Location and amenities were great, however the room we stayed in, 234, was incredibly outdated to the point that it was dangerous. My wife plugged a charger into one of the outlets and it sparked! We used the 60 year old oven and it got so hot I thought it may start a fire... The tub was peeling in various spots and the spout was an inch away from the tub wall, allowing water to get behind the wall and we could see the damp black mold behind it and coming through a crack in the front wall of the tub... Everything... the walls, appliances, fixtures, surfaces have been put together with bandaids and should have been redone decades ago. I don't expect perfection but was blown away by the state of utter disrepair. Where does the money go here??? Mentioned all this on checkout and got a "oh I'm so sorry about that" response, and nothing more. It had the air of a section 8 housing unit. Pretty disappointing.

Studio. Murphy bed mattress uneven. Jacuzzi tub wasn't functioning and tub stopper is broken. Slats on blinds on door to deck missing. Didn't realize they recycled until day before checking out. No separate bag labeled for it. Must enter pool from inside with no clear directions how to get there. A maze through dressing room then restroom. Can't access putting green or corn hole area, volleyball court through locked gates adjacent to pool without going back through maze and building.

Room 642 Lovely beautiful place. My only complaint is that they need to do a serious maintenance check on their smoke alarms. Ours started chirping every 10 seconds on our first night at 3am. There was no on-site staff or maintenance to fix the issue until 7am. They even had to take apart our bed to get a ladder in to reach the smoke alarm. Once the battery was replaced, it took the front desk 10 mins to reset the alarm, so we had to listen to the blaring alarm because no one was at the front desk to reset it. Maintenance was great once they found out about the issue. But now here it is 24 hrs later, and the smoke alarm is chirping again. Thankfuly, the staff responded and will address the issue.

Ehhhh. Not so much. Rooms are DEFINITELY dated. Think 80s. Staff is great. In house restaurant is ehh. No music playing, kinda stale atmosphere. Staff barely spoke English, and waited about 45 min for food. Burger was actually pretty good. Did I mention no music? Just a bit awkward feeling. Maybe it's different during ski season. I would pick a different place next time.

Pretty outdated but overall good stay. I definitely recommend for a quick get away. Loved that there was a Kitchenette and a cute little deck to sit on. Close to the downtown area and only 20 minutes from Hot Sulphur Springs. Front desk stag was really kind and helpful. Check in and check out was simple. Main downfall was that it smelled like cigarette smoke. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.

Front desk person did me a favor and waived the resort fee. Reflected on my final folio at checkout. A senior employee came in the next day and charged my card without authorization. The front desk person was very rude when I can back a couple days later. It has been reported as FRAUD. I called the manager and nothing back. Be wary of charges you don’t authorize. This place needs help all around.

Not sure why everyone likes this place. It's outdated. The carpet was absolutely disgusting in my room and in the property. Very dark. Found bugs in the drawers. The clientele was super sketchy.. the layouts of the room and location were great. The staff was too but this place could use a major renovation

Rude! Highly unwelcomed, asked for pool towels and got harassed as if I was going to steal their towels. Will never return and would never recommend anyone. There's BLACK MOLD all over the indoor swimming area and the hot tubs were the temperature of warm bath water.

Good value. We had a family reunion here. It had everything we needed. There were summer maintenance issues but over all we enjoyed the stay

Very nice place to stay and plenty of things to do, swim, hot tub, sauna, game room, exercise room. You can also get a massage, haircut, & tattoo if you wanted

This place is older, so it has this grandeur of another era. By the same token, it’s not as grand as it once was or was meant to be and some of the decor is downright cheesy, but in a funny way. When open/working the hot tubs are nice, but they’re not always working. Some of the rooms on the ‘hotel’ side seem pretty basic, but a lot of them are rented out via AirBnB or the like, and most of those seem quite nice! It’s right across from the grocery store, 5 minutes from Granby Ranch skiing, and convenient to everything from Mary Jane to RMNP, including the Hot Sulphur Springs resort!

Nice place for a weekend away if you're mostly looking for a room while visiting Granby, CO. It's showing it's age and could use some updating but was truly an enjoyable stay with friends. Food in the lounge was ok, slightly disappointing. The crafted cocktails in the lounge were excellent! Views from the room weren't jaw dropping but mostly due to the parking lot below as well as the above ground power lines running through the 2nd floor view. Master Suite was worth every penny for the space and extra full bathroom!

Staff was very helpful and we had a few issues and had to change rooms 3 times. You can tell that it's mainly for skiers. Lots of shady people hanging around out side. Didn't care for that
