Didn't get a chance to meet the doctor as I was put off by the receptionist ( 2 gents and one lady) called in to book an appointment to see the doctor and was told that I don't need to have a referral from my GP the day finally comes for me to see the doctor and as I walk I'm told that I need to have a referral from my GP or I'll be forced to pay for my consultation in cash. Another thing is they give you an appointment time but you get there and there are 6 other people in front of you. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this doctor solely based on the fact that the support staff is not competent.

Dr. Ratsatsinyane Passion Personified; was recommended by my sister who is a midwife at eMalahleni General Hospital. I went to see him after my first visit with another gynae did not go well. He is very patient, understanding & genuinely cares about the patient’s well being. We had a great 7 months journey. The baby came exactly at the date that the Dr. predicted however it was an emergency c-section which Dr. Ratsatsinyane handled like the calm during a storm. Forever grateful for you & your team. Thank you for respecting my birthplan even though things changed at the last minute and thank you for recommending Baby’s Dr. Ayodele who is also just as phenomenal. Not planning to have another baby soon however if I do I would love to work with you again. Love & light.

Everything I ever imagined in a Dr for a first time pregnant paranoid/anxious mom. Always willing to listen and advise and always calm,had an emergency c-section and as much as it was scary it was calming to know he was the one heading the procedure which he did so effortlessly.

Everything that one could ever ask for in a Dr. Attentive and loves his job. He puts his patients first and even checks up on patients late in the evening. Never had any doudt that he knew what he was doing.

Receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Waited 3 hours to see the doctor as they tell you, you don't need an appointment to see the doctor. Let 2 other people go before me that got here after me.

The best gynaecologist in town. Calm, polite and reassuring. He listens to you attentively as a patient and always reassures you that he will do his best to assist you. I had a c-section almost 3 months ago with him and I’m happy with my healing progress. I’m not experiencing any problems with my healing process like I did with my first c-section that was done by a different doctor. I highly recommend Dr Ratsatsinyane!

Amazing doctor however there is no order at his Life Cosmos Hospital practice. There “no appointments” “first come first serve” policy is not well implemented. I’ve waited over 4 hours to see the doctor and have had 3 patients skip me without even the staff alerting me and one was deemed an emergency, however aren’t we all emergencies and are following the first come first serve policy? As a pregnant woman, I believe everyone is a priority and can’t be waiting over 4 hours to see the doctor, I need to eat and have a life outside the visit. The staff is incompetent, I requested they fill in a PMD form and they never did, they’re accounts aren’t up to date as they accused me of owing only to find out I’ve made out my payments. They kept on misplacing my file and having me repeat my personal information out loud. I’m not happy at all with the service I have received and the doctor came highly recommended. An appointment policy should be implemented.
