Fun times. We didn't pay an entrance fee. You can bring camp chairs or a blanket to sit on. There are braai stands available for the public. The dam is definitely not clean but I wasn't planning on going inside anyway

Stay away from this rubbish 🗑 dump. Breeding ground for thugs.

This a good place to catch some fresh air, picnic/braai at noon and sometimes until late in the evening. People do go over the alcohol limit at times and make it unfriendly for children. After dark entering and exit becomes a struggle due to traffic.

Used to have Cafe, toilets braai facilities, clean, now I would not even take my dog for a walk there

The municipality must give focus of it's lighting n grass cutting. Permanent braai areas need to build around the dam.

The park is a nice chill spot. Lots of locals blaring loud music from their card and drinking in public. The solution facilities are locked so one has to go behind trees Ample parking and braai areas. Very few water fowl and fish left though, most probably due to poaching. Great for an afternoon with friends.

Fix the entrance. Clean up the place. Just do something
