Great little coffee shop in a nursery. There is a duck pond with many birds. You can buy bird food and feed them. There is an excellent children's play area with many toys, slides, a trampoline and even little bikes for the children to ride. Entry to the play area is R100 per child, but its worth the price. Restaurant food is excellent and generous. If you are in the area and have children this is a great option.

Lovely garden setup. Nature , trees and duck ponds. Hidden gem. Bar , restaurants, ice creams. Food is wonderful with personal touches. Great area for kids, push go carts, putt putt, trampoline, jungle jim, large chest set, and more.

By far the best place to have a meal in town. Kids love the new play park and even at R100 entry to the play area, it is worth every cent. There is no other place nearby with a kids play area that can compete! I had the Eggs Benedict and Pasteis de Nata, really yummy!. We'll be back!

The service was very poor. The nursery staff and the restaurant staff were rude and abrupt. It is overpriced. We were disappointed.

Play area for children. R100 entrance per child, which is reasonable. Food and drinks are VERY expensive. Expect to pay R80 for a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. They also have car guards, but a car was broken into whilst inside their gates.

I went to duckpond today with my lil ones, 2 of them, the other is 1 years 6 and the other 1 is 7years, I Arrived at 15:00 as my 7year old wanted to play, ok I payed R100 for her and the lil one is scared of ducks and birds so she cudnt even get down, they were forcing me to pay for both of them yho it was like a movie, I refused because my 1year 6 was not comfortable around the place since she is scared of ducks, they wanted to open the gate for me and the 7year and leave the 1year 6 outside, cos I wanted was just to sit on banches with her as we monitor her sister playing. I then asked for a refund then we started arguing, my 7year just told me to never ever again to take her to that place because she is scared they will kill us , the way they were talking to me. Il wait for Tuesday for them to refund me

Great security for the children. Some animals look a bit neglected, no space for the pigs to walk around.

I used to love this place as a kid. It has really turned into a money farm, prices are outrageous. 70 bucks for the smallest milkshake I have ever seen. No thanks. Change your name from duckpond to pension eater.

Had a wonderful time there, Will definitely go back again. The restaurant service can be improved by a waiter that comes and takes the order at the table. Otherwise everything was enjoyable.

It is a beautiful place to visit with Children’s play ground and small petting Zoo. But, it is very expensive and most unacceptable for the Low income earning person. Otherwise, it is very beautiful and well established.

No empathy for NON smokers and children. Smokers can do so anywhere they like and there is NO rules in place regarding smoking laws. How do you get away with this? No wonders the place looks worse everytime we get there.

This is my small hideout. I love the coffee shop. The sandwiches 🥪, fresh and delicious. If you are a loner, a lover or family 👪, visit this place. It also caters children (play ground) there are Farm Animals and a number of plants for those who adores them, like myself. And, ooh, there is a fish shop, ... Try it out, you'll definitely love it
