Coffee is very high quality. The lady's smile gorgeous and always very friendly. I drop in now in every trip back to Melbourne for my Melbourne Magic 😄 If I lived in Benalla I'd be there every day 💗

I walked in friendly and happy with my dog on the lead, ready to order and asked, "what yummy treats do you have", (they had very little food on displayed, and no menu board). I was going to order and sit outside when a lady behind the counter aggressively stated that the dog would have to wait outside. I walked out and will never go back. Get some manners Spot 4 Cafe, smile at your customers and politely explain that you don't allow dogs inside, and offer to bring a menu outside. Come to think of it, I didn't see a menu as stated before. I have been to other cafes in Benalla and not been spoken to or treated in this manner. Customer service and well thought out business matters to me and this is not in the ball park by a long shot.

Great coffee and meat pies. Great to see business using reusable coffee mugs. Was always busy but service was quick

Good coffee and easy parking out front! There’s also a big garage wall that looks like a perfect canvas for the next Wall to Wall graffiti art festival! Put something there that is Instaworthy and themed around coffee and you’ll have every drive by Melbourne tourist stopping in ;-)
