Great place to get pictures by the iconic universal globe and many other uniquely themed attractions like the hard Rock Cafe and the chocolate factory. It was nice that the central location was easy to get to and free to explore. I went to an event at the hard Rock Cafe and it was absolutely awesome. We also had some chocolate at the chocolate factory. Make sure to take the water taxi to one of the hotels, even if it's just to look around and ride back on the next water taxi.

If you go after 6pm parking is free. Before that it's $30. The CityWalk is a great go to. There is a lot of places to choose from to eat, drink or just hang out and a lot to see. Very family friendly. Haunted Mini golf course was very entertaining and fun we will definitely go back and do the other courses. Bob Marley tribute place was very entertaining, live music, great decor and good food and drinks. A little pricey but still good. Red pizza oven was awesome, Great service and great food and prices. There is also a movie theater and gift shops.

Quick update ! I thought it is free to park here after 6 pm through out the year ! But it is not what I thought ! If you visit this place September through October , it is not free to park here ! It is 27 dollar parking fee! If you come here after midnight , it is free ! Personally I don’t think it is worthy to visit the universal city walk just for 27 dollars . There are not much to see there ! Unless you wanna get into the Disney park for 109 dollar per adult ! you will spend more money purchase more expensive drink and food in this “city”! ( they don’t let you take in any food and drink , you have to buy food and drink after you get in there )! Just wait for the free parking after 6 pm. Timing of the year , I think that is a good time to take a look at the city and save yourself 27 dollar ! I hope this review helps someone get better idea of this place !

What more can i say except that this is Universal Studios and fun can be had by the young and old. Please keep in mind that there is alot of walking and can be hot. If off season is warm i can imagine what mid-summer would feel like so plan according to that. Other than that i had a blast

We stayed at a Universal Resort so we were able to access City Walk by boat or foot path. I absolutely love the vibe here. You have kids and adults dressed like Harry Potter or dressed to go dancing all mingling together and no one gives a second glance. Universal never disappoints with its decorations for the holidays. The winter village they have set up is wonderful and it offers unique Christmas treats, photo opportunities, and merchandise. They have Christmas music playing, light displays, delicious smells, and just a truly lovely holiday experience. The restaurant choices are top notch. You can find casual, treats, fancy, or whatever you desire. We ate at three different restaurants and enjoyed random treats at the smaller stalls. The entire place is built around the river which makes the experience extra special especially at night. This is a place you can take your family or a date or enjoy with your friends. The entrances to both Universal theme parks are right in City Walk which is convenient and also adds to the excitement of the place. It's a must-do when we visit Orlando.

When you come here there isn’t much going on, just a average shopping/grills and bars. But the food is just amazing here, and great place to take pictures here. The funny part is that you can basically walk up to the “universe studios” world sign and post it online and say “I’ve been to universal” even though you just took a picture right outside of it.

We went with friends to enjoy the rest of our evening for a few hours and grab some dinner. It's free to enter the park but park is expensive and varys during the time of day that you park. Plenty of restaurants, shop and photo ops. A great place to get a taste of the park if you don't have all day to spend or if your not sure about paying to enter.

It really is a fantastic experience, you just need to take plenty of $$$ to enjoy it properly. It's very busy almost all the time. Margaritaville is not what it used to be... Avoid. Try NBC bar instead and Voodoo donuts!

A mesmerizing experience when you walk through the Universal CityWalk in the evening. The calm lake and the bright lights give you a blend of nature and man-made beauty. There are plenty of options to explore and enjoy restaurants, desserts, and a number of photography spots. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

It’s very crowded just 2 days before Christmas Eve, but nothing is out of control. Great vibe, clean and vibrant. And so many things to do (and buy) and so many places to eat at. FYI, on most nights, you may park for free after 6 pm at the big parking lot.

Great area for overpriced merchandise and food shopping. It's a nice area to walk around before or after going to Universal. They have lots of options to eat and shop. They also have what looks like a great place to play mini golf and go to the movies. The area is only free for parking after a certain time of the day if you just wanted to go to City Walk then go when it's free to park. It has great views and it decorated nicely especially around the holidays.

