UPDATE: We gave them another try and change our rating to 4 stars. The rude girl who has answered the phone in the past is either no longer there or changed her attitude towards customers. The owner delivered our food and was very friendly. We will order from them again. The food is worth it. They have the rudest female answering the phone. SO unprofessional. We specifically requested mustard sauce on the past three orders and we never got it. When my husband called to let them know the lady said, "he's not making a special trip to drop off mustard sauce. I'm busy; if that's all you wanted - goodbye." She hung up on him. He called back and asked for management and she told him he was out delivering food. If there business goes downhill, she's to blame. We will never order from them again.

Won't order from again. Terrible phone skills and customer satisfaction. Had some hair or eyelash in food. Refuses refund after said she would. Wanted whole food pic taken next day after told to get rid of it. So gave to my dog. Only took the pic below. Wasn't gonna post but I see I'm not only one who had hair in food

Well I was simply sitting there eating my food and pulled out a hair they lied to me and told me that a bald guy was working that day when specifically my hair is not grey though it is purple

I love this place and my boyfriend and I order the same thing all the time they never screw up his order but once they got mine right. I always order shrimp and fried rice that's it. Easy. But they always give me something else anymore. I'm honestly really upset by this but their food is still good no matter what...

The cashiers there now are absolutely wonderful girls! Mostly Kyla, the one that's been there for years now, but also the new pregnant girl seems like she knows what she's doing a little bit. If the cashier Kyla can train her to do exactly the same work at the exact same speed... That new girl could be almost as good as Kyla one day

Great take out Chinese food, best teriyaki chicken on a stick, crab rangoon & dumplings!

Best Chinese takeout and it’s not even close! I own and operate Viking Social Poker Club and our players order takeout very often from China Garden. Some of the favorites are steamed chicken and broccoli as well as the house lo mein. Very fast and great food.

Me and my dad ordered food around 5:21pm. We waited for about 50-55 minutes and still got nothing. We put a movie on and after 28 minutes of the movie playing, there was still nothing. So my dad decided to call and ask what was happening, the lady on the other end was very disrespectful and said that it had just been made and she was waiting for her driver to get back. My dad asked if it would be cold by the time it got here and the woman kept saying that it had just been made and than I believe the call disconnected from my end, so we called back and she said “do you want to come pick it up instead?” And my dad was like “no I don’t have a vehicle” and the woman said “then wait for my delivery driver.” And hung up before we could respond. Me and my dad are very upset and as I type this we STILL have not received out food and it is currently 7:00 as I’m finishing this. Please hire better employees! This is so disrespectful on so many levels.”

I had not eaten Chinese in awhile.I like alot of brown sauce,there is not enough,very little I had asked for extra sauce, no extra, doesn't taste as good.

I wanted crab Rangoon and I got cheese wonton. They was good, but not what I wanted. Teriyaki chicken on a stick was deep fried and didn't taste like teriyaki. I've never had chicken on a stick deep fried, always baked or fried grilled. I expected way more for the name china one. I grew up with a china one and it was my favorite place to eat crab Rangoon.

this food is very very bad. there was no flavor, chunks of raw beef, just badly made chinese food- if you can call it chinese food. im pretty sure the pork fried rice is just regular white rice dyed yellow, not actually fried… we will not be ordering from here again. steer clear of any food made in steubenville.

Best Chinese food in the Tri-State area! Only 2nd best (in my opinion) to "No.1 Chinese Restaurant" on Sunset Boulevard, Steubenville Ohio.

Probably the best Chinese food in town, crab Rangoon is outstanding! Also makes a fantastic hot and sour soup.

This place is pretty tasty. Great shrimp toast. I are some of them before photo lol The pepper steak and onion very yummy. The rice is great. The Szechuan beef super good. The potstickers great. And the donuts were so dangerous we only ate one. Wow yummy
