    I went to Barlowworld Toyota Witbank today, to speak to their warranty clerk about a possible claim. I waited a long time to be assisted. When the warranty clerk finaly came out of her office it looked to me that she was complaining (in her language) to another guy that was assisting me, which made me feel that I was bothering her and that she doesn't have time to assist me. I never spoke to her, instead the other man assisted me. I will never buy a Toyota in my life, I would rather buy a less popular car, maybe Alfa-Romeo, because I feel they will actually treat their clients better just because they want too keep as many of their customers as possible. Thanks to the guy that assisted me at Toyota today.

Phoned to find out how long the service is, been told that we are next in line. Came back hours later in the afternoon to ask the same question. While standing and looking at our vehicle in the parking we were told they are busy with it. We questioned the fact that if it was busy being worked on, why is it standing in the same position as it was this morning. Pathetic pathetic

    On 12 September 2023 we went to collect our company vehicle from Toyota. The engine of the Quantum is under the driver and passenger seat. the compartment to the engine was not even clipped close. When opening the engine ,the engine and battery was covered in oil(We were charged for 2 bottles of oil. 1 bottle that went into the engine and the other one that was spilled all over the engine. Should the technician not be held responsible for the bottle that was spilled?). The technician excuse was he was buys with other things and did not have time to stand and make sure that the oil went into the engine properly. The positive pole of the battery was left uncovered and oil all over it, the seat was just placed on top of the open pole of the battery . This is a hazard not only to us ,but to Toyota staff as well! The fuse box cover was missing as well. The front of the vehicle had the empty oil bottle left open and the last of the oil was dripping everywhere. We also received the vehicle back dirty. Toyota telling us that there was no time because the vehicle only came in that mornings ( The vehicle was dropped off by Toyota on the 8th, We were only able to collect the vehicle on the 12th). I spoke to the service manger but not sure what the outcome was. Extremely bad service considering this is the first time I have take the vehicles to Toyota Witbank.

    Very poor service, Booked my vehicle for a service, the dealer confirmed that the vehicle was booked for it's 10000Km service, I arrived to book my vehicle in just to be told that they cannot help me on that day and I need to rebook. Why do you make an appointment?????? Tried to speak to the service manager but he is to busy to speak to me. Absolutely atrocious service, don't know why a person would want to deal with such incompetence. Will go to Pat Hinde at least they know how to deal with their customers

    Not worthy of even a single star…They always give you run arounds when you have to fetch your car from service…takes more than 2 days for replacement that they said was only going to take an hour👎🏻

    I Baught vehicle from NMI Witbank without inspecting it myself and was delivered by them in Durban. Absolutely 💯% excellent service. Sales person Edward really went out of his way. What a pleasant experience!!!

    I booked my vehicle for 75000km service. When they handed the vehicle back after 1st service, I was told the filter was not replaced. Two weeks later I booked my vehicle in for fuel filter replacement. When they handed the vehicle, they mentioned i need to bring it again for brake pads replacement. Few days later I noticed that my fuel gauge was not working. I took it in for checking, it was found that float was not connected. They handed the vehicle back to me, now the vehicle smells petrol like a fuel station. It gets worse as I'm driving the vehicle. It seems the technician is not properly trained to work on Lexus cars. Poor service from the dealership. So disappointing. It's week now they are still waiting for brake pads from Toyota.