3.5 stars rounded to 4. Looks nice but a bit disappointing. Especially the water taxi back to the hotels. They simply don't have enough of them so it's actually faster to walk. There are a few decent spots to eat which is nice because the food inside the parks is pretty bad. Disney definitely has them beat there. But overall, wasn't bad.

More of an adult life after hours when it gets dark. But beautiful at night nonetheless. If you're looking for nightlife and kid free, this is the place to be. We were on our way out of the park and got some cool pictures.

CityWalk is a great place to hang around at night. After 6pm, parking is free. Everything is open and so much to do. Go see a new movie, go dancing, have a great meal, get a Voodoo donut, chocolate, Cinnabon, pizza and on and on. Parking is very convenient. Still do bag check.

Very disappointed in this league, everything is handled by cronyism , it is very sad to see how children work hard to do well and take away the races and sings out , because we are not friends of the directors, etc. Yesterday they make play our kids 6 years old in the rain because the team cronyism was losing , more than two hours. The time was extended . To earn time to try to win. For next season, my children will go to another league , I hope that is fair , follow rules, it important to the integrity of players , and understand they have to make this sport as healthy as possible in terms of negative intentions .

Although we tend to go to Disney Springs because it is closer to our Blue Heron 1005 vacation rental condo, Universal City Walk is a great alternative for restaurants and some shopping. Located about 10 minutes up the I4 it is easy to get to and parking is free after 600pm. Restaurants include one of our favorites, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville. Hard Rock restaurant is also very popular. Lots of other great choices as well.

Amazing outdoor place with so much to do. You can have a bite to eat, go bowling, enjoy the live music or visit the themed shops. A great place to spend the afternoon. The plus point parking after 6 p.m. is free.

Honestly I expected little more. With free parking and no ticket to buy to go for a walk at this place but honestly there is nothing much to do except to walk and watch and spend too $$$ on low quality food. This place is more to entice people to buy tickets to theme parks rather then walking aimlessly. From parking to security to directions and cleaning everything was five star. I didn’t had much fun but did completed 20K steps instead of 10K, and I am happy with this achievement.

We love going to the movies, and it was our first time trying the theater on the city walk. It was great. The only downside is that during Halloween time (fright nights), start the 1st of September, and you have to pay for parking. Usually starting 6 pm it's free to park. I think it was $25 for parking. Don't quote me on it. But after the movies, it was great to walk around. The Bob Marley restaurant was good for the vibe, and the restaurant beside it was as well.

It’s a fun place to walk around and get food, drinks, or desserts!!!!! It’s completely safe to go alone, with a friend, or a group of any size. It’s fun for the adults for sure. ... and of course there are many places to shop, eat, get coffee and ice cream, and even watch a movie or play putt putt. They make you feel safe because they have lots of security, you go through metal detectors, you get your temperature checked, and there’s plenty of hand sanitizer around.

I went here for a special event on New Year's Eve. It was a good thing I bought tickets in advance because they canceled their regular New Year's Eve party for that night. I'm glad they have moving sidewalks because it is a long way from the parking lot to the actual park itself and you can hardly bring anything in with you security there is so tight but it's a fun, interesting, exciting place to go.

This is a really happening place just outside the two Universal theme parks. It feels like a version of time squarish lights and vibe, without any sky scrappers. Plenty of food options but be prepared for very long wait time at most places. Parking is free after 6 pm and 27$ during day. Great place to hang around and walk. There are not much mask restrictions here, so its up to people to wear masks. Expect huge crowds on holidays. Hardly 30% people wearing masks, however the walking area is mostly outdoor.

When you are a frequent visitor to Orlando, Universal City Walk is all the time an excellent option to enjoy the parks life without visiting the parks, especially during the night. Many restaurants, bars and stores, very good movie theaters and good vibe in general. After 6:00 PM you have free parking. It is a must.

Fantastic place to visit. Lots of dining options and very very clean. The entire city walk was spotless. Absolutely zero debris. I recommend spending atleast 3 days here and enjoy the entire park. The wait time was not bad. Buy the pass to skip the line. Highly recommending this attraction for the entire family.

