I am new at Witbank and affter reading all good reviews on this page and also being recommended by someone I decided to take my daughter to Dr Van Rooyen’s practise only to get THEE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Firstly the lady at the reception is super RUDE!!! And has a stinking attitude. I did not make an appointment obviously because we dont plan for one to get sick. I literally had to beg to let my baby see the doc. Wont lie, doc is friendly and kind but also had to beg (or rather convince him) to give her an injection because he says “she is too small and will be scared of him” she is four and is used to getting injections, yes she will cry like all babies but recovers faster after one. The worst part is that after all this struggle we only got a prescription and no medication AT ALL. Like what is the point of going the extra mile of seing a doctor and not coming back with any meds??? Just a piece of paper which you must still pay for! See me now, see me no more. Did i mention i also had to pay a R50 “admin fee” just because its our first time, Yoh Ha.a would not recommend shame!

The doctor I went to 2 times in a row didn't know what I had and gave me medication that didn't help at all. But with Dr van Rooyen all I had to do was show him my skin condition and he knew immediately what was wrong and how to help. He is very knowledgeable, I'm very glad I went to him. Thank you Dr.

Good and professional service from both the receptionist and doctor. Called in in the morning and got an appointment, went in and the doctor was very thorough throughout consultation. Practice also not difficult to find.

He is the best Dr, very friendly and knows his work. Receptionists are very welcoming and professional, the best thing about his facility it is very clean and one doesn’t have to wait on a queue.
