When it comes to customer service, not even a barber, restaurant nor bank can beat this store. Not to mention their prices & loyalty benefits. The artistic range of their products & assistant stuff members in every department. I was the civil engineer at their Greenstone branch, and never expected to be their return customer with so much satisfaction. Keep up the good work guys. You saved us from what we were stuck with 👏.

I've been let down for the 3rd time by this place.I went looking for purchase 3 doors for my home and when I got to carpentry there were 5 other customer s already waiting and no one in sight to help. I got irritated with all the green shirts walking around that couldn't help me cause they didn't know anything about the products in the shop. Seems like they only trained in one products which makes no sense from a sales perspecie or customer service. They should at minimum know 3 different products in the store.instead everytime I asked for help I got told "I don't work in this department".. then what is the point? If not then please get more specialist on the floor towards month end.I waited 15min before I could talk to the carpentry manager and another 29 min before I was helped. I made it a point to 1st wait to be heard and recognised and then let it be known I was going to builders warehouse rather because I don't have to wait to be helped and really get better service from them. This was a terrible experience and couldnt believe how many customers walked around asking for help and got the same answer that i did. May I suggest then maybe improving the self service idea of having scanners at every 2nd isle to check pricing.then also having a digital catalogue to reference other products of a similar nature or improving search functions of products. So perhaps move your online site in store to assist customers experience to improve service and get customers questions answered cause your staff don't know alot and the little they do know is not helpful.

A fresh looking place mostly in white with touches of green so it feels airy inside. Refreshing. The merchandising is very attractive and appealing. The level of help is okay, not exceptional. They have a variety of hardware and homeware. I did a comparative shop with another hardware and homeware shop in two products and Leroy’s came out cheaper in both products. The Only frustration is that on two occasions I went to the store and was told the products I wanted were only available online. That was annoying because they are everyday products. I couldn’t imagine buying an ironing board online. It’s something I needed immediately. Their competitor had one on the shelf.

Wow what a cool place. I shop at Builders and thought hey why not try Leroy Merlin. Well what a breath of fresh air. I am very impressed with the stock of all the products. The way they are displayed makes them (Leroy Merlin) look very professional. I am very impressed and will definitely be back and do more shopping. The prices are also very reasonable. Thank you

We had purchased on-line a 30cm 2 burner gas hob, on line. When we installed it we found that one of the burners did not work correctly. We contacted the only number available and was told that the supplier would contact us within 60 minutes. It has now been more than 24 hours, and neither the supplier or Leroy merlin has contact myself. I had to keep chasing it up. They keep send me e-mails telling me that a ticket has been created and the problem has been created. I was told that i could not return it to the stores for a replacement and I had bought this on-line. We bought this item on-line, so I should be able to go to the stores to have it replace. I was told NO. The stores will not be able to assist. I will never buy anything on-line ever again. The service is shocking.

Just went in quickly to get a few things. Had to wait and eventually ask for assistance even though there were many staff milling around. Lovely store.

Early morning visit. Staff sitting on their phones. Cant get help. I need to walk to a group of gentlemen in the plumbing section to ask for help as Im completely ignored while I walk around looking for something. Then I get told that what I am looking for is around the corner. Problem is that I do not work there so probably not helpful. I did however manage to give some solid basic training advice to the helpful gentleman. Firstly realise that you are at work and not a social event. Say good morning, ask what you can help with and don’t assume people know the store layout. Get it right. Basic

I would like to compliment Sicelo who for excellent and the quickest and most efficient service at his till point. By far the beat and also friendliest checkout service I ever received. He has a wealth of knowledge, is quick and attentive. Thank you for making a difficult day so much easier!

Rendani from the Fourways branch is fantastic! He helped me instore connect x 2 12V Lithium Ion batteries in series to make 24V because there was no stock. He made a plan for me. He went above and beyond. As a business owner I can recognize talent. I might just head hunt him one day to come work for me.

I ordered on 11th Nov with delivery promised 18th. I RECIEVED MY PARCEL TODAY 21 November after 6.30pm I had to call email and contact on social media multiple times.... the courier is Useless. The courier told me when delivering that I should be lucky to have a parcel Please see below the pictures of the delivery

It's like the big brother of Builders, not only in terms of size but variety of products as well. Each section is well marked and the staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Make sure to get a loyalty card, signing up is so easy and worth it, as you get awesome discounts when you shop with 1. Besides the Leroy store there is also a kiosk to cut keys, a coffee shop and a garden centre with a florist ( I think).

Came into the store today, looking for bathroom inspirations as I’m currently busy with renovations I was met by 2 very friendly consultants Arthur and Lufuno. They were patient with me and all the million questions I had regarding styles I could possibly go for. Their product knowledge is on point. thank you to both consultants for taking their time and filling in my blank spaces. Well done team

Absolutely fantastic place, the staff are always friendly and the range is beyond what I could find anywhere else, the displays give me so many ideas on how I want to redo my place as soon as I get the cash, their camping selection is limited but they do have really cheap tarps which come in handy in most situations. They also have a good blinds selection. I would definitely recommend.

All I can say is wow. The service is amazing. The staff is always friendly and available to help. Unlike when you go to Builders, there's never any staff member to assist. Leroy Merlin staff go out of their way to ensure you get want to came for. They have everything available on there cellphones, so they locate any item for you instantly. The store is massive. Kids enjoy the trolley cars and mini trolleys. Great food available on site aswell. All in all I will definitively recommend them for all building and home supplies. Well done guys.

I had a great experience at Leroy Merlin 4ways on Friday whilst purchasing an Inverter. Not only did I get my Inverter at a better price than competitor stores but the service was outstanding. The young man assigned to that department went out of his way for me. He phoned me Immediately the stock came in which was the same day and then gathered everything I needed for my particular needs to put the inverter in place. He even allowed me how to video him showing me how the electrical parts all fitted together to the wall. Excellent store with experienced and very helpful staff. Well done guys.
