I've
been
let
down
for
the
3rd
time
by
this
place.I
went
looking
for
purchase
3
doors
for
my
home
and
when
I
got
to
carpentry
there
were
5
other
customer
s
already
waiting
and
no
one
in
sight
to
help.
I
got
irritated
with
all
the
green
shirts
walking
around
that
couldn't
help
me
cause
they
didn't
know
anything
about
the
products
in
the
shop.
Seems
like
they
only
trained
in
one
products
which
makes
no
sense
from
a
sales
perspecie
or
customer
service.
They
should
at
minimum
know
3
different
products
in
the
store.instead
everytime
I
asked
for
help
I
got
told
"I
don't
work
in
this
department"..
then
what
is
the
point?
If
not
then
please
get
more
specialist
on
the
floor
towards
month
end.I
waited
15min
before
I
could
talk
to
the
carpentry
manager
and
another
29
min
before
I
was
helped.
I
made
it
a
point
to
1st
wait
to
be
heard
and
recognised
and
then
let
it
be
known
I
was
going
to
builders
warehouse
rather
because
I
don't
have
to
wait
to
be
helped
and
really
get
better
service
from
them.
This
was
a
terrible
experience
and
couldnt
believe
how
many
customers
walked
around
asking
for
help
and
got
the
same
answer
that
i
did.
May
I
suggest
then
maybe
improving
the
self
service
idea
of
having
scanners
at
every
2nd
isle
to
check
pricing.then
also
having
a
digital
catalogue
to
reference
other
products
of
a
similar
nature
or
improving
search
functions
of
products.
So
perhaps
move
your
online
site
in
store
to
assist
customers
experience
to
improve
service
and
get
customers
questions
answered
cause
your
staff
don't
know
alot
and
the
little
they
do
know
is
not
helpful.
