Staff willing to walk past when clearly they can see one is struggling to reach items on top racks. Staff rather spend time talking to each other than serving clients. Poor experience. I certainly don't recommend shopping at this store

The shop had a lot of sale items dat one can choose from but they can still do better with their queue system as I had to wait for a while to be served but I spoke to the friendly manager dat assured me that it will be fixed......

Edgars is one of my favorite clothing shops, as they have the whole family covered, no matter the age or occasion they have it all. And of course the best sale ever! RED HANGER SALE!!!!

Staff very friendly. There is only one problem Edgars cater not more for big people. That is ashame.

They have clothes they have shoes and make up. Electronics is bare minimum. Some cellphones are sold and smart watches. The entrance gets blocked by employees chatting in the entrance. Clear it up and the flow of buisness will improve.

Staff was super helpful

They need more cashiers this time of the the year to serve their customers. We can't stand more than a hour in a queue waiting to be served. There is enough registers in the store. Get casual workers to help out during Christmas time!

Would be 5 stars but Edgar's has gone down due to financial problems. Variety is not the same. Essentials are available. Lines are too long , staff are scarce & not helpful. Perfume department is good though

No assistance from staff. Edgars is no longer the best option to shop for clothes. Quality of your clothing is definitely not good anymore. I took 6 M Hall jeans and could not find 1 that fits me the same as the same MH one that I put on that morning ... something is not right