A must visit if you are in Orlando. A very nice walking and dinning area, the vibes are just amazing especially at night. The lights and the lake in the middle surrounding all the shops/restaurants make an admirable scene. Personally I prefer it over Disney springs as well, as its smaller and simpler.

One of the few free places you can visit in Orlando ..... this was an excellent experience. There are many amazing food places and stores and tons of walking place . On one side is the universal studios and on the other side is the theme park . We enjoyed the area as a family . Also, if you get there after 6 pm , parking gets free.

It was beautiful day with temps ranging from 60-78. Anything above that, I would suggest sunscreen and light clothing. But all things aside. The park was nice, clean and the staff kept traffic moving in a very nice calm fashion. As for the park itself, there wasn't really anything bad to mention. However, the guests, be aware of the random stoppers and those who walk and look in another direction. Not only is that dangerous, but also messes up the flow of traffic. Keep patient, keep calm and have fun!

What a spectacular way to enter into the Universal theme parks. From opening earlier than the parks to much later, it offers a great entrance and exit experience unto itself. Top notch restraunts, and shops offering the various parks merchandise. Drinking, eating and dancing!

You will want to coordinate your visit there with the times the park closes because everybody has to go through Cityy Walk to get in or out of the parks. Great place though. Love the layout of the area. Just a fun place to spend the evening

Lots of amazing shops. The staff in the shops were friendly and helpful. There are also a lot of staff dotted around the park who are ready to answer any questions you may have, or if you just need directions. The shops are great but can be expensive so browse first, who knows you might find the items your looking for cheaper just down the road.

Entry is free....to CityWalk... but parking is $27 if you park before 6 pm. It was very crowded...it.was Spring Break. But it's a great place to catch a bite to eat, get a drink, shop, people watch.. We had reservations for BigFire. Not that impressed. It had read great reviews... it was okay but not great. Our $60 steak was very disappointing. Not a good cut of meat. We really enjoyed riding the boat taxis from one end of the resorts to the other. And it's free. It was super nice as the sun was setting.

During my recent visit to Universal CityWalk in Orlando, I found it to be a bustling hub of nightlife and entertainment. The 30-acre complex boasts an array of clubs, restaurants, and shops. The atmosphere is electric, especially at night when everything is brilliantly lit up. It's a fantastic place for photography enthusiasts, with plenty of picturesque spots. However, there are some downsides. The area mainly offers dining experiences, with limited other activities. While the entry is free, the cost of food and beverages is quite high. I also noticed a lack of healthy food options, which might be a concern for some visitors. The restaurants can get crowded, and we experienced slow service. Overall, Universal CityWalk is a lively destination, perfect for an evening stroll and casual dining. It's an essential part of the Universal Orlando experience, but visitors should be aware of the costs and limited variety of activities beyond eating and shopping.

My girl and I went to see Dane Cook and he was awesome. They were pouring triples, not singles or doubles. The prices were a little steep and they were very strict but all and all in was a good time. They did charge my girlfriends debit card for something we didn't buy.

Honestly, it’s hard not to love the CityWalk. There are so many places that you can eat, things you can do, and the people watching on its own can be so much fun! You really don’t even have to be in the parks to have a great time at Universal with lots of fun for adults. (There are things to do for kids as well, but it feels more adult-oriented.) love the views as well with the water running right through the middle of the two parks and CityWalk ❤️

Very nice selection of places to eat and shop. The layout is attractive to the eye, as you would probably expect being that it's Universal Studios. We enjoyed the outside seating area that overlooks the entryway to the park. Im not sure if it was open while we were there but it being there as another form f entertainment was a nice idea.

The Universal city walk is free to visit but if you have a car u need to pay $25 regular parking fee. You can also get your pictures clicked at the iconic Universal sign, Nice place to visit where you can experience great restaurants like hard rock cafe, variety of Italian restaurants and candy shops. Also you can shop the souvenirs of Universal studio.

