Incredible value for money. Excellent reception. I honestly never staying anywhere else in Witbank ever again. Yes, it's that good.

The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, the kitchen staff not so much, I found them surly and very noisy. Rooms are fine and the surroundings very neat, it would be great if electric blankets were available in winter. Breakfast with real coffee is good.

Great place. Excellent service from wonderful people. Thatcher’s truly has a unique identity which is rare… the people definitely add to the charm and beauty of the place. Extremely highly recommended.

Excellent place !!!! , we arrived at 10 PM very late for South Africa, they allowed us to check out later the day after because they saw that we were very tired. (this type of actions make customers very happy) I am very happy the staff is very friendly, the place is beautiful and everything very calm .. I recommend 100% this place ... Thank again for your understanding and kindness. I would like to say that the receptionist who was in charge that night (I don't remember her name) was extremely kind ... thanks for your help

Our first visit to the province and decided to give this guest house a try. I absolutely made the right choice!!! The owner and staff are amazing. Extremely helpful, friendly and truly appreciate their guests. My granddaughter and I feel like we're part of a family - not just a paying customer. They have made us feel so welcome after our travels of 24 hours. They are absolutely incredible!!! Our self catering unit is scrupulously clean with all our needs taken care of including free wifi. We cannot wait to enjoy the pool and garden areas. Such a peaceful place and well maintained with excellent security available. 👏
