my shrimp. When I told my server about it all she said was "it's OK. You'll get then sometimes but it's boiled so no worries" on top of that you have to pay 18% fee which is also taxed. Now this isn't for large parties only but all parties. Needless to say I won't be coming back.

Always a great time! The food is amazing, it is a bit pricy but worth it. Good for large groups as well. Equally Good selection of craft beer and drinks.

We had โ€œgo to townโ€ and the lobster was huge. Their spicy level of spicy is really hot, but it was still amazing. Couldnโ€™t have gone for medium. I love spicy foods, but mild or medium would have been a great choice. Christian was super friendly and great customer service.

This was my first time eating at the Crab Hut. We were a party of four and got there with 30 min of Happy Hour left at 5:30pm. This turned out to be perfect, not only to order some beers and appetizers at good HH price, but we also beat the dinner rush. For dinner we got a couple of crab combos, 2 lbs of shrimp, a lobster and an extra pound of King crab half mild and the other half 1/2 med. I would get it all mild next time. It was more than enough food! Even when our server became slammed with multiple new tables at once, he came back several times to check on us. It was a great meal!

Was super busy place. Delicious seafood! Like omg. It's seasoned perfectly the shell fish is delicious. I have never had anything like this before and to all seafood lovers I recommend. They even have a happy hour for food! As well as drinks. Great selection of ๐Ÿป beers and a great place to share food with the people who matter most for you. Great place for some seafood. 10/10 would come again. Just remember is messy and you might not want to wear white. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Food was decent but definitely overpriced compared to other places. I had an appetizer, 2 beers and 8 wings for dinner during happy hour and my bill was still $48 with the 18% gratuity automatically added then they give a "suggested tip" which my table of 3 didn't leave. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else unless you want overpriced mediocre food

I was greeted right away with a smiling face. She gave me time to look over the menu patiently. My order was ready pretty quickly. I drove 17 miles for their delicious food. Just awesome all the time!

I ordered the crab rangoons and headless shrimp combo. The shrimp were outstanding, rangoons were fresh, server was nice and attentive. For sure try it out!

What's not to love about a big bag of hot, flavorfully spiced seafood? A little pricey but you get a lot so it's worth it! Good drinks and TVs playing sports round out the experience.

One of my favorite go to restaurants for a special occasion. Fresh seafood cooked to perfection! The boil bucket is a must, my favorite it a mixture of everything with the house pices and 1/2 medium spicy, however you can customize your own with your favorite seafood, spice level and sauce flavor.

omg the best seafood boil I have ever had! We got the Seafood Bucket for me and my husband. We finished it all. We chose Old Bay Seasoning and it was the bomb so worth it for $115 for both of us. the seafood is fresh. Taste good. Our server Neil is so energetic and had served so well. Thank you Neil. Had a great time.