The CityWalk is fantastic! It's clean, open late, and is the perfect place for nightlife! It doesn't require a park ticket either! There are so many unique restaurants and even a tattoo studio! It connects to both parks so it's a great place to stop and eat on the way out/in, or come just for food! The only walking you have to do to get there is through security, so it's not much at all. A lot of places also accept the Universal Dining Plan from the parks, which is awesome.

Field maintenance is excellent. They take care of this field. The bases are the breakaway bases so that's not a good thing. 2nd base also isn't aligned properly on one of the bigger fields. The 5 Stars is specifically for the gentleman that quietly maintains the field. He does his work and keeps to himself but all the players appreciate his efforts.

This park is an amazing place for a variety of hobbies. Including rentals for parties. Why this deserves only 3 stars is because of the hours. Anyone who fishes knows the best time is sunset and sunrise, which they're not open for.

Nostalgic my kida are grown and dont want to leave the house. But forcing them to the park always makes memories of joy.

Down fall from the place, (bear creek baseball league) theres no leadership and no consistency. Needs to be more organized. And you can see the favoritism. Other then that. Can’t complain about my sons team. Amazing coach. Always wants what’s best for the kids. Also nice area for kids to play.

All photos are taken were acceptable. I am a pass holder and find something new every time I go. Items and food are a bit pricey. If looking to go more than once a year become a pass holder. I would also recommend getting the refillable glass. It will save you money in the long run.

City walk was pretty awesome. First time seeing it was at night riding over on the water taxi and it was magical. Bright lights and lots to see and do! Would be 5 stars but it was impossible to get a seat for dinner without an hour plus wait time. Lucked out and got a spot a bar and ate there. Book reservations way ahead of time if you want to eat!

Loved city walk. It's a great pace to pick a meet up place & time if your group splits up and hits different parks before coming back together for lunch or dinner. Definitely recommend!

At the heart of Universal Orlando Resort is CityWalk – a complex of dining, shopping, and entertainment sprawled around a gorgeous lagoon, with sweeping views of coaster skylines. It serves as the central hub of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, and with an impressive and varied collection of shops and bites, many visitors find CityWalk to be a great place to spend a relaxing day playing miniature golf, seeing a show, or even getting a tattoo. After dark, CityWalk has a handful of vibrant nightlife options as well. Even if it’s not your final destination, CityWalk is definitely worth budgeting a bit of extra time for when passing through on the way to or from the parks.

Great place for entertainment, food, & bars. We had a great time. Lots of variety. Think it's far better than Disney Springs. Certainly, I will visit CityWalk before there in the future. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended place for the entire family. It's free entry, and one can easily spend half or full day here. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the city walk. No matter the time of the day, the place will be crowded, so be ready for that. Have good walking shoes. I would definitely go back, if in the local area.

It has a great selection of food and drink. Great place to have dinner after a day in the parks. Then just hop on the boat to take you back to your hotel.

There’s something to do and somewhere to eat for everyone. There are many diverse restaurants and snacks including Voodoo doughnuts and Margaritaville. Parking is free after 6pm and is awesome to come for dinner or a movie if you’re not going into the park!

This time our trip was manageable with the crowds. It rained off and on while we were there but that didn't get in the way of our fun. Any interactions with the workers were all pleasant. Had a blast! My daughter was of the bigger size but we were able to ride all the 4d rides and still did so much.

The City Walk at the Universal Studios Orlando is a fantastic choices for visitors who are looking for some entertainment. I stayed in the hotels at International Drive and it’s accessible by cars, or taxis within 5/10 minutes. You’ll find it easy to park. There’s plenty of bars and restaurants featuring some themed parties and events all year round.. You’ll find all facilities required for an evening of enjoyment. Definitely recommend a visit if you’re around.

City walk is a great place day or night. It has lots of eateries from upscale to fast food. There are also lots of shops and there is even a cinema. So if your looking for a snack or just a drink at a bar with friends or even a family meal with the kids this is the perfect place.

Come after 6pm for free parking. Take the water taxi to check out some of the Loews resorts and less crowded dining options. Just the ride is fun too. There's lots of photo ops and nice food places. Disney springs is better but this is still a must see Attraction.
