As someone who has worked in salons and spas previously, I have to say I was very happy with Indiglo’s overall appearance. The spa itself is very clean, cozy and appealing. The sitting area is comfortable so the brief wait for my technician (i arrived early. She was completely on time) was enjoyable. Nicole was my tech, as I was there for injectables. As a beginner to that world, I asked a lot of questions and Nicole was just fantastic. I can’t say enough good about her. She is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and she is so good at managing expectations. I was very happy with my experience, and I will return!

I had a one session of PRX-T33 Derm Perfection four days ago. Madelyn was nice and answered my questions. She did not check my skin up close so I guess just looking at my face from afar was her way to see if this treatment was the best for me. She applied some layers of the PTR-T33 cream and I just felt a slight stinging in my nose but that was it (they said this treatment has no downtime or causes pain which was true). My skin was cleaned with a cloth and water before and after and she applied a moisturizer at the end. The reason I am giving two stars is because the website says "an immediate tightening is seen directly after treatment" but my skin looks the same after 4 days, no tightening or changes, just a breakout. I think after paying $250 (price is increasing to $300 in August) you will want to see something after a treatment, but for me was honestly a waste of my money. The spa sell it as a series of 4 treatments so you can see results but that is a lot of money for putting on a cream and just to avoid the flaking of a normal chemical peel (which is way more cheaper).

I’ve seen Robin for both laser hair removal and electrolysis. From the beginning, she’s been amazing with answering questions and making practical recommendations. She is always professional! Making appointments is easy and her pricing is very fair. I strongly recommend her to everyone seeking these services. She is phenomenal.

I felt very comfortable with him. Deep tissue massage in the shoulders was everything I needed that day. I did book online which was a little confusing to me but everything went smooth. I purchased 3 Lumecca IPL treatments and after the first 2 treatments I seen no improvement at all in my complexion. After the 3rd I see a slight difference. Definitely was not worth the cost for me. Disappointed in the results I got.
